"The stay was somewhat pleasant and turned into a complete disater at the end. I feel that I could of found a better quyality hotel for what I paid however I was fooled by the website's appearance. It seems that this hotel may be used to house homeless welfare receipents that were just a little to creepy for me. For that reason I was compelled to stay indoors with my family in order to feel safe.
The worst part of the stay is the staff completely unorganized. At check out I was told there was no record of payment therefore they would be charging my credit card on file! I kept trying to explain to the clerk that there was no way that was possible otherwise I would not have been allowed to check into my room. My paperwork was lost and she would not contact the company I booked through advising it was my responsilbilty (when they were the one's who lost my records)!! It was a total inconvienence that took up valuable time which caused us to miss an event that was the whole reason we stayed in the area! Staff is completely incompetent and I would never recommend staying here to anyone."

"The hotel is comfortable clean and is currently undergoing refurbishment so the tied looking carpets will be replaced. There is pool, with spa and a free breakfast for 2 people each day makes it a good choice. It is no more than a 17minute drive on the I5 to Disneyland and about an hour to San Diego. If you dont mind the drive then the location is fine, however depending on the time of year better deals can be found closer to the Disneyland resort."
