    We've stayed here a couple times now. The hotel and staff are very accommodating. Self parking was confusing for me at least. I prefer Valet anyway call me lazy or a snob but let someone else deal with it. :) The parking fees are in line with the general area.     A modern business hotel with all the facilities that you would expect. Nice modern rooms and bathrooms. Free transport to the airport. The wifi is not free but access to terminals is free in the business centre. The swimming pool area is nice but lacks shade. The restaurant for evening meal is good and reasonably priced. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance of Budget and Avis hire car pickup/drop-off.

    As a newly crowned a Diamond level member I was amped up to test the waters. The list of perks is long for their highest level loyalty customers. It's great how they acknowledge you and thank you for being a coveted diamond level member but outside of words there is little action.     I have stayed at many different hotels around the LAX Airport, but over the years the Hilton LAX has become my go to place. The lobby is always inviting with its open space and food and beverage offerings on either side. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the Executive Lounge is a treat, and the shuttle back and forth to the airport is truly appreciated.

    I've read horror stories of items left in hotel rooms and not returned - Had a great stay here and a good night's sleep, but left my cosmetics bag and retainer in the room. After catching my flight, I realized I had left them :( Thanks to Elia Reyes and Kerry Rosell, I have them back - packaged nicely and delivered to my door. I am so grateful!

    High volume hotel for visitors traveling through Los Angeles International airport. Nice property but the rooms need a refresh. Rooftop pool and jacuzzis are a good feature as are the various restaurants. Easy access to LAx with shuttle service every ten minutes to and from terminals.

    Stayed here for one night. Not sure what the purpose was but up to three times house keeping just came in the room after just a single knock even at 08:30 in the morning. When noticing i was in the room responding with 'i come back later' and not with a 'sorry'. What a lack of respect to your customers. As a diamond member staying on the executive room, entitled for a late check out. Never again in this hotel, never hat experienced this fast food treatment for an 'upper' scale hotel.

    Sitting at the boarding gate, with a sick husband I scanned the closest hotels, and called to see if they had a room available. As we walked out of the airport there was their shuttle, so we got on. With no reservation we were able to get into a perfect room right away.

    Short 1-night stay before an early morning departure from LAX. Hotel location to freeway, rental car lots, and airport is excellent. Large, busy hotel. Rooms are small for LA but you'll find all of the usual Hilton appointments and amenities. I used Hilton Honors Points so I can't really speak to the room rate. The points were worth it to have easy and early morning access to AVIS and the airport. Not a fan of onsite parking fees but you can self park or valet at this hotel.

    Several things in our room were in need of repair, one of which was the lock to our room, which stopped working and locked us out of the room 3 times. Housekeeping took a very long time to deliver towels to our room - over an hour. We finally gave up waiting and went to sleep. After 11:00 PM, the towels arrived. In the end, the manager did comp some of the bill as an apology for the inconvenience of being locked out of our room.

    An overnight stay while transferring from uk to Hawaii. Only negative is the quality of sound proofing. Being right opposite the airport runway was great for viewing but if you are not a sound sleeper it may be disruptive as the soundproofing was not nearly as good as other airport hotels we have stayed at.     My wife and I stayed with a couple of friends at Hilton LAX and we have access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is unexpectedly noisy, crowded and house wine costs $9. I won't recommend the upgrade.

    The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant offered wonderful food and choices. Although I received a special convention rate, I would definitely recommend your stay here. The proximity to LAX and to LA is very convenient!

    Upon checking in the lady supervisor failed to inform me that she would charge my card additional money for possible accidentals. After I realized that she charged my card $100 plus also $48. I had to inquire what that was for. After she explained why I asked if she could place it on a different card.     The hotel is very dated needs a renovation badly. Parking is horrid. Had three consecutive reservations only one time was recognized for Being Gold. WiFi is very bad in locations. Hilton HHonors profile says away from elevators was given a room 3 doors away. Front Desk service was amazing. Every employee was friendly.

