Overall it was really well done. The property was clean, the room was clean, the staff was professional and really felt safe and secure. Arrangements were made on short notice and the reservation process was seamless. Thank you.

If you're travelling for work and need somewhere to stay in midtown LA, the Radisson is a safe bet. The rooms are a good size and very clean and comfortable with everything you need like solid wi-fi, nice bathrooms and block out curtains if your coming from a different time zone. The staff are also first rate too. Mostly college students from over the road (at least those that I spoke too) and super friendly and happy to help. Not a cheap stay, but certainly a comfortable one! I'd recommend ... Read more

Overall fine. Good location and convenient for parents from USC. But need to improve housekeeping and bell boy service. Front desk staff are not showing their hospitality when guests check in. You get less than what you pay for.

This hotel is right across USC campus in a high-traffic area with lot of road traffic noise. Though the outfittings look new, this is a very old property with limitations on smaller rooms, narrow hallways, and no facilitation to do in-hotel socialization. On the top of it, encountered with discourteos staff and very poor service. Not recommended!!!

Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a great little restaurant (McKay's) attached. The rooms were spacious and had everything needed for my trip. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the LA / USC area.

They were so friendly and helpful and since I was short on money, they hooked me up with a free drink card AND a free Breakfast! I'm Eating there smoked salmon omelet right now :) the pool and hot tub and room was perfect! They Really spoiled me! Great place.

The Radisson at USC is a nice hotel that is all USC. From the McKay's restaurant to the SC engravings on elevator buttons. The rooms are big, the beds are big, with self or valet parking right next door in their own garage. There are plenty of places to eat with McKay's next to the hotel, but other options are a short walk away. The hotel is also close enough for those headed to the Convention Center or downtown, with a light rail stop just a block away.

I was in a double room with a friend who woke up in the morning covered in bug bites. COVERED! All over her shoulders, back, arms, even her hands. I never get bit by bugs so I was spared for the most part. The night before, I thought I saw a small bug on her bed but I couldn't find it so I shrugged it off. We told the front desk that day and they didn't care and denied that they had bed bugs. Funny thing is that this hotel has had MANY issues with bed bugs in the past but those reviews mysteriou... We stayed because this was the only hotel close to the convention center that was reasonably priced. We were lucky we did. We were on the 9th floor, overlooking USC. The beds were comfy, I loved the duvets. There were a few tiny maintenance issues, but easily ignored by us. We were a short walk from the metro and 2 stops from the convention center on the expo line. Will definitely book for my next conference in LA. The only thing is parking is $22 a day. I understand parking sucks down town... Read more

Attended a conference at this hotel--found it to be fun and clean, but just so-so. Definitely would be a good option if your visit took you to visit the campus, as you can't beat the convenience, and the redevelopment in the area means that there are now dining options nearby. However, this is NOT the place to go if you want to "see" LA - it's just too far from downtown, Hollywood, or any of the other sites.

Ok hotel with a great location, easy access to highway. We had a spacious room with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Only drawback was the service. The staff at the front desk was very nice and welcoming but we had to ask several times for the baby crib we had booked (and called in advance to check if everything was ok with the booking since no one answered our emails). Once we got the crib we didn't get any sheets for it so we asked for that as well but never got any in the three nights we ... Read more

I stayed here for 10 days during a business trip and found that it's the small things that matter when you stay at a hotel for any longer length of time. My personal favorite was the calming music playing upon arrival in my room and free bottles of water on a daily basis. The staff was friendly and I was well-taken care of. My only negative feedback was the time it took to get food at the restraunt. Many mornings we waited 20-30 minutes after ordering to get a simple waffle or omelet with very... Read more

I stayed here for a business trip. This was my first time to LA. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful in navigating the area. My room was clean & in a quiet location. The two downsides of the hotel are the food & gym. I ordered room service & the food was subpar. The gym is very basic & small. Overall, this hotel is adequate for business travel.

Stayed here 2 weeks for business. Plusses: clean rooms, everything works, beds are comfortable, pool is clean and the gym has free weights and working treadmills. Minuses: the staff is flaky. I asked for and early check in and the room when not ready when I arrived at 12. They said they would call me when it was ready and they never did. I came back at 4 and it was ready, surprise. If you want a convenient and affordable hotel south of downtown, this should do the job. If you are visiting USC, it is across the street from campus and the only option other than the seedy Vagabond Inn. If you want a quiet room, ask for one facing east, away from the busy avenue to the west.

My daughter and I stayed at this Radisson because we were touring USC. The hotel is across the street from USC and is in walking distance to the Museum of Natural History, California Science Center and Coliseum. There are many restaurants close by. I recently attended a class at USC and had an opportunity to stay across the street at this Radisson. It was convenient and close, but located near one of the worst neighborhoods in all of Southern California. Inside, the hotel was fair, but the rooms were all well worn out and in need of serious upgrades. I didn't know until a classmate told me, but several hotel rooms serve as dorms to USC students. My family and I were here recently to visit USC, and what a disappointment. The lobby was dimly lit and very drab and depressing. When we checked in, the hotel got our reservation wrong. We reserved 2 rooms, but they insisted for a while that we only had 1 room. In the past, Anime Expo's volunteers used to be housed at the Westin Bonaventure. Since then, the housing has been fragmented, but a majority are housed at the Radisson, located next to the University of Southern California. The rooms were very nice. The big problem is the noise. The windows are single pane - surprisingly. The back of the hotel is alongside the freeway and the front of the hotel is alongside Figueroa, which is pretty noisy. There's no getting around the noise. Superb service in hotel conveniently located next to USC. Arrived super late at this hotel on a Saturday night. Very clean and efficient. Coffee in rooms very nice and rooms cleaned well each day. Apparently I need to write more on this review before it will be posted.
