Came solo for a work trip. Wanted to like this but it was a mixed bag. Pros: 1. Another Courtyard, meaning it was clean and set up like a typical business room. 2. Front desk and valet staff were all friendly and helpful. 3. There's an on-site Starbucks and a lovely courtyard with a hot tub. Cons: 1. I was awakened at 3:30 a.m. (the night before a big meeting) by drunk guests yelling. While that was frustrating, the staff dealt with and resolved the situation promptly and firmly. 2. The r... We chose this hotel for the price and the location. It was a good choice but it was still quite pricey. We managed to get the City Sightseeing Tour Bus a few blocks from the hotel which was ideal. There is a very convenient shopping mall, Westfield close by to get snacks etc especially if you're traveling wth kids . We found the parking charges to be quite high but had no choice.

Despite its unusual shape (it's very long) & layout this hotel offers a lot of positives. The staff was very friendly. The room I stayed in was very nice. Roomy and clean. The shower had plenty of pressure & the hot water was always available. The gym was typically small for this size of hotel & offers the odd situation of being located outside in a glass enclosure. One morning I went out and the gym enclosure was very chilly inside. I do not know if they add a heater if it gets below 50 but at ... Read more

Had to stay near Century City for business and had never stayed at a Courtyard before. I assumed it would be pretty uninteresting and it did seem that way from the street side. However, I was pleasantly surprised once I entered the lobby. The public areas are stylish, functional and very inviting. The room was moderately sized, but nicely appointed and well equipped. Highly recommend it.

Off of a busy thoroughfare, this hotel has a ready staff to greet for valet parking and at check in. Second floor offers convenience amenities (F&B), lounge space and the first floor offers convenience store and business center quaintly. Rooms are clean and appropriate. Housekeeping and maintenance staff courteous and helpful. Only downside: when there is construction or street work; the only walking path is blocked leaving pedestrians to walk into traffic briefly (with cars driving at least ... Read more

This Courtyard was perfectly located for our visit, and was our base of operations as we toured and went to various locations around LA and Hollywood. We traveled to Valencia, Paramount Studios, Anaheim, Santa Monica, Simi Valley, Vasquez Rocks, Griffith Park - all easy trips from this hotel. This was your standard, very nice Courtyard room. 2 double beds, good WiFi, a small fridge, etc. The tub and toilet were separate from the sink area, but there was a sliding door that could close off the e... Very friendly staff, spacious room, well-appointed hotel including onsite restaurant and Starbucks coffee bar. Clean, very accommodating, extra special treatment. We were greeted wholeheartedly and were given room options based on our preferences and reason for visit. Lovely fruit infused water and fresh baked cookies free daily in the lobby area. Lovely onsite restaraunt/coffee bar and lounge area was very inviting. Room was large, very clean and well appointed. Netflix on demand was a nice p... Read more

Good service, clean and sufficient rooms, and the bistro on the first floor is a nice touch. I don't get to stay in Courtyard's very often, so the bistro surprised me. My only complaint is that you are going to hear outside traffic if you have a room near the street, like I did, but hey - that's city living for you.

My wife and I frequently visit the Los Angeles area and we wanted a location near Beverly Hills, West LA, and not too far from Santa Monica. This location seemed to fit and then we had the pleasant surprise of a great staff, excellent kitchen area, and many quiet sitting areas. Will always keep this location on our repeat-stay list.

Overall a great experience among the most friendly staff! Hallways seem to be outdated but the rooms are cozy and spacious. Had breakfast and dinner and everything was delicious, reasonable price. They even serve Starbucks coffee. Great location! Plenty of shops around. Definitely will come back.

It's a typical Courtyard by Marriott. Conveniently located for car owners - Century City, adjacent to Beverly Hills. Many sites are within short driving distance - Beverly Hills, Downtown Los Angeles, the Getty Center Museum, LAX International Airport and more. We got a king room with a comfortable and pleasant bed. Very good standard of maintenance, very clean. Although the room faced Olympic Avenue and was near the elevator of the hotel, we didn't feel any disturbances result and it was quiet ... Read more

We switched here after an unpleasant one-night stay in a hotel in Hollywood. This hotel was very comfortable, had spacious rooms, and our room had a balcony with a nice view. The beds were average comfort, the wifi was good, and the location was good with easy driving access to most places. There is a Ralph's across the street and a Starbucks in the hotel. The hotel may be a little overpriced and breakfast is limited, but we had a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

