This hotel has a friendly staff that accommodates each guest's needs. It is well maintained and constantly offers a wonderful stay. The Happy Hour is always fun too! Great location in Silicon Valley, nearby shopping and entertainment is available. Hotel has bicycles for use by guests during your stay. We stayed the memorial day weekend at the beautiful pet friendly hotel!!! We were delighted to see they offered pet beds and treats... we brought our German Shepard Bella and the staff was very friendly and accepting of her. We were very happy with the room it was so clean and the maid service kept it immaculate for our entire stay we couldn't believe how well they kept her hair at bay. The restaurant and surrounding area are beautiful as well.

Stayed for 2 nights in June 2016 while in the area for a wedding. Room - pretty great overall. The room itself was spacious with modern decor. The bed was VERY comfortable with crisp but soft sheets. The bathroom was a bit small, has been updated, has a combined slightly narrow shower/tub but does have curved curtain rod to make it feel a little bigger. Location - good amount of food nearby. Just next door is a bbq place which was pretty good. Several other food/cafes within the block... Read more

This is a Hilton property. It's part of their Curio collection, which means a little more upscale. And more expensive. The staff was very nice, everything clean and new. There is a beautiful restaurant inside, but it is not very good. Everything is pretty, decor and food, but it tastes mediocre at best and not too good at its worst. Beet and goat cheese salad was skimpy on the cheese. Chicken wings were too juicy/slimy even though I ordered extra crispy. The wings were not raw, but I like them... Read more

This hotel advertised that it is special, maybe because it used to be a Kimpton. But the amenities have gone downhill. There is no coffee in the lobby in the morning. They retained the 1 hr wine Happy Hour (5 to 6pm) but the food is the same all week and uninspired (bread and cheese) not a sample of innovative chef menu.

We have stayed at Juniper many times visiting our daughter and family. It is a very good quality hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean, well decorated and the mattresses are very comfortable. The prices have increased since Hilton took ownership but the location is very convenient and surrounding services are numerous. If you want to be in the heart of Silicon Valley and Cupertino this a great place to stay

I'm a returning guest here and its always my first option for staying in Cupertino. The access to transport, roads, shops, offices is excellent and if you feel the need to stay in, then that's fine - you're well covered! The rooms I've stayed on haven't had a view and look directly onto offices but I don't feel over looked as I haven't been there during the day. Though a longstanding Hilton Honors member, this was my first visit to a Curio location. According to the Hilton website, "each hotel in the Curio Collection is a masterpiece that reflects the best of its surroundings." So I arrived at the Juniper for my three-night stay with raised expectations. On the plus side, this is a very clean, quiet hotel with subtle conveniences, such as free self-parking in a small dedicated garage located only steps away from the front desk. The checking feature that allows you to choose your room was not working. The hotel gave us a room with an office building right in front of our window. They were also rude when we asked for a late check out. The bathroomsystem are dated with clunky sliding doors, which were difficult to close. The room description online said our room had a cd player, which was a disappointing lie, we were there for a concert and brought cd's for no reason. We also never received housekeeping service. Like other reviewers I was a little disappointed with this hotel - nothing major to complain about, but there are some things about the hotel that are just dated (bathroom for example) which make it less boutique and more of an old cookie cutter. But those would not be a deal breaker for me. Our room included breakfast, but apparently up to $18 of food is covered. So, be prepared to pay up - again not a big deal, but something to give you a heads up. Food on the other hand at the restaurant was ... Read more

I asked for another room on two occasions (not an upgrade but a similar room that a least had a decent sized window) and the staff were very unhelpful, apparently the hotel was full for the entire week I stayed and everyone had already checked in and no one would be leaving during the week is what I was told! We booked the Juniper as advised by the hostess of a wedding we were attending. The complimentary wine each evening is nice. The on-site restaurant is limited, but the food and service were good. This was a special bday 3 day weekend and I just couldn't get excited about another Hilton Gardens or other chain that are all the same. My wife and I had always stayed at this location because we loved the quality and flair of the Kimpton Cypress; and it allowed pets. I was glad to discover that Hilton kept a lot of the flair maintained the quality that we expected. Although the bathrobes aren't the same. Quiet, clean rooms. Great air-conditioning. Strong Wifi even at the end of 8th floor. The restaurant good too. The Curio Juniper is our new destination when we travel to Cupertino.

I used to like this place when it was the Kimpton hotel, but the new iteration was disappointing. The sheets were really scratchy. I was glad to only have stayed there one night. I also liked how they had cool leopard and zebra print bathrobes at the old hotel, but they don't have that anymore. The room was also really dark even with all the lights on, and the window was small, so it felt cave-like.

