"We stayed on our way back from a family cruise for one night while waiting for our return flight home. The room was OK , not great. The tub was plugged. Window faced the hallway, which was dingy and offered very little privacy. Very noisy because there was only a pane of glass to keep sound out from coming through from the hallway. Not a restful nights sleep when we had to get up at 4am for our flight. I would not stay here again."

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The location is perfect for those traveling to the LAX area. There are a lot of nice restaurants close by and great places to sight see! Room service was wonderful...parking is affordable and close to the entrance, staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the LAX area!"

"This is 'not' a 3.5 star hotel, nowhere near it. We had to move rooms at midnight because of the noise from the air con from the room downstairs. The room had no exterior window. The shower was blocked with hair, and despite complaints wasn't fixed. I note other websites class this hotel as 3 stars or less. The room had no fridge. Every time we left our rooms we had to get our key cards re programmed because they no longer opened the door to our room. The air con in our first room was stuck on 67f and in our second room was 84f. Because they couldn't be regulated the only solution was to turn them off until the room temperature was bearable. Not easy to do when the room has no outside facing window and no natural ventilation. There are many aspects of this hotel that don't conform to health and safety requirements. The staff appeared quite used to complaints and displayed a 'couldn't care less attitude'. A dreadful place to stay!!!"
