This is my first of 3 nights. My super amazing company booked my hotel stay at embassy suites instead of Hilton where our corporate convention is by mistake. In most cases my standard reaction would be "I aint got time for that!" but a stiff drink and warm bed make all things better. I threw my bags, golf clubs and teddy bear in the room and made my way into the much needed bathroom only to find it without toilet paper. I'm not going to be crude with any insight to a lack of what bathrooms ne... Read more

Road trip vacation. Made reservation on bookings.com. Prompt checking. Maria was very efficient. Nice bar in lobby, bright light. Room 246 was fine. Very clean suite. DH used the pool for a few laps. Nice happy hour so we didn't even go to dinner. Breakfast in the morning included custom omelette. I could see using this hotel for an extended stay

Greatly enjoyed a three night stay while attending a wedding in La Quinta. The suite was very clean and spacious. With free parking, an excellent breakfast included and an evening reception that included cocktails, wine and beer at no charge, this was one of the nicest Embassy's l have stayed at. I can't forget the impressive pool area that included bar and food service on the weekend. Great area and beautiful hotel. Staff could be a little more proactive and autonomous when making simple requests for the staff. Seems like everything they need to do they need manager's approval (or maybe that's just an excuse?). Housekeeping does a great job and they seem to be much more helpful than the receptionist staff. Breakfast meals have a great variety and the times offered are convenient.

Came as a quick weekend trip with my sister and friend. The check-in process was easy, but there is no valet and there were 2 conferences happening, so we had to wait for an available luggage cart, which took time. The free breakfast was great, and the line for the omelet bar was worth the wait. I would definitely come back again, next time with my husband.

My original review is below... I should have waited until the charges processed before writing it. Everything was just fine until we got home from our trip and checked our credit card statement. They processed the charges and got their money but never released one of the two holds. It took 2 calls to the credit card company and 3 to the hotel before they finally agreed to remove it, only to do it wrong and put an additional hold on. I had one very unpleasant phone conversation with a woman who I... Read more

We love staying at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The evening reception is a nice way to end a long day on the road. The food is always a nice presentation and good quality and tastes good. In the morning the breakfast has lots of choices of cold or hot cereal, hot coffee/tea/chocolate, cold juices and milk. Bagels, english muffins or toast. Eggs cooked to order, potatoes, bacon or sausage and fresh fruit.

The Embassy Suites in La Quinta California is quite beautiful, and extremely clean. It is surrounded by majestic mountains, and palm trees, therefore you totally feel that you are on vacation! Additionally, the proximity to Old Town La Quinta is perfect for an evening stroll, shopping, or "night cap"...in a quaint little village.

The free breakfast was above and beyond the normal granola and yogurt freebies at other like hotels. The bigger mgr's cocktail hour was one of a kind. Free cocktails and appetizers. Unbeatable for the price. Superb staff from Eric the GM to Jaime, Tayran, and Richard at the bar. Andrew at the front desk went above and beyond as well.

I love this place. It is truly home away from home. The atmosphere and such good customer service makes it hard to leave. I stayed here 3 nights and every time I go, I wish I would have booked it for a couple of more nights. The breakfast and the manager reception hour is awesome. Although, I wish the appetizer would change daily and not the same thing everyday. But, that's nothing compared to how the service is. Highly room selection dependent since lobby and pool side rooms can be extremely noisy on certain occasions. Be very careful if you want a quiet night at holiday times. Gym is small but adequate, pool is not. Breakfast is up to the high Embassy Suite standards and dinner is actually quite good for a chain hotel, we ate there twice since most places are closed over Labor Day weekend.

Over all ok, room type not as requested but dealt with it as best we could. Could use more handy cap parking. On big weekends maybe have two omelet stations. Location was good as it makes it easy to get to relatives in area.

After a positive experience at the Embassy Suites in Anaheim, we decided to give the La Quinta branch a try. It??s in a convenient and quiet location, close to Coachella, where I had to work, and Palm Springs, where I wanted to play. When we arrived, we were fortunate to have our room ready and Maria was very nice and helpful at check-in, but soon after our stay turned sour. Upon returning to our room after a day of work, we grasped a bad smell upon coming into the room. My boyfriend noticed... Read more

I did not have time to try other things the hotel offered except for the evening reception. The snacks and the drinks were good.

Excellent value and well located to play numerous valley golf courses. Complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour make it a no brainer if you want to spend most of your time doing outdoor activities. The pool/spa is adequate but not a high point like many of the resorts in the area. Just a nice, clean and spacious facility.
