"I am used to staying at somewhat newer and more upscale hotels - including other BW hotels - so this one was a little tired/worn for me. New carpet and new uphosltery would help - a little spiffing it up. The room was also very small. The location was excellent and the value was good though. It has an on site restaurant and parking for an extra fee. That is essential if you have a car in this area."

"The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Parking cost 20 something a night but we were walking distance to the attractions. There was a pool but I never used it. There was no free breakfast but hotel had a restaurant that looked good and reasonable price. I would stay here again if I was in the area. Great hotel for the price."

"My reservation is for 2 double beds for 3 nights, but I got a king for the first two nights because Best Western Hollywood Plaza Inn does not have a two beds room available for me. I told the staff that my reservation is for two beds. But he told me that the reservation is not guaranteed. Because my room is not available, so the hotel gave me free parking and 4 breakfast certificate. Other than that, the hotel is clean and the parking is very tight. If you are not good in self parking, don't stay at this hotel. The food at Spice restaurant is good."
