I really enjoyed this property. Not overly fancy like some of the resorts in Palm Springs. 2 story buildings with 2 nice size pools with bar service. Very friendly staff throughout the property. A nice happy hour is offered in the bar. I found it to be laid back. Liked that you could park right out front of our room. Quick drive to lots of restuarants and El Paseo. *make sure to visit Louise's Pantry for breakfast

What a great stay! My daughter and I went for her 16th birthday weekend. It was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Late our first night I asked for extra bedding and "Michelle" brought the bedding and even offered to make the bed for us! Our treatments at the spa were amazing! Can't wait to return to this beautiful resort.

Just spent a long weekend end here with my wife and another couple. Overall the property is nice, it has a smaller feel charm. The staff was pleasant but we found it hard to find a waiter and bartenders during our stay. Twice we sat at two different bars with no staff to be found. Not great when you have to call the front desk to ask is there is someone working in that area. When the staff arrived they were nice. 1. Rooms are clean. 2. Front desk should provide the best available option in the booked category rather than sending first to the worst room. 3. Bartender and restaurant staff are very friendly and polite. 4. Unencrypted WiFi is unacceptable these days.

Went to the Miramonte to celebrate two wonder dads with good friends, and we had a blast! The service at the pool was excellent! The cabana was stocked with fruit and drinks, very nice. The pool side lunch was good and the drinks were refreshing! The sun was HOT but the water was COOL! Can't wait to come back when it's cooler and sit by the fire pits.

I went for a quick getaway this past weekend & had never been here before. Kudos to the staff working through oppressive heat while always maintaining a smile! The property has so many flowers & cute little seating areas as you walk through. I stayed in the Serrento building & my room faced the Bocci Ball Court which was lit at night with cute lights. I really wanted to like this hotel. It's beautiful, there are fruit trees, the spa was relaxing and there's an adult only pool w a bar. But our first room had a noise problem (something, maybe the AC? Went on the Frits and started revving loudly at 1am!), and the suite we were ultimately moved to had a shower knob that kept falling off. The staff was very kind and accommodating through this process and I was hoping I could just overlook this and have a good stay. However, the front desk staff a... Read more

I am highly irate at this hotel. I don't know who I am more mad at - Priceline or Miramonte. I think they are both at fault. For 5-10 years I have bid on Priceline's "Name your own price". For those of you that are unfamiliar, it is a way that hotels can fill their empty rooms. We bid, if the hotel accepts the price then we get the hotel for that price, period, until now. Great service, we went for a couples day at the spa. Highly recommend the couples retreat. After we spent time at the private pool area with pool side drink and food service. Not a lot of menu options and the drinks were a bit weak. The rest of the day was spent at the larger pool area, nice quite and private cabanas. Recommend a weekday when you can have practically the entire place to yourselves.

Just ended our trip and it was great. The hotel is beautifully built and the area is very quiet and pleasant with fruit trees everywhere. At first our room's AC wasnt working so they quickly switched our rooms, which was very nice. The staff is also very polite. Our bell man, Oscar, was very friendly, helpful & full of smiles. We had also left a bracelet in the room and while we were about to leave, the front desk quickly returned it to us. All in all great stay. Thanks Miramonte!

ive been coming here for years for years but for the past couple off years after the remodel, the deals aren't as great as before . Previously upon check in, a spa gift card would be given which wasn't the case. Also, I wasn't aware that food and beverage credit I had for $ 50 didn't include alcohol. I only found out as I checked out. Also, the Jacuzzi was closed for a private party in the main pool area which was a hassle since no one could utilize it all day until probably after 5pm
