This hotel has not been kept up. It is dirty and has not been maintained or updated. Oh, they have wall papered and painted here and there but you can't cover up this hotels problems. This is almost the worst hotel I've ever seen and I have traveled for business for over 15 years. Ok, there was one hotel that was worst then this and I checked out within 30 minutes of checking in.

This is a Clean hotel, we had a good night sleep, good food, my car was safe. Wish there was an extra blanket. We saw a comment that read “it was unsafe”, but since the rest of the comments were positive and it had so many reviews we decided to take a chance, it was worth it, over all a good budget option

We didn't want to go to Fresno, but since this was a last minute trip and we were just kind of planning it as we went along, most of the places in the park were either booked up of a little out of our price range. I found this place on HotelsTonight and the price was right. It's nothing fancy but if you want an inexpensive place to lay your head, you could do worse. The room was huge and the included breakfast was decent.

My family stayed here recently, and there were some characters that gave us an unsafe feeling. The hotel staff was friendly, but told us to be sure not to leave any valuables in the car. We asked why, and they said it was mostly due to the apartments behind the hotel. We will probably a little extra money next time for safety and a better location. If my husband was traveling alone, this probably would have worked out great.

I spent two nights here while traveling to Fresno and found the hotel generally unpleasant. The room was tired it had seen little updating if any and it generally makes me wonder about a place when they don't have covers over the electrical outlets. The breakfast was quite unappealing, the staff seemed bored and frankly it was a bit difficult to navigate the space overall. Oh, and there was only one ice machine working and that was on the top (third) floor). Overall the place appeared too hav... Read more

When our AC went out on a very hot night recently, we scrambled to find an inexpensive hotel for the night. Luckily, we found this hotel in a convenient location. While parts of Fresno are not the safest to walk around in late at night, the parking and surrounding areas were brightly lit adding to a sense of security. This hotel is conveniently located to several eating establishments including Marie Callenders and Black Angus, as well as fast food places like McDonald's, Wendy's, and Jamba Jui... Read more

Decor is terrible, beds sag to the middle and are extremely poor. Shower does not work properly, water is like drip, you really have to play with it to get enough water out to the spout to shower. Fixtures are dated way back. Flooring is wood which was not too bad, make sure you don't have sand on your shoes because it will carry everywhere on these floors. Room is very dark, some of the lights do not turn on and off with their switches so they were unplugged. Frig freezes everything put in it.... Read more

The whole hotel has seen better days. Huge clean room but everything worn and in need of replacing. Free parking and a great location help make up for some of it. The lady at check in seemed more irritated that I disturbed her, but a smile and kind words helped her loosen up a bit.
