Nothing to fault with this hotel. We were on a short trip to Disney and everything was as they claimed. Location, room quality and service were impeccable. I'm sure there are more luxurious options available in the area but this hotel will be hard to beat for value.

The staff was really nice and were extremely helpful when we had questions. The room was large and having a little kitchen was extremely useful with 2 toddlers. The bathroom was old and was very loud when other rooms flushed their toilets or used the shower. You could hear it as if it was in our room which was a problem when you have little kids going to bed early. I also had problems keeping a constant water temp as it would get extremely hot or extremely cold in seconds. Breakfast was gre... Read more

This hotel was wonderful. We had traveled to attend our daugher's college graduation and the distance was so great that we needed to stay over. We loved having the in room kitchen to heat up the food we purchased. The bed was comfortable and the separate living room and bed room areas allowed us to maintain our normal family habits. Great stay and great staff.

The hotel is under construction...I was not told this upon booking my room. Upon arrival the phone in the room did not work I had to call to the front desk on my cell phone. When they sent up a person to look while we were out of the room. The phone was then removed. Upon arriving back at the hotel to dress for dinner the shower has dirt and plaster and there was a huge black/brown spider crawling up the sink. I have a picture of it. Very spacious for just 2 of us - LOVED having a kitchen - great for keeping leftovers or groceries. The separate living and bedroom is helpful to a family for TV viewing - the bathroom and bedroom doors overlapped into the vanity area which was frustrating but other than that it was a great stay. The staff is OUTSTANDING!!

I stayed there 13 days on business everything was tops. I loved my room. and always good view, lots of room full kitchen. Recently remodeled. Staff members were always available, cheerful, and helpful in every way. I give them the highest rating - and I stay at a lot of hotels. I will definitely return, or continue to use this brand Homewood Suites.

The hotel is very old and rundown. The pool area is dingy and unclean. The service and menus items for the Evening Social are sub-par for this brand hotel. The carpets are extremely filthy and worn out. This hotel definitely needs a makeover, I believe it to be one of the oldest ones in the neighborhood. If your choice is Homewood Suites, and your destination is Anaheim, stay at the one on Convention Way. You will find it to be TOP NOTCH in every way!

The main challenge with this property is for the price you can stay a couple of blocks closer to Disney (perhaps within walking distance for some) at a brand new Homewood Suites. I've stayed at this location on a few occasions over the years primarily for the good complementary breakfast and the ability to sleep 5-6 in a suite. Staff is always great. Get ready to be crammed into this behemoth of a Homewood Suites and struggle for resources with the Disney tourist crowd. Amenities are scarce and service is absent or rushed. The food is awful and the rooms are only half-cleaned. If you're visiting local attractions, get better value by staying outside of the area and driving in. This location is not worth it.

From the moment you enter the hotel you are greeted with Welcome! We had the best customer service. The rooms were nice and clean but it was the staff that made this the best trip. The hot water went out over night and they were immediately on getting it resolved, they were apologetic and offered us free 3-day shuttle service. In addition, they don't have a military discount but were kind enough to pay for our parking for the 5 days we stayed there. These are items that make a company speci... Read more

We booked at the very last minute avoiding hurricane Mathew in Florida and instead opted for sunny CA. The reviews were spotty so I was a it worried. Here's the deal the hotel is under renovation with all guest rooms and hallways done. Public spaces on the first floor still being worked on but it wasn't a problem. Food service area is done and most of the lobby. The hotel was $179 a night a full $100 cheaper than the other Homewood suites a mile away. All said, I believe it to be good value fo... Read more

Tub what's plug with black moldy stuff that came out when I tried pulling it up and down to unclog it, water you showered with is above 8" of your feet. Night shift F.desk didn't bring us an extra blanket when we checked in after midnight. We extended our stay 2nd night and address those issue but nothing was done. First time staying at Homewood Suites! Large, clean rooms and every convenience of home. Quick, hearty breakfast available every morning. Family-friendly for sure, but just as warm to us singles. Welcoming staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Comfortable bed and no problem with Wifi access. Food & Shopping within walking distance. Short shuttle ride to Disneyland. Pool; clear & clean.

We have been going to this hotel for many years. We went last week and the rooms are so nice. The breakfast & evening receptions were great. They're doing construction in the lobby, so there is quite a bit less room to dine there for the meals. We always were able to get a seat if we wanted one though, because we are early eaters. There were a couple of days when we decided to take the food back to the suite so we could get ready quicker which worked out fine as well. The breakfast consist... Read more

We chose to stay at this hotel while visiting Disneyland Oct. 5th thru 8th. I made the reservation by phone for 2 rooms, 1 which included our 2 year old grandson and his parents weeks in advance. The hotel reservations agent was very polite and, at that time I thought, informative, as I had questions regarding the area we have never been to before. I requested a crib, an upper floor so we could see the Disneyland fireworks (I read on a blog you could see them from the hotel), possibly later ... Read more

Ms. Alexander of the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. She made our stay nice. The pool was big and the location of the hotel is a plus. Very close to Target and nice restaurants. It was quite a walk to Disneyland but that is ok because there is a nice path covered with shade otherwise you can take a shuttle.

Love the "Entire" staff. Everyone is professional yet friendly. They go beyond to help & to give. Although the dining area is being renovated, they are doing an awesome job. I recommend this hotel to everyone. We was here for about 2 months. We weren't here for Disney like many guests were. I was here to get my health back, working with Whitaker Wellness Institute. We have a family of 6 and we reserved a one bedroom 2 Queen suite with a separate living area that has a pull out sofa. The room was clean and kept clean throughout our 7 day stay. Housekeeping missed a few minor things--didn't stock dishwasher soap but quickly responded when we called the front desk, missed resupplying bathroom towels one day but, again, quickly responded after a phone call to the front desk, and missed re-lining the trash containers a couple of days but wasn't a bid deal becau... All their staff were wonderful - they could teach other hotels in other cities I've visited a thing or two about customer service.
