Beach House Restaurant
Pacific Edge Hotel's signature restaurant, the Beach House, was the 1920's home of Hollywood character actor Slim Summerville (All Quiet on the Western Front, Tobacco Road). Family-owned and operated for over 40 years, the restaurant offers an unforgettable Laguna Beach dining experience under the guidance of executive chef Michael Ingino.
Be prepared for the freshest fish, shellfish and certified beef available, overlooking what some consider the OC's most dramatic sunsets. Much of the home's original woodwork, fixtures and wrought iron remain, adding a touch of classic Southern California to your meal. Dine inside amidst the ocean views or opt for the tranquility of the garden courtyard.
The Deck
The more casual of our two eateries, The Deck is the only open-air, beachside restaurant in Laguna Beach. Its plank flooring is suspended over the sand steps from the surf, which at high tide can wash ashore right below your table. This means you can plant your surfboard after catching a few waves and walk right up the bar to quench your thirst and fill your stomach.
The Deck is a favorite hangout for locals, who know a thing or two about what's good in town. Here, you can enjoy a full menu focused on seafood, beef and specialty chopped salads (to keep you looking your best), in addition to a full bar. All surrounded by the best sights and sounds the Orange County coast has to offer.
The Green Room
Yes, we know The Deck gets crowded at times. It's The Deck and this is Laguna Beach, after all. So, next time you're waiting for a table or barstool, step inside the Green Room and relax. Have a drink while space opens up or stay for awhile and eat inside. It's a totally different vibe that happens to be right next door. Same menu. Same drinks. Plus plush seats, plenty of elbow room and a wood burning fireplace. You can also rent the Green Room for your own private party and join the fray outside when you're good and ready
Surf Cabanas
California is home to some of the most celebrated wave spots in the world, including surf breaks such as Maverick's, Rincon, Malibu, Brooks Street and Trestles. The Surf Cabanas were named in their honor for providing world-class amenities and service right at the water's edge. In addition to stunning ocean views, every Surf Cabana offers air-conditioned rooms, flat screen TVs and private baths and showers. Each Surf Cabana also comes with a friendly and knowledgeable Beach Sherpa and Cabana Girl to assist you with everything from setting up your beach chairs and umbrellas, to ordering your food and beverages, to arranging guided gallery tours. Our staff is here to create the perfect beach experience for you. Just say what and we'll make it happen.
Relax on the beach with complimentary beach towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Splash around in one of our two heated swimming pools, or unwind in the hot tub.
