Overall this is a decent property. It's an older building with no elevator but the staff keeps it clean! Our room was a bit small but very clean. We had a great nights sleep. The area is quiet and convenient to fwy access. I'd stay here again.

The travelodge was nice. My only complaint is that there was no elevator to the third floor. Everything else was great.

My friend and I headed off to Healdsburg with not much notice, so had to take what accommodations were available in the wedding-guest and wine-tourist filled lovely town of Healdsburg. Are the wineries and great food worth down-scaling your hotel expectations? You Bet! We knew what we might be getting into before leaving home. The Travelodge in Healdsburg is not what I call "close" to downtown. Not within walking distance, and that is quite important if wine-tasting is the order of the day.... Read more

I was a little anxious seeing that it was just two stars but it was very inexpensive compared to other rates in the area so we went with it. Check-in was fast, our rooms were clean and we slept well. The staff was polite and helpful. The only drawbacks were outdated d├ęcor and the complimentary breakfast was pretty limited. For me, I'm most concerned with a clean and quiet room which met our expectations. Not a bad room for the price.

A convenient hotel as I was in town for a wedding in Alexander Valley and the after party ended up at the B&B Lounge which is walking distance from the hotel. But the walls are thin so we heard our neighbors in the morning and my boyfriend forgot his watch in the hotel room but the hotel claimed not to have found it. Overall the rooms were clean and staff was friendly but wouldn't stay again.

Great location, just about 3/4 mile or so from the Healdsburg town square, and right off a Highway 101 off-ramp, so a terrific location from which to explore northern Sonoma County and Anderson Valley, as well as crossing over to Napa Valley for a day. Pro's: and old hotel, but nicely maintained and freshened, with comfortable beds and linens, in-room a/c, coffee machine, flatscreen TV, free WiFi, an indoor whirlpool spa and a complimentary continental breakfast, albeit rather minimal. While it was just a place for me to crash the night before a job interview my stay was still unbelievably disappointing. I didn't make it to the hotel until 11 pm and was ready to hop into bed and knock out. Upon entering the room the I was overwhelmed with a mildew smell. I was so concerned about whether or not my partner had his inhaler. We had to open the windows to counter the smell. This worked, but unfortunately this welcomed the early morning street noise and we happened to be there on ga... Read more

When I made the reservations, I was (well if I was) I did not understand the gentlemen who has a very heavy accent, about on line cancellation policy, he also told me that I would receive an email with my confirmation, that never happened. I had to cancel which they did not let me of course and I paid the full price of $270 plus without even getting near the hotel. NEVER NEVER USE THIS HOTEL THEY ARE SHAMEFUL.....

We were just passing through the Sonoma Valley and this Travelodge offered a very reasonable rate for the evening. It is conveniently located next to a good restaurant and is withing walking distance of great restaurants and a great market. The rooms were nothing fancy, but were well appointed and comfortable.

Travelodge healdsburg , ca Fell into this place when another place in the area fell through. It was 10 pm at night and we needed some place to go and found the Travelodge had openings at a good price! We booked online and drove over. I will say I wasn't expecting much, for one, the other resort was highly rated and expensive and was just awful so I figured a less expensive place would be bad also but we needed somewhere to sleep. What a surprise to find such a hidden gem!! Arrived and was check... Read more

I forgot to tell the front desk that the light over the sink is out. Probably just needs light bulbs. Clean, simple, nothing special, good or bad. That's all we expected.

We loved this motel. We wanted the upper floor and it was a trek to the third floor but well worth it. We had a corner room and we had windows on two sides - cool night with both windows open - perfect. There were several tables and chairs set out in a covered area near the parking area for guests to sit in - we read books for an hour or so. The Desk Clerk and his wife were very friendly and accommodating - helped us get closed captioning with a separate remote. We would go out of our way to... Read more

I stayed for three nights with my daughter while exploring the area. This hotel location was convenient- close to Healdsburg Square, the river, hiking, restaurants, a Safeway with breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, and an excellent nail salon- 1st Nails. The room, however, was slightly dirty, the refridgerator was not working. The manager had everything shut down early for breakfast my first morning, but did open the door for me after I knocked hard a second time. I never saw anyone use the pancak... Read more

Cheap stay for Healdsburg. We were facing grove street and dry creek road. Traffic begins at 5 am very noisy. Room was clean but packed with furniture. Breakfast was packaged donuts. Not my cup of tea. Overall you get what you pay for.

Dirty curtains and Sheets, more like a budget motel than a hotel. Can't believe how expensive it was; not worth the money at all.

This place is certainly nothing flash; but considering the cost, it was OK. The accommodation is a bit outdated and gives you a feeling of insecurity with its outside-only office entrance and the quantity of service vehicles parking there. But you get what you pay for, and we have stayed at Travelodges far worse (SFO North). On the positive side, there is a continental breakfast with a waffle machine and the location is good for the northern Sonoma wineries.

The room was clean but that is where it ends. Noisy corner, very small, shower barely put out a trickle of water, the king size bed left only a narrow walking space around the bed. Should have been less than $100,00 but we were charged 3 times that much for this budget motel experience

Just off CA101 at Dry Creek Road this hotel is convenient to both wineries and the quaint town of Healdsburg. Clean and generally quiet, the manager is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast room with some variety. If you have special needs ask for a first floor room, no elevator. Good value.

We didn't know what to expect after reading the reviews but we were very happy with our room. We had a king bed, room was small but adequate with good fridge & microwave. Very clean, parking was well lit, no problems. Front desk staff &?owners were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Location was great, close to golf clubs, wineries & breweries. Will return soon!

We stayed here because the price was good and we had stayed there before. It's just fine, it's clean and we did not plan on spending much time in our room. We have stayed in the best western, across the street and this is better.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay here a day before. I understood that there is a "No Cancellation" policy, but wanted to call just to let the hotel know, because I thought that was the right thing to do. I ended up having the most frustrating conversation with the woman who answered the phone. I told her I needed to cancel my reservation for the following evening. She said "I'm sorry, ma'am, but there are no cancellations." I said that I understood that, but I thought I should let her k... Read more

Staff are in no way interested in the quality of stay you have. I've decided to ever stay at a Travel Lodge again. One would hope that Travel Lodge parent company would look to ensure a more consistent level of service through their brand.
