Staff friendly, rooms more than adequate - and clean! Bed linens very comfortable. TV's worked well, many channels to select from! Complimentary Internet connection connection could have been stronger (had to be re-set between almost every page change within a website)! Self Parking was pricey (but seemed the norm for the area) yet easy to use their secure garage and convenient to take elevator right to your floor. Included hot breakfast buffet was over the top delicious! And just ask Mike at t... Read more

Very convenient to LAX with complimentary shuttles and breakfast. I believe all the rooms are very spacious two room suites that include a living room and separate bedroom. Our teenage son slept on the pullout sofa in the living room. Breakfast options are excellent (western breakfast only)-pancakes, scrambled eggs, cereals, bakery items, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, and made-to-order omelet station. Would definitely stay here again prior to long Trans-Pacific flight!

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, free breakfast buffet. We like the large rooms with separate living area at Embassy Suites. Parking is underground but there were plenty of spots at different times of day and night. Everything was great!

We spent one night with next day late checkout. Our suite was huge, with two televisions, a coffee maker, and a microwave. The staff were friendly and super helpful. They even printed off a sheet with driving directions to a phone shop. The breakfast was cook to order and very tasty. The happy hour from 5.30pm to 7.30pm was all you can drink from the bar and nibbles as much as you can eat. That was a great treat! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful. I was separated from my business group and the young man stopped everything to call a cab. When he was unable to reach a cab by phone he walked outside and flagged one down for me.I love that kind of initiative. It was a pleasure resting before having to attend my meeting. My only regret is that I failed to book just one more night. I rested very well in their amazingly comfortable bed.

Although the stay was very short, this is an excellent Embassy Suite, which we have stay at many across the country. Appears to have been renovated recently and is one of the best we have encountered. Breakfast was also excellent, and staff attentive. Airport shuttle a bit unreliable, but then we arrived at LAX at 3 am. Very near the car rentals, however parking at the hotel is extreamly limited and expensive. Recommend this hotel, but would advise limited car parking time if at all possibl... Read more

After missed flights and a crazy overall travel day, I was so ready to get to the nearest shower and bed. But, of course, the kids were extra energetic and ready to hit the pool. Ed, at the front desk, had everything ready for me and even after dealing with a not so friendly couple, he was still super sweet to me. The only downfall was the morning breakfast. The omelette bar line was super long and it stayed long the whole morning. This could be due to, only having one cook back there. As we... Read more

You need your room key to use the elevator which is a huge plus for security. The breakfast (included) has an omelet bar and a huge selection of both hot and cold offerings and really good coffee. The room is gorgeous. The restaurant in the hotel is adequate with different offerings from crab cakes, quesadillas, pizza, steak, etc. The bar when tended by Adrianna gets even better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfy beds, thick fluffy towels and nice rooms. My only negative with this stay was the quality of the fruit for the breakfast and the vegetables and options for the evening happy hour. The pineapple served on the breakfast buffet looked really old and there wasn't any yogurt. Some of the vegetables served in the evening also looked old and the options were slim compared to other Embassy Suites happy hours.

This was my second time visiting LA and staying at this Embassy Suites. I checked in online, and once I arrived just had to show my id to the receptionist to get my room key. We stayed here for one night after arriving in from Peru, unfortunately we waited for 45 mins for the airport shuttle to pick us up. It's a bit heartbreaking when you see all the other hotel shuttle bus go around and around and never see one for the embassy. We ordered room service, food was nice but huge! Early morning breakfast was fine, didn't get to try the omelette as the line was too long. Nice clean hotel with really good wifi. Would stay here again.

If you need to stay near LAX this hotel is nice looking but expensive for what you get. It has koi ponds and the architecture is interesting. They gave us a room near the elevator since my daughter was sick and we needed a place last minute near our home in Redondo Beach. On a Thursday a lot of places were booked so we had to go North. My daughter and I have mold and dust and animal allergies so I was glad this place was fairly clean (bathroom could have been cleaned better but I did it myself) ... Read more

We stayed at Embassy Suites for two nights. The room was clean. We had two TVs, one in bedroom and one in the dining area. The staff was very responsive. First time for me in an Embassy Suites hotel. Rooms here are really large and comfortable. I particularly liked the door in between the living room and bedroom that allowed me to start working early whilst my wife got some more sleep. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. The room was clean and smelled really good. I used this hotel to catch the next morning flight since I live in the Antelope Valley (86 miles away). Driving down on the same morning to catch a morning flight just wouldn't work for me especially with the morning LA commuter traffic. I dropped my car off at one of closely located parking garages, took a shuttle to the airport all within 20 minutes. Again, a great hotel.

Stayed at the Embassy Suites LAX North for a layover in LA and the good was that it is convenient to the airport and rental car locations and the hotel is newly renovated. The downside is that the hotel is noisy with a lot of street noise and obviously some noise from overhead flights. I chose this hotel because it was close to everything that I had planned to do in LA. The room is spacious and there is a door to provide privacy for me and my spouse, while the kids sleep outside. Maybe and egg sandwich to go? Special suites with free refreshments is nice for waters, would be great for more snacks or healthy choice.

After our flight landed at LAX we went to catch the shuttle, it was 8:30 at night and we were worn out. After waiting almost 30 minutes I saw one that pulled past us. I grabbed our 2 suitcases and hooked my blind daughter's arm on mine and started toward it, it started to pull away and so we started running. I accidentally ran my daughter into a cement bench and the shuttle took off. We waited another 30 minutes and a new shuttle pulled up a little before us. I grabbed everything and went tow... We stayed only one night between two flights but enough to really enjoy it. Comfy, spacious and modern room, with separate living area, two flat tv, fridge, coffee maker and air conditioning. Clean and roomy bathroom with amenities, good bed and pillows, I prefer a more hard mattress but it was good, maybe I was very tired. Maria at check-in was smiling at me as I entered the lobby. During the check in process, I presented several special requests that we had, and she handled every one of them like there was nothing to it. My gosh, if check in could be that easy everyplace else! Additionally, every member of the hotel makes eye contact, acknowledges and greets guests, and that says something about the management here. my room was very nice. Clean, quiet, nice comfy bed. the happy hour was just ok. was only able to get certain types of beer, wine, alcohol. Wasn't really impressed with service there. Breakfast food wasn't great. best thing was the made to order omelet which you had to stand in line for. The pancakes were not good; maybe they would have been better if they had not been cold. Convenient shuttle to and from airport once I figured out which shuttle to get on. The price was decent.

When our confirmed rental car fell through we thought we would see if guest services at the nearby Embassy Suites LAX North could help. Ernesto got right on the phone and got us around the corner to M car which delivered excellent service as well. We were so impressed with Ernesto that we decided to book a room at the Embassy Suites the night before our outbound trip (even though we really hadn't planned to.) What a relief! Outstanding service!

Stayed at Embassy Suites at both Niagara Falls and LAX on a recent trip and very pleased with our rooms and the rates - just one thing lets them down - the breakfast cut off time - it's too early for a start and worse - once the cut-off time is reached, guest have no further access to the buffet - even cold pastries were being cleared dead on 0900. At Niagara it was even worse because they actually lock a door which gives access to the buffet from the seating area. It's all a bit smash and ... Read more
