The hotel is top notch! The gentlemen parking the cars possess stunning customer service skills. Paul stands out and deserves a promotion. As a business owner in the customer service business, I wish all of my employees treated their guests in the manner I was treated. Wow!

I had been staying at this hotel a lot before the renovation and had stopped because there were a lot of issues. This is my first return since the renovation and things are great! Rooms are beautifully renovated. Mattress and linens are lovely. Room was beautiful and large. Location is not super great and the nearby mall is mostly closed. Room service is spot on with nice healthy selections. Will start stay again.

I decided to take a few days off to spend some quality time relaxing in the heart of Beverly Hills. Upon arrival I saw an amazing property and knew I made the right choice. Checking in everything went smooth and I was informed of the house Tesla that could take me within a 2 mile radius which was awesome. When I got to my suite I was also pleased to find out it had a Keurig but was missing an espresso machine. I called down to see what was available and I was told about the VIP lounge which ha... This is an excellent hotel in Century City (named after 20th Century Fox next door), bordering Beverly Hills and 1.5 miles (2.4km) from Rodeo Drive. The hotel is in excellent condition, I suspect it may have been recently refurbished, but the thing that made our stay so good was the staff. Everyone went well and truly beyond expectations to make sure they did everything possible to make our stay perfect. From the lady at the front desk who checked us in, to the Concierge staff who helped us on a... Read more

Took a chance on a priceline booking, guaranteeing a 4.5 star hotel in the BH area, research told me there was only this hotel or the Sofitel classified as 4.5 and both looked decent so took a leap of faith and snaffled this up for 2 nights for $169/night, booked only a week before leaving the UK. Another top decision. Had to cope with the scary thought for us limeys of dealing with valet parking. Arrived at drive in lobby, directed to parking space and jumped out the cheap coloured Mustang rea... Read more

My husband and I just stayed there the last two nights of our vacation and decided to have dinner the first night at Mari, the hotel's restaurant, on the recommendation of a fellow traveler who had stayed at this hotel before. What a mistake! The food was mediocre, the service slow and the prices were outrageously high. On the positive side, the hotel is magnificent, the room was spacious and clean and the housekeeping service was prompt and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again b... Read more

Very welcoming already at arrival. Being 3 couples on a motorcycle its different for an IC hotel. Perfect service handling the luggage, very nice check in. We enjoyed great food for reasonable prices at the bar and regretted not staying an additional night. We can recommend this hotel for everybody.

We just spent 2 nights here and loved it. The front desk was very accommodating to our needs and upgraded our room. We enjoyed the pool. It was large and spacious and there were plenty of chairs. Our room was beautiful, large, private, and we had a pullout couch for our son. Both areas had large TVs and separate access to the bathroom. We did not try the brunch on-site but we did have a look and it looked really delicious but opted to walk to a nearby coffee shop for smaller bites.

Yes! I love this place. It's clean, quiet and comfortable. Ive stayed here twice now and both times I loved my room. Upon arrival I'm greeted with a bellhop and I'm grateful for this because I always travel with a lot of baggage. He complete handles my bags while I check in. Once in my room, the bellhop shows up about 5 minutes later. Everything about this place is great!

This is a nice hotel in general and I enjoyed my stay here. The service was good and the hotel was very responsive to the problems I mentioned in the questionnaire when connecting the hotel wifi and tried to address my concerns as much and quickly as they can. One thing I would hope to improve is that the room could be more soundproofing. We couldn't sleep very well as we could hear the next room seem to be having a party very late Friday night and talking quite loud early Saturday morning. Othe... Read more

We enjoyed this hotel. It's clean, good service, nice pool area and best of all, it is located in a good area, close to everything. The only bad thing for now was that Westfield Mall (within a walking distance) was under reconstruction and most of the shops were closed.

1. The reception charged us an extra $20 for a couples room for our appointment with travelzoo then didn't give us a receipt for that cash payment. I wondered if that was even supposed to be charged. 2. I informed the reception tissue paper ran out she said she would look for it but said at the end she couldn't find any, sorry. What kind of an answer is that at a 5 star spa? And it's a hotel too. I'm sure there's tissue but she just didn't want to bother to go get it. If there's no tissue at the... Read more

Travel for work and this was the preferred hotel. I couldn't have been more pleased. From the smiling, friendly faces that greeted me as my boss and I pulled in, to the kind gentleman that delivered a bottle opener to my room, everyone was most gracious and kind. Fantastic experience. We weren't looking at staying in this area since we wanted to be right on West Hollywood. But this turned out to be the best stay and location we've found. Incredible hotel. They did everything right. Gorgeous room that they upgraded for us, gigantic deck outside and great view of all of LA. They even sent up a bottle of champagne and an anniversary cake. Perfect service--one of the best hotel experience's we've ever had in LA.

Very friendly staff. Nice lobby, great gym. Pool area overall could need a little bit more love but otherwise: Nice. Rooms are great. Depending which direction you face, you'll have very different views. Valet is a bit expensive (like everywhere in L.A., I guess) but if you don't mind walking a 10 min, you can easily find an overnight street parking spot or for the daytime during a weekend (along the parallel side streets of Santa Monica Blvd). Stayed with a friend and her daughter and my niece for 4 days. We were upgraded to a beautiful business suite with a separate living room and TV's each for that room and the bedroom. The balcony was overlooking the patio of the spa down below so we didn't get to use the place much as there's nothing much to see. It's no secret the Intercontinental in Beverly hills is my go to hotel in LA. Once again they outdid themselves. Welcoming, helpful and very willing to get me a new room when we realized the previous guests had smoked in the room. Nothing was too much trouble. The Spa though is a different story. It's not owned and operated by the hotel and frankly it's shabby. When I pay $300 for a spa treatment I expect the room to feel at least a bit classy. Loved the location of the hotel and the awesome view it offers to room on higher floors. The hotel is huge. I stayed here as part of the group tour that ended at this hotel. It was nice finale of a week-long tour. Bathrooms are large and this is my first hotel in US that came with sprinkler in the toilet, which I loved and feel is required. Rooms are large too and well appointed and come with a balcony. Breakfast spread is huge. I will recommend this hotel.
