We've stayed here a couple times now. The hotel and staff are very accommodating. Self parking was confusing for me at least. I prefer Valet anyway call me lazy or a snob but let someone else deal with it. :) The parking fees are in line with the general area. The one time we valet parked ( our first time here while checking in I was quickly ushered away while the man checked in and was not allowed to stay in the very small loading area. A modern business hotel with all the facilities that you would expect. Nice modern rooms and bathrooms. Free transport to the airport. The wifi is not free but access to terminals is free in the business centre. The swimming pool area is nice but lacks shade. The restaurant for evening meal is good and reasonably priced. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance of Budget and Avis hire car pickup/drop-off.

It's great how they acknowledge you and thank you for being a coveted diamond level member but outside of words there is little action. The first thing is no upgrade available and even worse given the worst room in the hotel 1651. Located not next to but directly behind the bank of elevators. I have stayed at many different hotels around the LAX Airport, but over the years the Hilton LAX has become my go to place. The lobby is always inviting with its open space and food and beverage offerings on either side. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the Executive Lounge is a treat, and the shuttle back and forth to the airport is truly appreciated.

I've read horror stories of items left in hotel rooms and not returned - Had a great stay here and a good night's sleep, but left my cosmetics bag and retainer in the room. After catching my flight, I realized I had left them :( Thanks to Elia Reyes and Kerry Rosell, I have them back - packaged nicely and delivered to my door. I am so grateful!

High volume hotel for visitors traveling through Los Angeles International airport. Nice property but the rooms need a refresh. Rooftop pool and jacuzzis are a good feature as are the various restaurants. Easy access to LAx with shuttle service every ten minutes to and from terminals.

Stayed here for one night. Not sure what the purpose was but up to three times house keeping just came in the room after just a single knock even at 08:30 in the morning. When noticing i was in the room responding with 'i come back later' and not with a 'sorry'. What a lack of respect to your customers. As a diamond member staying on the executive room, entitled for a late check out. Never again in this hotel, never hat experienced this fast food treatment for an 'upper' scale hotel.

Short 1-night stay before an early morning departure from LAX. Hotel location to freeway, rental car lots, and airport is excellent. Large, busy hotel. Rooms are small for LA but you'll find all of the usual Hilton appointments and amenities. I used Hilton Honors Points so I can't really speak to the room rate. The points were worth it to have easy and early morning access to AVIS and the airport. Not a fan of onsite parking fees but you can self park or valet at this hotel.

Several things in our room were in need of repair, one of which was the lock to our room, which stopped working and locked us out of the room 3 times. Housekeeping took a very long time to deliver towels to our room - over an hour. We finally gave up waiting and went to sleep. After 11:00 PM, the towels arrived. In the end, the manager did comp some of the bill as an apology for the inconvenience of being locked out of our room.

Being right opposite the airport runway was great for viewing but if you are not a sound sleeper it may be disruptive as the soundproofing was not nearly as good as other airport hotels we have stayed at. This has to be the craziest Hilton I've ever stayed in. It took us 45 minutes to check in, there were only 2 people behind the desk at 3:00pm on a Sunday. One is specifically for International guests. The parking....oh my goodness....each tier I went DOWN, I kept feeling like I was going to be buried alive. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I'm spend over 120 nights yearly at a hotel. I have had better stays at this location but I recently stayed here on a four night business trip that was a nightmare. The hotel shuttles block the driveway into the valet area, creating a traffic jam and a unsafe situation if you want to use the Valet. LAX is not known for having a generous selection of nice hotels, and the Hilton is no exception. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and this place is a dump. The shuttle service to and from the hotel is a mess, the hotel is rundown (even after renovations a few years ago) and the rooms feel dank and dirty. For a hotel with this price, the executive lounge was very disappointing. I paid a bit extra to guarantee access to the executive lounge, because I was meeting a friend. I wanted to make sure we could have a private, but pleasant place to talk and enjoy the usually excellent food choices. This place was tiny compared to other global lounges I have utilized. It was crawling with people. You had to stand a bit, or sit right next to a stranger until other seats became open. The food options w... Read more

Stayed several times at this hotel - good value for your money. All the staff that we interacted at hotel were very helpful and attentive. The lounge for Hilton Honors members is excellent. Parking at this hotel is a bit expensive but there are two public lots on both sides of the hotel were the prices are more affordable.

They are very accommodating to travelers. You can use facilities and store luggage if you get in early or need to hang out later than checkout. It was surprisingly quite after 10:00 pm. We did have an issue with tub not draining and they did not have USB ports for charging. I suggest getting the package that includes breakfast as the buffet was $25 per person which ended up adding $60 to our bill. You can take a shuttle to Manhattan Beach for $5 each if you have 4-5 hours to kill.

This is a very busy Hilton. The staff was very friendly and professional. Parking is pricey, but if you're coming from or going to LAX you can park there for an extended period of time for a much better price. 2 night minimum for that rate, but can extend for a week or more. Shuttle service was very good. Hotel room was quiet and not too aware of flight noise. The room itself and bathroom were smaller than other Hilton properties that we'd stayed. The beds comfy.

Don't expect a lot from airport hotels, but... Meh, nothing worked and they wanted to charge me $5 to bring a fork to my room so I could eat my leftover Chinese. Digital key didn't work so I got to stand in line for 15 minutes to check in at 10:00 PM.

Spent one night here on the Executive level. Exec king room was spacious. Exec lounge convenient for evening snack and full breakfast. Staff at checkin, lounge, shuttle, bell desk, housekeeping all were excellent. Thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable. We will rebook the same room on our return home.

This is a massive hotel, but consequently plenty of rooms, dining options, parking ($25/day), and frequent shuttles to and from LAX. The executive lounge is good, but smaller than it used to be - not sure when they did the remodeling, but it seats probably about 20 - 25 people at the tables, so at peak times it was a bit crowded. The food selections there were nice and plentiful, however, for both breakfast and the evening snacks. There's also a large cash/charge bar there for the evenings as... Read more

This is my second stay while on business. The first time there was a convention so I was understanding. This time, not the case. The rooms are fine. No complaints. The executive lounge is not up to the other Hilton hotels that I stay in every week. Cookies and nuts in a jar are their idea of snacks. Really? No comparison to their sister hotels out there. Hot finger food, etc. The service in the bar is horrible. Plan to wait. I had faster service on my last visit when the convention was here. Th... Read more

Overall very good, only negatives were some wear and tear to the room and a very rude receptionist who had a problem issuing me a safety deposit box, constantly saying I had a room safe. The safe states the hotel cant accept responsibility for items missing from safe and I explained travel insurance purposes that I'm only covered for valuables left in a safety deposit box. The security guards themselves who deal with deposit boxes were excellent and true gentlemen. Check in was good check out not... Read more
