Nothing to fault with this hotel. We were on a short trip to Disney and everything was as they claimed. Location, room quality and service were impeccable. I'm sure there are more luxurious options available in the area but this hotel will be hard to beat for value.

The staff was really nice and were extremely helpful when we had questions. The room was large and having a little kitchen was extremely useful with 2 toddlers. The bathroom was old and was very loud when other rooms flushed their toilets or used the shower. You could hear it as if it was in our room which was a problem when you have little kids going to bed early. I also had problems keeping a constant water temp as it would get extremely hot or extremely cold in seconds. Breakfast was gre... Read more

One of the best priced hotels for Mother's Day weekend! The service was excellent and the room accommodations were wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely keep Homewood Suites in mind for future travel.

Great place to stay really liked the 2 tv's in 2 separate rooms. The stay was almost perfect but for the construction workers being rude and taking up both elevators most of the day. The furniture moving crews manager was the only one that was rude the hotel staff was great rooms clean

This hotel was wonderful. We had traveled to attend our daugher's college graduation and the distance was so great that we needed to stay over. We loved having the in room kitchen to heat up the food we purchased. The bed was comfortable and the separate living room and bed room areas allowed us to maintain our normal family habits. Great stay and great staff.

The hotel is under construction...I was not told this upon booking my room. Upon arrival the phone in the room did not work I had to call to the front desk on my cell phone. When they sent up a person to look while we were out of the room. The phone was then removed. Upon arriving back at the hotel to dress for dinner the shower has dirt and plaster and there was a huge black/brown spider crawling up the sink. I have a picture of it. The water took approx. 15 minutes to get hot and the bes... Read more

Room was dirty and cupboard doors and drawers were falling off. Kitchen was a joke and is not like the pictures show. They sing you for hotel parking and taking the shuttle to Disneyland. One of those should be complimentary.

Very spacious for just 2 of us - LOVED having a kitchen - great for keeping leftovers or groceries. The separate living and bedroom is helpful to a family for TV viewing - the bathroom and bedroom doors overlapped into the vanity area which was frustrating but other than that it was a great stay. The staff is OUTSTANDING!!

I stayed there 13 days on business everything was tops. I loved my room. and always good view, lots of room full kitchen. Recently remodeled. Staff members were always available, cheerful, and helpful in every way. I give them the highest rating - and I stay at a lot of hotels. I will definitely return, or continue to use this brand Homewood Suites.

The hotel is very old and rundown. The pool area is dingy and unclean. The service and menus items for the Evening Social are sub-par for this brand hotel. The carpets are extremely filthy and worn out. This hotel definitely needs a makeover, I believe it to be one of the oldest ones in the neighborhood. If your choice is Homewood Suites, and your destination is Anaheim, stay at the one on Convention Way. You will find it to be TOP NOTCH in every way!

Friendly front desk personnel made me aware that room renovations do not make a king room available, so I received a spacious 2-QN suite. Newly remodeled with full kitchen and living room. Bath was upgraded too, except the rusty handle bar in the shower and mildew in the corners. This hotel is close to Disneyland and loaded with Families/children. The main challenge with this property is for the price you can stay a couple of blocks closer to Disney (perhaps within walking distance for some) at a brand new Homewood Suites. I've stayed at this location on a few occasions over the years primarily for the good complementary breakfast and the ability to sleep 5-6 in a suite. Staff is always great. The property is under a remodel and hopefully will be brought current once complete. As of June 2016, one elevator is closed, the rooms are in ... Read more

The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff was nice. It has full kitchen so that was cool. They could use a little management of the contractors who install doors crooked, making it a little bit frustrating that you can't close the bedroom door, or properly close the bathroom and closet doors.

Get ready to be crammed into this behemoth of a Homewood Suites and struggle for resources with the Disney tourist crowd. Amenities are scarce and service is absent or rushed. The food is awful and the rooms are only half-cleaned. If you're visiting local attractions, get better value by staying outside of the area and driving in. This location is not worth it.

Apartment has great space with living room and full kitchen. The hotel is under renovations and the elevator is extremely slow, so people uses the stairs. The quality of the food is low compared to other hotels of the homewood chain. In the breakfast kids can not prepare their whaffes what in a hotel near disneylland is a missing point. The happy hour food is bad also, no taste at all.Expensive based on what has been offered.

The front desk staff Noel has an attitude problem, the rooms are out dated, instead of them putting more furniture in the rooms they need to paint and change carpet. Elevators are very SLOW, took 6mins for the elevator to come that some times we had to walk 4 flights up and down. Rust and dirt were in the tub. Not worth what we paid nightly.

After reading several good reviews, we decided to stay here while visiting Disney Land. I started having misgivings as soon as we walked into the lobby to register for our room. When I booked the room, the website stated that it was going under renovations. It didn't look like it from the inside of my room. If I had known that I would've waited to book at the newer location closer to Disneyland. There weren't enough utensils in my opinion to cook certain foods in the room, so I ended up eating out vs. saving money and cooking.
