"I hate to tell anyone this because it may make it harder to get a room at the Crown, Our stay was great the people are kind and helpful. It was a great stay except for one thing we requested 2 beds and when we got there they were gone so my daughter and hubby had to sleep on the floor. We walked across the street and bought an air mattress from target!"

"I stayed for 3 nights while I met with friends to go to the beach, Disneyland and California Adventure. The free shuttle to Disney was so convenient. The hotel was well appointed, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The Cantina restaurant was reasonably priced too! The fitness room was great and they have an arcade, vending & ice, laundry facilities, pool and spa (outside), and a sundries/souvenir store.

There's a Target across the street and several restaurants within walking distance.

I would recommend this hotel to families, friends, and even for a business venue/meeting."

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Aneheim for 3 nights. The room was a bit dated, e.g., the carpet had some stains and there was definitely some wear and tear. When we asked for engineering to fix the A/C, they promptly did so and the other staff we encountered were very responsive and professional. The free parking is some distance behind the hotel and shared with the Marriott Suites. So, forget about rock star parking. But, overall this hotel was good bargain at $104/night."

"This hotel was pretty cool, but I did have a few issues! First of all after returning from the angels game at 9 pm there was absolutely NO parking at the hotel. I feel that if you pay over 100$ for a hotel they should provide enough parking. The staff at the front desk did not try to help and insisted that there was parking available, after driving around the parking lot 3 times, and our food was cold at this point, I returned to the front desk to re-inform them there is no parking, they threw a hissy fit and made me feel like My business with the hotel was not important. The best they could do is have me pay for valet parking, I wasn't willing to do that so they let me park in the 20 min. Parking over night which made me feel uncomfortable for the night like my car would be towed. Absolutely no complimentary breakfast which I have received at even cheap lower quality hotels. The staff was young and acted like it. Employees at this hotel need to leave there attitude at the door before arriving to work! Go TEAM!"

"Hotel was easy to find. Staff very freindly and helpful. Checkin was very fast and we were able to pre-register at 11.30am which was very helpful. When we returned at 7pm all we had to do was collect out key and go to our room. Our room was great, clean and the bed very comfortable. Linnens were crisp,very white and clean.Breakfast Buffett was great, my grandson really enjoyed it as did I. The shuttle was on time and the drivers very freindly and helpful. Overall our stay was most enjoyable and we will return in the near future. I hope that they will still have the special room rates available. Thankyou for a great experience."

"The hotel was amazing, easy to find, easy to navigate through, check-in took 3 minutes, check-out maybe 3 minutes and that was due to someone in front of me. The room, clean, sheets bright white, bed was a bit smaller than I am use to but was comfortable. The pool, though not used, was crystal clear and warm, they were showing a movie on the patio with chairs to sit and watch, my children want to go back, if I could get the same deal, I would graciously go back and stay a few extra days."

"Loved this hotel so much omg. We originally were gonna stay at quality inn but that hotel was nasty and terrible so Disney travel co. Kindly let us stay here for the price of quality inn. Loved it here and I still think of it everyday. The pool made me so happy and the shuttle rides were fun. 1000000000/10. Would stay here again anyday trust meeeee!!!"

"The Crowne Plaza hotel itself was okay - the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the location was convenient the Disneyland and a Target store right across the street.

My overall experience was disapointing at best. If you select 'Free Breakfast', this hotel will show up as one of the top hotels meeting your filtering requirements (with the price also higher than other websites), but actually it does not. "
