Everything was excellent at the InterContinental. We changed our room with no issues due to being by the elevator at first. The bed was super comfortable. Rooms all have balconies with great views of LA. The location is close to Beverly Hills, Holywood, Santa Monica Pier, The Grove, LACMA, etc. Hotel has a free shuttle (in a Tesla) within 1.5 miles of hotel which gets you to Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel and wil... Read more

I stayed here because it was close to my meeting location. What a wonderful stay. The staff was awesome including the front desk gentleman who upgraded me without asking. I enjoyed my stay and will use this as my choice for all LA visits.

The InterContinental hotel is just an average upscale hotel in LA's Century City. I must say the room I was given had a balcony with a great view of Beverly Hills. The room was clean and well-appointed, but a little tired. The hotel itself is need of a renovation as it feels more comfortable in 1990s than in 2016. The location is fine -- I usually stay in Century City as it is relatively easy to visit both Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

I have stayed at many Intercontinental Hotels globally, unfortunately, there are different standards in-room amenities and services. Some offers free cell phones and free calls to different countries in Asia, welcome cocktail, daily free fruit, some are less elsewhere but at least they do not nickel and dime you. Not in Los Angeles Century City, $5 for a bottle of water. The hotel needs updates if stay in the luxury category; operation should learn from their overseas counterparts.

Great experience. Loved having a balcony (with 2 chairs) and panoramic views from my room. (Ask for high floor) Room was nicely and newly remodeled with very comfortable bed, lots of lights and outlets. Desk setup in room worked well. Bathrooms were large and in top shape though expected shower stall to be larger -- though it was large enough. Also, bathroom had a slightly dated look -- did not match the renovated look of the bedroom -- but bathroom functioned very well. Very thick towel... Read more

We stayed at intercontinental at Century City for 5 nights before taking a cruise out of Los Angeles . We found the hotel very convenient in position for everything we needed - the staff were most pleasant and our room (a suite) was beautiful and very comfortable . The consierge service was most helpful - nothing was too much trouble . On The whole we were very satisfied with our experience at the intercontinental and would have no hesitation in booking again in the future .

Stayed over night prior to picking up cruise at Port Los Angeles. Our room was a corner unit so good size but we felt it was dated 80's style. The beds are very high but the bedding very fresh and comfortable. Bathrooms look tired and in need of updating. Breakfast area can be busy we had to queue for a table. Although we had wifi access via our cruise company we couldn't access from our bedroom as it stated all 20 devices were being used! There is access in the reception area. Westfield Mal... Read more

I had recently signed up for to the Ambassador program that Intercontinental hotels offer and I was unsure if it would be worth the fee but after my first experience it was well worth the cost. We had arrived at 2AM because of a long delay with Amtrak and were exhausted so we really appreciated the welcoming from the front desk and expedited check-in and that was just the beginning. When we got to our room we had been given our guaranteed upgrade, fruit plate and water but we found a wonderful s... Read more

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. We arrived a bit late in the evening and the parking attendants (AAA) and front desk personnel were extremely accommodating and friendly. The area is quiet, which allows you to relax and unwind and the views from the balcony are great. This is my first time in California (I'm from the east coast) and this was a great first impression.
