Beverly Wilshire is a great place to stay when visiting Los Angeles. I stayed here plenty of times and each visit was a great as the first. They have plenty of locations to discuss business and develop strategy to conduct successful business goals.

Love the pool here. Rooms are spacious and the hotel is nicely situated in a residential section of Beverly Hills. The Spa is fantastic -- great massage therapists and nice product lines. I book through whatahotel and often end up upgraded. Complimentary private cars available to take you to shopping nearby.

This property is in dire need of a complete makeover of both the public areas and rooms; it looks like it was last renovated in the late 80's with lots of polished brass and period colors; i've stayed in basic Marriott's that were nicer. To call this a five-star property at this point is an absolute joke what with true five star properties littered throughout Beverly Hills in much better locations. This hotel is in a poor location in the slummy part of Beverly Hills; it's surrounded by blah ap... Read more

I've stayed here multiple times and this past weekend was the absolute best! We celebrated my birthday here for the long weekend and everyone at the hotel was so kind and helpful. They treated me to champagne and cake and made sure my stay was extra special! If you are looking for a beautiful hotel filled with gorgeous flowers, excellent staff and service and a pristine pool area, this is the hotel to stay in. For business or pleasure this hotel is one of my favorite hotels ever!

Stayed here with my wife. Amazing rooms and struggle to fault the hotel in any way. Some of the menus are expensive but others are more than reasonable. Would defiantly stay again and free use of the hotel rolls royce was a great way to pull up at a restaurant or coffee shop

Lovely hotel in great location to enjoy the attractions of LA. 95 per cent of the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable, however there were a couple , particularly on reception and in the bar who need to learn the meaning of hospitality. I would have expected evening turndown so hence four stars instead of five.

The service, guest rooms and restaurants are all very nice. Culina serves modern Italian cuisine that is beautifully prepared with the freshest ingredients and much imagination. Afternoon tea is served (nice) and the cocktail lounge is a great place to meet for a drink. A top notch property.

My wife, daughter and I stayed in a Hollywood Suite for four nights and thought the room was a good size and well appointed. The bathroom was very spacious with a bathtub and large shower. The bedroom was closed off to the sitting area and relatively private (glass doors with sheers). The bedroom is a comfortable size, but it does not have any windows. The pull out couch was fairly comfortable for my teenage daughter. Each night during turndown service they would make her bed, then house keeping... Read more

We came here on a trip with the family after our daughter broke her leg. We were looking for ease and central location. We were supposed to go to Jackson Hole, but cancelled when she broke her leg skiing at Aspen. The pool is lovely, with great chairs around it and service (it is small). Very handicapped accessible. The room was huge for 5 of us. We had a large suite with a convertible sofa and two foldable beds. My husband and I slept in the bedroom. There was a kitchen, dining room, an... Read more

I shacked up here for one night and had a splendid time dining on room service, sleeping in the awesome beds, not having to worry about hauling my giant suitcase out of the car and up to my room, and living like the upper echelon for one, hot minute. If you order room service, get the lobster salad sandwich with fries.  Holy gastogasm!  I couldn't decide if the asparagus or the bacon made it amazing.

Everything was amazing! From the minute we stepped over the threshold until we left. We will return! Recommend this for everyone who appreciates luxury experiences! The only thing we found difficult (this is in US general but especially in luxary hotels like this) was the tipping. Being Scandinavian means we're not used to the tipping custom. Would appreciate some kind of instruction about what the employees expect, so that they really understand that we like it! Or a sign saying "we don't expec... Read more

Some Four Seasons hotels leave you wowed by the service/atmosphere/amenities. This one.... not as much. Having stayed here before I thought it would be nice for my anniversary to rent a cabana by the pool for a day with a spa package (I live nearby). We had a nice afternoon by the pool but consistently needed to wait for drink and food service and had to request water from 3 different people before somebody finally brought us some about 35 minutes after our first request went unanswered. We booked this property as part of a birthday celebration for 4 sharing the 1 bedroom suite. It was helpful to have the 2 bathrooms due to the large party. However, there was nothing spectacular about the property, rooms or service. Although 4 people were listed on the reservation, their system only reflected 3. One was a child, whom they left a nice welcome birthday acknowledgement of fruit and cupcakes for -- but they left 3 of each, instead of 4 -- presumably due to their system only refl... Read more

We stayed there fro three nights in July. We are a family of four with two teenagers. The four of us really liked this hotel. The hotel is very well located in Beverly Hills. Stayed here for a weekend press event. Was my first time in LA (not impressed) but the hotel was what I imagined - it has the feel of old hollywood: opulent flower arrangements (changed daily), a good old fashioned hotel bar (cozy and dark), service out of this world. The rooms are HUGE and have walk out balconies (but not much of a view from our side). The events were held at the hotel and the food was incredible - not sure if catered or hotel food? We have stayed at this property for over 20 years. Over the last two years the property is in a steep decline. Rooms are old and out dated. Air conditioners do not work properly. We stayed here three nights with our teenage children. Had not stayed here before but wanted a hotel that would provide a luxurious base to explore Los Angeles - or just a place to relax if desired. We spent the earlier part of our vacation in Santa Barbara and had a car to use for exploring the coast, so we kept in to use in LA given our far-flung nature of our destinations - Universal, Malibu, Santa Monica/Venice Beach. What I once considered a 2nd home while visiting Los Angeles, has dramatically slipped in attention to service and detail. It was a "very busy" week I was told which is understandable. Errors in check-in, billing, reservations, and service all left me surprised but understanding sometimes there is just a rough stay - anywhere.
