I thought the staff was great and we had a great time here. The room was a standard King room with a pullout bed which was good for us. There were four so it wasn't a ton of room but it worked. Also, plenty of space in the bathroom. The pools were a nice mix though the ground got extremely hot. Not sure how to prevent this but our daughter didn't seem to care as she was mostly concerned about the water slide. This was the highlight of her trip. We would come back as we enjoyed the trip.

I cannot wait to go back! The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The service is impeccable. The food is awesome (even by the pool). We stayed in a villa and requested a private terrace with hot tub. They met all our requests and we had butler service within minutes whenever we needed. We splurged and got a cabana at the adult pool. I expected this little canvas cover for 2 people. It exceeded my expectations. The cabana was cement and fit 3 people comfortably and then they had 4 chairs outside th... Read more

Hyatt Indian Wells is great for a meeting - everything you need on site - with a staff that makes great things happen. It's nice for a family get away with pool and Camp Hyatt for the kids, golf for spouses and one of my favorite spas. It is classy yet you can go form your room to the pool and not feel weird about walking thru the hotel in a swim suit.

Hyatt Indian Wells is a good place to stay in the desert. I didn't get a chance to play golf, but the course looked in excellent shape. The fitness room was well equipped. The rooms were good size and comfortable, though beds could use an improvement. Staff was very friendly and welcoming

I was only in palm springs for a couple of days but was relieved to have stayed at a resort that catered to relaxing. Upon arrival I was treated with a smile and a courteous gesture from all of the staff. Th only small issue that I encountered was they had upgraded me to a nice poolside room, but on Saturday night they showed a movie out by the pool which echos off the water and into the rooms. They finished up I think about 9:30. I would stay here again, if I get back to Palm Springs.

I have stayed at this hotel three times and have always been happy with the rooms, the service, the spa and the pool area. I had a nice renovated room with a golf view and a huge flat screen TV. I particularly want to give a thank you to a spa employee named Chelsea who took the time out of her day to walk with me and help find my room (the front desk had circled the wrong location on my map). The room rates were reasonable, and the staff did a great job with our conference. Everyone was friendl... Read more

All the things you need to have a good time at a convention. The time of year we were there was very warm. I liked that there were several smaller pool area's to hang out in. Spa has a wide variety of services and provides amenities for when you are there. Convention space was just a short walk away, which in the heat can make a difference. Standard guest room was spacious and had a huge TV.

We have been here before with our granddaughter and for the most part had another good visit. The rooms are nice but with some problems. We were not happy with housekeeping this trip. The room was not up to snuff when we arrived...the floors were sticky and had crumbs on the carpet. We called down to get it cleaned and were assured someone would do it. We got back from spending hours at the pool...not clean. The next day we requested again. This time, not only did she not clean the floors ... Read more

My family and I discovered Hyatt Indian Wells approximately a month ago when we stayed in the "hospitality suite". We were very impressed. The Hyatt Indian Wells is a great place to stay for a getaway. The resort is spectacular. The grounds are pleasing to the eye and the pools are great. They have an adult pool area that makes it nice if you are traveling without kids. We stayed in a two bedroom villa that was enormous with plenty of space to have friends over without feeling crowded. Plenty of counter space in the bathrooms and bedrooms as well.

If you want to relax, have a great time and be treated like royalty this is the place to go. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very polite and efficient and the service excellent. Kid friendly. Great for couples and families too. There are entertainment, food and cocktails choices both for adults and kids (virgin versions of alcoholic drinks were a hit with our kids). Also, the food choices included both adult and kid favorites (even the picky ones).

Had a very nice 1-night stay! It's a large resort with beautiful, manicured gardens, 2 pools, walking paths, fountains, and gorgeous rows of palm trees at the front of hotel. It's located in the Indian Wells suburb of Palm Springs and best accessed with a rental car as it's set far back from the main roads and you'll need a car to go off-property. The property was breath taking and relaxing. Five stars to you guys!

I have been staying at this hyatt for over 25 years - noticed that several changes in personnel - front desk personnel not good listeners - the last two stays I was quite specific as to what section of the hotel I preferred and was placed just the opposite - room was extremely hot never did cool down - transferred to another room at 830p when I was ready for bed and it took a minimum of two hours+ to cool down

If you are coming to the desert in the summer months prepare to burn. It would be a high of 114 on our birthday getaway in July. The hotel is very nice and I am rating it based on a Palm Springs area hotel and not a five star hotel somewhere else in the world. The lobby area is very nice and chic and their gift shop which includes a Starbucks is a plus albeit expensive coffee. The hotel rooms are nice nothing over the top but if its good enough for the President of China its good enough for the ... Read more

We have been traveling around california and our escape to Indian Wells was perfect for renewing our energies. The hotel is very pleasant, which includes a very nice swimming pool, restaurants, spa, and fitness center. The room is very spacious and with good amenities. All personnel were very kind, from valet to concierge. I would definitely return.

