"The place is nice the staff is nice, however on Thursday night the happy hour was a joke. Only 3 items very small bite for $2.50 and the well drinks for $5.00 they used the cheapest liquor you can buy. The service is very slow at the restaurant, bar and at the pool side. They have a breakfast buffet that's $19.00 but don't go for it and just order from the menu. Check in was at 3pm and my room was not ready until 4pm."

"From the outside, the hotel is very nice. The grounds are well kept. The pools are very nice and the addition of the adults only pool is quiite nice if you prefer to be away from screaming children. The only downside is the adult pool wasn't heated.
As far as the condition of the rooms, I would say this is where there is some room for improvement. The beds slumped in the middle. The sheets were pilling as if they had been washed too many times.
The floor in the bathroom looked as if it hasn't been swept in a while.
I noticed some mold in the caulking along the shower.
As for the service, all of the staff were very nice and attentive.

I don't think the quality of the hotel matched the price."

"GOOD: Staff was friendly, grounds was clean and beautiful, catered to middle age group, great location to all of Palm Spring locations. Had a very relaxing quite time. the spa was great.

BAD: Up on arrival to the room, they forgot to remove all the things that was left behind from the prior guest. The next day room service fail to empty all the trash can, replace ice bag and clean glass that was used. Upon checking out even though i show the $25.00 discount to the spa they fail to discount the money.

Over all experiance from the minor problem the resort was very RELAXING!!!!!

NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST FOR A ROOM THAT DOES NOT OVER LOOK THE PARKING LOT............"

"We had a great time at the Miramonte. The staff was so pleasant and wonderful ! nLoved the beds by the pool. nAnd the beds in the rooms. The hotel was quaint and loved the individual Villas. nwe will definitely stay there again! "

"We found the resort to be very easy on the eyes and the rooms were large with very comfortable beds. The pool was small but nice and the adult pool was a great surprise! However, you cannot bring your own drinks to the pool and the $11 cocktails got old quickly. The staff was less than friendly but the bar area was very nice and the room service was delicious (Cobb Sandwich, Eggs in the morning, and Grapefruit brulee!) Overall I enjoyed the hotel but the service was less than friendly and we became hesitant to ask them for anything at all. Beautiful location though!!"
