My husband and I are definitely fan of this hotel, I mean this chain. Stuff are amazing, can't say enough about them.place is super clean and organized. The rooms are big. You can go wrong choosing to be at an Intercontinental Hotel!! If you travel a lot, think about became an Ambassador of this chain, you will love it all the complimentary things you will get!!!

We got incredible service from upgraded room to multiple comps. The hotel is very bright and crisp and the lobby has that fragrant scent that helps put a smile on your face. Walking distance from great coffee and food locations and very centrally located to everything else on the West side. Thank you hotel staff for making our stay memorable.

Checking in was easy. Housekeeping is too good to complain. Location is great, room is quiet.the onsite restaurant,Mari , is worth of going. The front dest is helpful, will definitely go back again. Enjoy the view from the balcony.

I recently stayed 4 nights in a 1BR Executive Suite with Balcony (corner room). The living room was a little cramped with the sofabed pulled out for 2 kids, but it was serviceable. It was disappointing to arrive and find that 2 lightbulbs were not functioning (including 1 over the sink, making it difficult to put on makeup), a noisy A/C unit that kept the family up at night, no privacy sign, and none of the standard bathroom amenities you'd expect from a 4 star hotel (q-tips, sewing kit). On... Read more

Great experience. Loved having a balcony (with 2 chairs) and panoramic views from my room. (Ask for high floor) Room was nicely and newly remodeled with very comfortable bed, lots of lights and outlets. Desk setup in room worked well. Bathrooms were large and in top shape though expected shower stall to be larger -- though it was large enough. Also, bathroom had a slightly dated look -- did not match the renovated look of the bedroom -- but bathroom functioned very well. Very thick towel... Read more

We stayed at intercontinental at Century City for 5 nights before taking a cruise out of Los Angeles . We found the hotel very convenient in position for everything we needed - the staff were most pleasant and our room (a suite) was beautiful and very comfortable . The consierge service was most helpful - nothing was too much trouble . On The whole we were very satisfied with our experience at the intercontinental and would have no hesitation in booking again in the future .

Stayed over night prior to picking up cruise at Port Los Angeles. Our room was a corner unit so good size but we felt it was dated 80's style. The beds are very high but the bedding very fresh and comfortable. Bathrooms look tired and in need of updating. Breakfast area can be busy we had to queue for a table. Although we had wifi access via our cruise company we couldn't access from our bedroom as it stated all 20 devices were being used! There is access in the reception area. Westfield Mal... Read more

I had recently signed up for to the Ambassador program that Intercontinental hotels offer and I was unsure if it would be worth the fee but after my first experience it was well worth the cost. We had arrived at 2AM because of a long delay with Amtrak and were exhausted so we really appreciated the welcoming from the front desk and expedited check-in and that was just the beginning. When we got to our room we had been given our guaranteed upgrade, fruit plate and water but we found a wonderful s... Read more

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. We arrived a bit late in the evening and the parking attendants (AAA) and front desk personnel were extremely accommodating and friendly. The area is quiet, which allows you to relax and unwind and the views from the balcony are great. This is my first time in California (I'm from the east coast) and this was a great first impression.

This was my first stay at the InterContinental in Century City. I liked the hotel a lot. I would rate it as excellent but for a bit of inconsistent maid service--no bath mat, picking up the shampoo bottle and not leaving a new one and not leaving a new breakfast order form to hang out the door. When I called late at night about the missing items, someone from the staff responded immediately. Also, I had been told that the valet service at the hotel could be slow (after a meeting), but my car... Read more
