"This is an old Inn. It is close to the ocean in a residential area with all the conveniences. I have stayed many times for work, and the rooms just are not updated or maintained very well. The ocean is a few blocks away...the main redeeming factor."

"I liked the pool and hot tub. The pool has a lanai where the center panels open to the sky. Warm enough for comfort and the the hot tub has great jets. Rooms were OK, ocean view best, not too noisy, clean. Older hotel with nice lobby for visiting and good bones. With it's location and pool, could become a pleasant resort. Needs investment. Breakfast would be a ."