I enjoyed my one night stay at the Hyatt. The hotel offers a lot of amenities. The pool is beautiful, the rooms spaceous and full of modern amenities. The bathrooms in particular are brand new with a wonderful shower and good counter space. The furniture is nice too. Great service too. It's a winner!

I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It is a beautiful resort made even better by a total renovation. The renovation is not complete in all rooms, but there was never any noise from the areas being renovated. They are completely closed off from the other sections of the hotel. Our room was large, with a king bed. The new decorations are bright and high end. The large bathroom is incredibly luxurious with marble floors and separate soaking tub and walk in shower. I like... We came to the Indian Wells Hyatt Regency for the 20th Anniversary of when we met and loved it. Jaime at the front desk was amazing. He upgraded us to a King suite in the new portion of the hotel, he also included 2 breakfast buffets the next morning. The ambiance is restful, quiet, and perfect for a quick getaway from L.A. There are 7 pools and they were all around 84 degrees and not crowded. I also believe they were salt water pools. Lantana's is great for their breakfast buffet. We lov... Read more

Surroundings, Room Condition and Staff were all Excellent. Room was spacious and we had a nice view of golf course. Attended a retreat and staff were extremely accommodating for the group. The hotel was doing some remodeling on one floor but did not hear noise from where we were.

Beautiful Hotel, and the customer service here was the best! We stayed for 3 nights and would have planned for longer had we known our stay would be so lovely. Upon arrival, the beautiful hotel grounds exceeded our expectations! I appreciated all of the interior design details and beautiful landscaping. We also loved our newly remodeled room with the balcony facing the pool. The kids loved the slide and we liked that they allow tubes and floats in the pool. The kids had a blast! The best part ... A great pool for the kidos and great for adults (they have an adults only pool). Beautiful grounds, great golf course, and great food. Rooms were roomie. I liked how the sofa turned into a bed. The concierge was a great help with our Wet N Wild day.

The service was IMPECCABLE!! From the moment we arrived at the front steps until we drove away leaving the self parking gate 3 days later, EVERY Staff member and employee was absolutely service oriented during our entire stay. We read it within the previous reviews prior to arrival. But, every Hyatt staff member we encountered was over the top friendly and genuinely wanted to assist and serve us. The resort and grounds are very well kept and maintained and the rooms are fantastic. We have travel... Read more

I stayed here while attending a conference hosted at the hotel. The property is beautiful and quite large. I stayed in the main building while a couple colleagues ended up staying in some exterior access buildings. The room was huge, as it had a bedroom area with a king bed, a sunken living room, a balcony, and the bathroom was quite large as it had a standing shower as well as a separate soaking tub. The room was comfortable however the furnishings were a little dated and quite vanilla. I ... Read more

This was our first time in Indian Wells and at this resort. Our family truly enjoyed our visit here. The hotel staff goes out of its way to please and accommodate their guests. They have plenty of amenities that you don't really want to leave the hotel. The food, pool, 24-hour fitness room, staff, and our room was superb! Can't wait to return!

It was 119 degrees outside, and we were perfectly comfortable inside throughout the four-day conference. Our suite was spacious and well-appointed. The hotel graciously kept the Regency Club open for us (usually closes in May). We booked most of the spa services, and we enjoyed all of the treatments by the expert staff. Even the "conference food" was better than most. Service in all areas, from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant to room service to amenities (pool, golf, spa, ... Read more

Good place to stay in the Palm Springs area. Good price for the room (although it is the middle of summer so price should be lower). Everyone was very helpful and the pools were nice. Liked that there was one only for adults (although most of the adults there were drunk and acting like children...you just have to pick a good time...mine was around dinner when there were less of them around). Room is nice. The bed area is a step up from the "sitting" room area. Large bathroom and everything... Read more

Hyatt Indian Wells is a decent hotel. Not great but not terrible either. Hotel shop and bar are very good, well stocked and nice. Didn't try the restaurant but it looked very nice and breakfast buffet looked very good. Public areas are not well cleanedand old food trays from room service are left in the corridors for hours and hours. Pool area was physically pleasant but quickly got extremely busy and populated ( not exclusively ) by loud, swearing drunks. This was at 11am !! It's an adults-only... Read more
