We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at this hotel with our grandchildren ages 8 and 10. The suite was perfect with ample bathroom and bedroom space. The breakfast is included. The breakfast buffet included omelets, waffles and all types of cereals and pastries.

First of all, the staff was extremely accommodating. The valet guys were nothing short of amazing along with the front desk. The location is superb and centrally located. It just doesn't compare to other BH hotels in regards to upkeep, upgrades to the property and such. They simply need new flooring, paint and stuff like that. Appearance on the inside is 3 star tops. It certainly isn't problem enough not to stay there, but if you're trying to impress anyone, then meet or stay elsewhere. Overall,... Read more

Was in LA on a consulting assignment with a client. What nice accommodations. The breakfasts in the morning were a great way to start each day. The room was spacious and convenient. It is near to grocery stores, pharmacies and Factor's Famous Deli, which is one of my favorite restaurants in LA. I like this hotel and will stay there again when I return to LA.

I chose Residence Inn based on the fact it had a kitchenette and was close to where I needed to be for work. Perfect location for what I needed. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast - just what I needed for a worry-free week!

The hotel normal. Booked through the site booking 3 nights. Happened to me is an emergency. And I lived for only one night for two nights canceled. The amount agreed upon approximately US $ 270. I was surprised was an opponent of the card to $ 439. The hotel level in a normal clean. And customer care very bad. No one answers the phone and no one forbids you luggage cart.

The hotel is basically a business oriented hotel, so the rates are actually cheaper on the weekends. However, it is quite pricey either way. The rooms are well appointed but the closet is quite small and opens into the washroom area, as does the bathroom. So it made it a little difficult maneuvering about. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff was outstanding.

We recently spent two nights at this hotel. Th property is slightly dated, but impeccably clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. From the manager, to the breakfast staff, to th porter and the desk folk, everyone was smiling and wanting to help. The breakfast included with the room was more elaborate than those that typically come with a stay.

As an active family that travels, we have stayed in many Residence Inns, and always booked two bedroom suites. Why even last summer, we spent two nights in the Bay area during my son's wedding. So, it was without much thought that when my daughter graduated from UCLA and turned 21 on the same day, we would stay here a couple of nights and use this as a home base to celebrate. Problem: they jack their rates way up for graduation weekend. Come the weekend before or after and save $200-$250/ni... Read more

The AC did not work in my room. My room was around 80 degrees the entire time I was there. I turned the AC on to 70 and it never went down. I ended up calling the front desk in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep from how hot it was, they came to my room and tried the same things with the AC that I did. The fan ran for about 3 minutes, then stopped again. It never got down below 77 and it was extremely uncomfortable all night. They did offer to transfer me to another room, but m... Read more

We stayed one night and were very pleased with the service and accommodations. Location is excellent - within walking distance to BH and so much great people watching. They do offer a shuttle service. There are several excellent restaurants close by on Pico. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We asked for a quiet room and got one that really was quiet. Loved the complimentary breakfast.

It's not the Four Seasons and doesn't pretend to be so my rating is based on similar hotels. The location is convenient to a lot of attractions including the La Brea Tar Pits, Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica pier, Hollywood, etc. There is also decent dining within walking distance. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite on arrival so our stay started well. The breakfast was free and besides the usual items, had made to order omelettes. We chose this location specifically because of the kitchen facilities and great breakfast reviews. The breakfasts were indeed better than we expected, food and service were wonderful. Kitchenette was functional, we could have used a few more plates and utensils (they want you to only run the dishwasher if it is 1/2 full but there isn't enough to wash if you put everything in the washer!). Despite this, it was a great location and everyone was VERY NICE. If I had another long term stay in the are... Read more

This hotel was situated in a great location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, the free breakfast was very good. However, this hotel had a distinctive unpleasant odor in the hallways and in the rooms. The couch was stained and had a bad odor. Happy they had a fitness center...but very tiny. I always enjoy Marriott hotels because of their high standards...not a good stay.

The room was ok, needs some upgrade in my opinion. Little old. A lot of noise at night and early morning due to a train or subway close by. Not sure what it was. I stayed here for business, but was hoping to be in the middle of Beverly Hills. It's my own fault for not looking into it further prior to booking. It takes approximately 15 minutes walking to get to restaurants and shops, 30 minutes walking to get to Rodeo drive and the type of restaurants and shops that you think of when picturing Beverly Hills. As a result of the 30 minute walk, I was a bit disappointed in the location. Overall a nice hotel.
