Although the decor was a bit old fashioned and could use a good revamp, we loved staying at this hotel on our way from Yosemite to the National Sequoia Park. Staff was warm and welcoming (we even got offered fresh water bottles upon checkout), rates were reasonable, room was vast and clean, shower was strong and nice, wifi was fast and free - as was parking. I warmly recommend this hotel to travelers and businessmen alike.

Radisson Hotel Fresno staff were friendly & hospitable. The bed and beddings are OK. However, it is concerning that the guest hotel parking, although clearly labeled, is shared with the public. The elevator in the public parking garage can be accessed by anyone and can go to the guest floors without a hotel key. This is a safety issue.

Expected more for a Radisson. Front desk should explain when maid service will come knocking and opening the door. Always put your DO NOT DISTURB sign until departure. Some staff were friendly, some are reserved. Was accommodated for a room change request for a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes and beds looked used and rumpled, but family ended not having attached rooms. Overall hotel looked and felt newly renovated but still not worth the $99 a night paid for. Downtown location. Fi... Read more

The hotel itself was nice. The bar was kind of dark and dingy. It would be better if it was just open to the lobby instead of walled off as it is. The restaurant was okay, but the menu was a little limited for me. This place is located right next to a casino, but other than that, there is not much around at all. The staff was super friendly, in fact Eduardo even picked me up my last day and brought my luggage and then drove me to the airport and made sure I was where I needed to be. Servic... Read more

the front deck were not very helpful at all. The place was rather dark and felt rather depressing. Our room was to noisy to sleep, and we were told they couldn't move us to another room on the other side of the hotel where you didn't have giant machines running all night. The restaurant was closed each time we went to eat. And another guest said the service was extremely slow.

I stayed here with a friend on the way to Vegas after visiting Yosemite national park. The hotel was in a good location and seemed very secure and safe. Free parking on site but I'm not sure if that was just a weekend thing. The room was clean and comfortable, bed was cozy. Shower was powerful. Overall a great hotel in a nice town.

I stayed two nights. The area is so sketchy, that I ordered room service. I didn't notice my bill when I checked out. I was charged $39.70 for a $13.00 salad. I have called for the pst 3-4 days, every day and left a message for the manager and have yet to receive a call back. It's a matter of principal. DO NOT overcharge. It may not be much - just $20, but if this happens to a lot of their customers, who is pocketing the extra money? WRONG!

The hotel staff are most helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the room and bathroom were both spotless. Information and advice was freely available and the breakfasts were very good.