    Everything about the hotel is good. Hilton have ensured they have kept the hotel updated, it has every amenity needed and service from checking to Exec Lounge was a good experience. My only complaint, if any, would be the size of the room bathroom.

    This has to be the craziest Hilton I've ever stayed in. It took us 45 minutes to check in, there were only 2 people behind the desk at 3:00pm on a Sunday. One is specifically for International guests. The parking....oh my goodness....each tier I went DOWN, I kept feeling like I was going to be buried alive. It's horrible, and $29.00 for parking...ridiculous! As I'm standing on line a woman was telling me she stayed at the Marriott across the street, much better service! May have to explore that ...     Stayed one night in a large room which had plenty of storage space and a small but O.K. bathroom. There was a great deal of noise from aircraft taking off as the soundproofing was non-existent. Also the bathroom door had a squeak which made for a very disturbed night. The Executive lounge was bright and airy but busy and the food was good.

    As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I'm spend over 120 nights yearly at a hotel. I have had better stays at this location but I recently stayed here on a four night business trip that was a nightmare. The hotel shuttles block the driveway into the valet area, creating a traffic jam and a unsafe situation if you want to use the Valet.     If you are planning on staying here after a long flight then you have made the right decision. The check in process was smooth and the snack shop was open even though it was 3am. The room was very spacious, soundproof windows and a great king size bed. We didnt have breakfast because we found it a bit expensive for our budget but it looked great. The only downside to our stay was a $28.99 charge to our credit card for absolutely no reason.

    The gentleman who checked us in was very rude and sent us to the incorrect room which was quite a hassle to get sorted out. Security staff were not helpful when advised to contact them regarding our "occupied room". When being transferred to the front desk over the phone I was disconnected 4 times.     I was there at this hotel to spend as starting point for my American adventure family trip this month. Located in the Airport area made this hotel a best short distance to relax just you outta plane.     We stayed here on two occasions when transiting through LAX during July. Each time, the check-in process was smooth and quick and the rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. But what made this a 5-star review for me is the quality of staff there - everyone from the shuttle bus driver to bell hop to front desk is polite and helpful.     LAX is not known for having a generous selection of nice hotels, and the Hilton is no exception. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and this place is a dump. The shuttle service to and from the hotel is a mess, the hotel is rundown (even after renovations a few years ago) and the rooms feel dank and dirty.     We stayed here one night after flying in late to LAX. Good shuttle service (you'll need to flag them down, just in case they don't stop as the airport is busy) and we didn't need to wait too long.     well our last night in L.A. Was excellent. There was a convention for gamers going on but even with the gamers there it was great. We were able to drop our rental off at the Hotel. Service there was perfect. We took advantage of the Hilton Honors club and with that better savings. We recommend you stay at a Hilton and enjoy a bit of savings.     We had arrived in LA having lost our bags. There had been a problem with baggage handling at Heathrow. The hotel shop was very helpful with essentials - toothbrush, razor , etc. The room itself was very clean, well laid out and comfortable.     We stayed for 2 nights - to be close to Venice beach and also surroundings areas.. The hotel was lovely and so we're all staff. We booked an executive room - which gave use of the executive lounge for breakfast.. The room was massive... Beds super comfy! Would def stay again

    This is one of our favorite hotels to utilize when traveling out of the state or country. It is minutes away from the airport, they offer shuttle service to and from. The rooms are always nice and clean. The staff are also nice. Only downside is the pool, very small, but clean.

    After a long late flight to a very crowded LAX waited for the Hilton Shuttle to arrive. It did within the 20-25 mins. promised. Short ride to the hotel. Checking in was a breeze. To wind down before calling it a night had a night cap in the bar. Service was great. The room was clean and the bed very, very comfortable. Would recommend the Hilton LAX to all that are traveling.

    We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and it was the right decision. The hotel provided us with a shuttle bus service to and from the hotel for no extra charge and the hotel itself was of a high standard. Everything about the place shouted quality.     The hotel is super close to the airport, found the hotel rooms a bit worn in decore and the A/C was very noisy. The food was good, only had room service, and they were quick and friendly. The hotel has a small brasserie in the lobby that offers light snacks and food to a high standard. The check in staff was very friendly.