Stayed in this hotel for a week. Friendly and very helpful staffers. Rooms were small for LA hotel. They have a microwave which is useful. Location wise is okay, since this is LA. They have a Ralph's right across the street so it's quite convenient.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with the wife. Courtyards have always had clean, respectable properties. You know there will be a grill, convenience store, fitness center, and bar. The staff was friendly, and the rooms are clean (you'll never seen mold in a courtyard property). You will need a car to get around and there is a parking fee. Depending on where you plan to go, and what you plan to do, you might be able to find a different Courtyard property with a lower rate. There are sever... Read more

room was an upgrade; clean, large and comfortable. great location for my business interests. liked the fact that a supermarket was directly across the street. workout room was outside - - fun to exercise in fresh air! Also, restaurant on site had a nice selection for breakfast and dinner at reasonable prices.

This is a typical Courtyard hotel. It's location is the best thing about it. You can walk to Century City Mall and to any of the office buildings on the Avenue of the Stars in Century City. Sure beats having to find a parking space. Tip: The hotel sits on Olympic Blvd which is one of the main East/West routes thru Los Angeles -- it creates a lot of noise. So request a room on the backside of the hotel -- perhaps overlooking the pool area. You won't have to deal with the traffic noise.

This hotel is good. It has everything you could want...except for a pool. The air quality was poor, humid. Valet parking was additional, with come and go privileges. HOWEVER, the staff make this place fabulous. They always greet you with a smile. "Welcome back" say the valets and the desk staff. They and the Bistro staff treat you like old friends. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in the center of Beverly Hills which is a great location for sightseeing. The overnight parking fee of $20 is a bite over priced considering the rooms are well above $200 per night even with there reward program. Rooms are very clean and modern. There is a Starbucks on the 2 nd level but they don't serve complimentary breakfast. There isn't a bell man on staff just a parking attendant to collect your parking fee. I was very disappointed with there gym area. It was less than ... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel property several times and generally have been satisfied with the stay. However, this stay (Sept 28-Oct 2) was not quite up to my expectations. The room I booked was to be a king bed room but I was given a two double bed room that was relatively small compared to those I have had for past stays. I didn't complain but should have. The room was on the Olympic Blvd side of the hotel and was very noisy especially during rush hours. It was OK noise wise at night and I slep... Read more

Staff were amazing at this place and thats what made it great. Their advice in getting around was brilliant. Breakfast was of good standard and rooms were good although bit pricey for what you get but overall a decent hotel. Would recommend if your staying here for a few days before you move on just like we did.

This is a very old property on a very busy noisy street. Parking is a mess. Rooms are old and out dated. Stained carpets. Wifi is spotty and slow. Room smelled like smoke. Worst part of it is the staff. Eric at the front desk was not helpful and lacked basic professional skills needed in the hospitality industry. Heard him get into it with a couple guest during my stay. Not a very well run hotel. Surprised Marriott has their name on it.

I'm here for 6 days for a training course being held actually in the hotel so it was a no-brainier to stay here rather than risking another hotel further away. The rooms are comfortable enough and clean too. Breakfast isn't free but the Starbucks affiliation onsite does a good job and isn't too expensive - the beer and burgers in the evening serve their purpose too. I could walk to some interesting places or ride the Big Blue Bus on my Sunday off and as a film fan there was enough to get me happ... Read more

Stayed here for several nights while in town for business at UCLA. The hotel is fairly average for a Courtyard. The property is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. My room was spacious and quiet, despite being on a busy street. Staff were excellent; we were always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Valets always retrieved our car quickly. My only complain is the elevator - it broke down twice during a four-night stay, and lugging bags up and down four flights of stairs was a pain.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel that is walking distance to Westfield Century City. It is a short drive to area attractions. The customer service is good and compared to the Hilton/ Intercontinental, etc. it is a good price for the area. My only complaint was that the parking was only valet and was not included in the price of the room.

If I could choose less than one star, I would. This was the most disgusting room I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. My daughter was having surgery nearby so we booked this hotel as it was close to the hospital. She had the bedroom and I took the sofa bed....never sleep in their sofa bed!! The sofa bed was unmade and had several large stains on the mattress. There was a large clump of black hair on the mattress as well and a white "substance" stain on the sofa cushion. We changed rooms... Read more
