I gave this hotel a very good rating based on past stays. Upon check in this time, the manager was very rude to me then just now every single table in the breakfast area was filled with dirty dishes so I walked over to the adjacent area to sit and quietly eat my breakfast. Half way through a server came over and screamed at me that the section was closed. I said to him what should I have done looking around and stating every table was filled with dirty dishes. Check-in and out was smooth and the room was great (which I admit is the key aspect of a hotel!). In fact, the size of the room exceeded expectations. WiFi worked fine all days except one. However, the 'happy hour' beer was very poor (it looked like Mountain Dew). I understand that the drinks are free but I would rather pay a humble sum for decent beer. Further, the breakfast didn't take me away to heaven. Perhaps some hash browns and baked beans would be a good addition. Notwithstanding ... Read more

Stayed at this property for one night to watch a concert at the Greek Theatre. Used the E-checkin function using the Hilton Hhonors app and accidentally picked a smoking room. The front desk staff saw this and switched me to a smoke free room which I appreciated. For that night I ended up needing a double room instead of a single and they quickly accommodated my needs. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Glad I could stay at a hassle free property before driving back down to San Diego.... Read more

Pros: Great breakfast!!! Comfortable beds and pillows. Our king bedroom suite provided LOTS of room. Quiet. Staff was very friendly. Facility overall was nice, modern. Great location. Easy highway access. Restaurants close by. Street parking available for free. Cons:$18 to park daily. So so evening reception.

Internet service completely unworkable - could get service on cellular, but not on hotel Wi-Fi. Not the first time in this hotel. Wi-Fi in Hilton half a block away never a problem. Otherwise good - good breakfast, clean room, quiet.

Love the location and breakfast. Evening reception was great 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. Noisy kids next to our room but overall a great place to stay. Beds were comfy. Close to Universal, Warner Brothers and hiking at Griffith Park. Will stay here next time we come!

I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites. The bed was comfortable . I was able to work out in fitness center before my meetings each day which was very convenient . I had the opportunity to walk to the mall which was about 1 mile on the same street. Great shopping while getting my steps in for the day. The morning breakfast and evening manager's reception was excellent. Great stay.

I honestly have nothing bad to say. One of the best stays I have had from a Hilton property. Everyone was so accommodating and quick to make everything perfect. The restaurant staff was so helpful and kind. The customer service I have received within my short stay was greatly appreciated. Being in hotel business myself, I'm glad to know that the impact of staff can make a huge difference in a guest stay. Thank you!

Too many problems, starting at check in! Pre-selected room/floor given away prior to arrival, we got one we wouldnt have picked, Mgr did. High schoolers celebrating all hours, not controlled, playing pranks like pulling fire alarm and other guests suffering those consequences. RUDE security, pounding on door and yelling for entrance in middle night all because of a staff mistake! On and on and on!!!

The smell of effluent assaults your eye and nose when you step out of your car in the amazingly poorly designed parking garage. Eyes watering you attempt to quickly get checked in slowly and fine a very modest room, fluorescent lights casting a grey hue upon your skin. Noise of hundreds of people cascade up through the atrium signaling "free food" of modest quality ( the omlets looked great if willing to stand in line 20 min). Couldn't wait to get outside for a stroll along the freeway and the ... Read more

Great location. The hotel is in an office park which makes for easy access to freeways and many local restaurants. The area is quiet and well maintained. The hotel is off the beaten theme park path which will be a welcome relief to parents. As in any Embassy suites there is a cocktail hour and free breakfast. Both are great here. Everything is in place. There was not a thing missing. There a Koi Pond in the lobby area surrounding the elevators. We came here on vacation. It's a pretty standard Embassy Suites with all of the standard amenities they offer. The breakfast bar is a bit poorly organized, with the omelet bar line right in front of the self serve line. The most disappointing part of the experience was that the shower was really slippery. I don't usually like Embassy Suites that much because typically the living room is internal so I have to keep the curtains drawn. So it was a very nice surprise that my room had exterior windows in both the living and the bedroom. The suite was also quite large and the bathroom was nice. It was clean but the rugs and some of the furniture was a bit worn. It was quiet which is really important to me. Breakfast was good and not as crowded as I expected.

The Embassy Suites in Glendale went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were in the area on our anniversary and they gave us an amazing room and even delivered champagne and chocolate strawberries with the nicest card signed by the staff. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and rooms spacious. The mountain view was awesome. This Embassy exceeded our expectations and is definitely our favorite! It is an hotel at good location (close to my company). The overall service of the hotel is acceptable. Room is big and clean. Service of the front desk staff is marginally acceptable. We have always been very happy with The Embassy Suites. However, we were very disappointed with this stay. The gentleman at the front desk couldn't understand English and put us in a smoking room even though we requested a non-smoking. Then he put us in another room that had broken closet doors and had stained carpet and was dark and dank. We were so sad to stay there for 3 days, especially after coming from the Langham!
