We stayed here on a recent trip to L.A. The room was large, nice and clean. The staff was also nice and friendly. The problem is almost all the rooms face the street and it is very busy. Sirens at all times of the night. But then again you are in Los Angeles. The breakfast was donuts. It seemed fitting since you hear sirens all night, maybe they get cops that come in from time. All kidding aside. This was reasonably priced and it was close to LAX.

Hotel is older but was fine for an overnight stay. It's not in the greatest part of town ( I wouldn't go out walking at night) but it worked for a quick stay. I got a good price $100 per night which is hard to do near LAX

Greate rooms with big TV, fridge, micro++, but its a lot of noise from the street outside. Absolutly no isolation in the windows made IT really noisy. Location is pretty good. Near the airport lax.....

I flew into LAX and needed a hotel room close to Manhattan Beach without spending an arm and a leg. The room was large and very clean and had everything I needed. I am not a big breakfast person so I really liked the doughnuts. The manager told me that the doughnuts were from the world famous Randy's Doughnuts. I have seen Randy's in a number of TV shows and movies.

First huge thanks to Flora who helped with my check in! :) The management there was great! I had a pre-paid credit card, which I use for travelling, but my updated card with my name on it, had not arrived in time. Even with the password - majority of hotels will not take them for security reasons. Which is understandable. They allowed me to pay in cash, which was a Huge help-I really appreciated it after a long trip. The area in my view was ok, residential mainly behind the hotel, there is tran... Read more

This place provided what we needed -- a room for a night. I wouldn't plan to stay here for a week, though. It's an older facility and has it's maintenance issues. Apparently their elevator broke "on Friday" and we were on 3d floor. The guy never did tell me which Friday it broke on. All of the power outlets were "loose"... the plugs wouldn't stay in (craziest thing I ever seen). The bathroom was old but have to give creds because it was clean. If you are looking for a night or two near LA... Read more

We my family and I stayed 2 times at this hotel. First when we arrived in Los Angeles and again 3 weeks later after a roadtrip. The hotelstaff was really friendly and the receptionist who checked us in the second time remembered us form 3 weeks ago. So nice. The rooms were ok roomy and the bed were nice, but there was a lot of noise from the street also at night. The breakfast was no good, they served doghnuts, but there were also coffee, tea and juice. The hotel is located in a mexican are... Read more

I stayed at the Best Value Inn Hotel during Labor Day weekend ( Sept 2-4, 2016) for Cali Jam 2016, a Line Dance Conference. I was VERY dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. Where do I begin with the Numerous things that went wrong with my stay. First the Elevator was out of order my whole stay so I had to drag my luggage up two flights of stairs. I was put in a room that was next to the stair so ALL NIGHT I heard the door/gate slam close with every customer. The bathroom had a very bad odor ... Read more

This hotel was awful. First it looks like a prison. I should have guessed the problems when we found the lift our pf order meaning we had to lug all our cases up 4 flights of stairs and found half way up the stairs there was an extremely heavy gauge metal door protecting from non-guests. However the door was never locked so anyone has unrestricted access. We woke at 2.30 to the sound of noises on the corridor outside the room and didn't get much sleep after that. I'm unfamiliar with LA but the... Read more

Sorry to write a negative but this one deserves it. The desk staff were about the only decent thing. If my Grandson and I were not so exhausted we would have turned around and left but we had a flight home in the morning so took our chances and stayed. We checked in around 9:30 PM and got the heck out of there at 8 AM. Wallpaper peeling everywhere including around the window where the mold was growing, the faucet in the shower darn near fell off when the water was turned on - my Grandson was... Read more