    We had a lay over in LA and chose the Hilton as it was close to the airport, had a 24 hour shuttle service and was one of the cheapest. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was large, two huge queen beds, quiet area of hotel, toiletries etc. Did not use any restaurant facilities as had a very early flight the next morning. Will certainly use this hotel again.

    Got a day room at Hilton LAX for a 6 hour layover and was incredibly disappointed. Reasons being: 1) Waited about 20 minutes for the shuttle at LAX. The Marriott and Westin shuttles passed 3 times in the same period as 1 Hilton shuttle. 2) Lobby of hotel is fine, but rooms are old and filthy. Carpet in my bedroom was incredibly dirty and stained.     Coming off a long flight from Fiji, we figured we would rather have a night at LAX before continuing our journey to the East Coast to recharge a little.     The reason I selected this hotel is because of the location to the airport and the fact that they have the best beds in the industry. The staff is always very friendly and service oriented. This is a typical Hilton Hotel but a great choice if you are traveling out of LAX.

    This hotel is clean and comfortable, good size rooms. Some aircraft noise. There is a medium size outside pool that was in the sun until late afternoon, sufficient for a swim and a few hours relaxing. WIFi is charged in the room which is annoying particularly at an airport.     Shuttle buses to and from LAX in the early afternoon and at noon are reasonable frequent. The lobby at the hotel gives a pleasant impression, not too busy, and the check-in process was efficient at a Saturday evening, by polite and helpful reception staff, though crowded by the elevators as the hotel was fully booked.     The one thing that struck me about this place is that the ceilings are quite low. Although, maybe i am too tall? I stayed on the 17th floor as a status Hilton member, with executive lounge priveleges. The lounge is fairly small considering the number of rooms this hotel has (>1000), and the breakfast offering was a little on the light side.     Careful when you book a studio, you may end with a huge and empty room with a view on a wall ... Prefer a smaller view on upper floors, to "enjoy" the view. At least the sun. Rooms are ok, clean, no special character. Breakfast is ok but the buffet is not crazy. Internet is reliable but not super fast, and if you want it free, you have to register on their website ...

    What you'd expect from a Hilton....a nice property, well maintained, in close proximity to the airport...I recently stayed there overnight before a flight back east.....I didn't have to 'check in' because I used the 'e-key', but at 7:00 PM there was a bit of a line......Overall a fine stay.....nothing outstanding mind you, but nothing went wrong either......

    Overall it was a very good experience. The staff was excellent, the room was very clean and the fitness facility was clean and well-maintained. The only thing that keeps them from 5 stars is the shuttle from the airport (which is about a mile away from the hotel itself) was very sporadic. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally jumped in a cab just to end the wait. I was in town for a weekend seminar with Bob Proctor, and the ballroom and other related facilities were great.     I found myself through a series of screw up by United Airlines stuck at LAX at 2am with 20 hours till my next flight. I grabbed a shuttle to the Hilton as I was a HiltonHonors member and at least I would get good wi-fi. Check in without a reservation was real good and very friendly helpful staff.     The rooms are very nice, although the bathroom is quite small. We spent a little more money for the concierge level in order to get the appets (5-7pm) before dinner. There were chicken wings & spring rolls.I wouldn't count on filling up as we had done in London with the wonderful Hilton "appetizers," etc. that were presented.     Stayed only one night, one of the best attributes is the Hilton Honors App, allowing you to get a digital key bypassing the desk completely. One of the things I'd pass on to you as a traveler is to get a room on the side of the hotel not facing the airport. The property sits at the beginning of the take off runway, and airplanes are departing until about 3am. The rooms were alright, clean and beds ok. Nothing special to make mention of in this review.

    On my way him from Hong Kong I had a night's stopover at LAX and I stayed at the Hilton Los Angels Airport Hotel. The hotel is fine, but could use an update. I heard one guest say it's like "an old friend." That may be true, but after being in five star hotels in Asia which were half the price, but twice the product this "old friend" could use some help.