Can't say enough positive about the staff, amenities and cleanliness! No closet in my room but that's a minor quibble - the bedding is the main event for me at any hotel, and these are very comfortable with a nice pillow selection. Not the hotel's fault that there's not much to do within walking distance, but that's why I only rate it a Very Good for Location. Restaurant is very middling, which is a surprising let-down considering everything else is simply top-notch.

My stay here was awesome. The issues I had with internet and noise from neighbors was resolved quickly. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and exceptional. Great location with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. And of course, Social Hour was my favorite! Great place to stay.

We were able to enjoy the Hotel, while looking for a comfortable room for a night. The Wine Happy Hour and the close casual restaurants made it a great experience. We choose this location when possible for family visits in the area.

Every 18-24 months brings us to Cupertino for a meeting and we would stay at the Cypress Hotel (operated by Klimpton). Mid-last year, the Cypress became the Juniper owned by Hilton. As Hilton Honors members who stay at Hilton hotels at least once a month, we're accustomed to and expect a certain level of service, decorum and professionalism. None of that was apparent during our stay on Sept 16-18. 1. Our Hilton profile includes a request for an extra blanket. This is the first Hilton stay whe... Read more

Meetings at Google and HHonors option made this one of the best options for a quick overnight. The hotel certainly facilitates in and out stays, I checked in on the app, picked my room, was remotely upgraded and given a digital key. Upon arrival I went straight to my lovely room and, the next morning, a quick workout before I was on my way. A folio was sent to me by email. So incredibly easy and really top-notch for business travel. The lobby is a bit sparse, though, and I struggle to find this... Read more

I spent one night at this hotel property and I have to say, that the front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly. The room was cozy, clean, and the bed was very comfortable for being a hotel room. I was able to get a good night rest and would definitely stay here if I am in the area again.

This is a very nice hotel in Cupertino. The hotel provides free parking and wi-fi service. There is no microwave and refrigerator in the rooms. They provide only coffee in the rooms and no tea and that too in limited quantity. There is no complimentary breakfast and drinking water. The check-in and check-out was fast and housekeeping service was good.

Wonderful boutique hotel with nice rooms, easy parking, nice staff. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will do so again soon. The location has a Starbucks across the street, wonderful restaurants around the area. We walked down to Aqui, about a 10 min walk and the food was wonderful. You don't pay for parking which is a bonus in busy San Jose. Maybe 15 min from the airport, lots of shopping.

My husband and I spent a Friday night here and enjoyed our stay. We arrived around 4:30pm and were told that between 5-6pm, complementary wine and appetizers were served in the lovely sitting area next to the lobby. At 5, we decided to head straight to the restaurant instead, but we noticed there was a nice crowd of guests enjoying the hospitality. The Parkplace Lounge is located inside the hotel. This is a small restaurant with a nice bar area. Lots of west facing windows, so it's very nice a... Read more

Nice people attending, very nice breakfast, variety on beers on the bar, rooms are comfortable and with light luxury touch. I left some packages at the front desk at no cost. I ordered room service which was quick and good quality. Complimentary Internet worked fine but after 23 hours. Parking is complementary. Lunch was ok but not fantastic

Easily one of my favorite hotels!!! If you've never stayed at a Hilton Boutique hotel before, you are in for a treat. Great location with a ton of places to eat. I had the Barbecue next to the hotel. Outstanding. I called the hotel a couple of times for information and they answered the phone within 2 rings. Yes, an actual PERSON that spoke perfect English. When I pulled up, the Manager came out personally to greet me. I had an e card, so I went straight to my room. Which, btw, I picked ... Read more

We were allowed an early check in for a $25.00 fee. The rooms were nice & clean, the staff very attentive. But being charged in the restaurant $4.50 for a pot of hot water (no tea or coffee) is a bit much.

Digital key system works extremely well, and it's basically a comfortable hotel with friendly staff, but there's too much focus on minor cost savings and the bathroom & general decor are badly in need of facelifts. Calling it a 'Curio' hotel is a bit of a cop-out from giving it the proper Hilton feel. Maybe that's just a holding strategy.

This was a good place to stay for a couple of nights and enjoy the room and the leisure of the quietness in busy Cupertino. We enjoyed a King Suite in a corner room location and it was very roomy and also quiet. The hotel staff were very pleasant and the location, although not particularly exciting, was convenient.

Nice hotel! It's one of Hilton's new "Curio" branded hotels.... but it looks and functions like a nice boutique hotel. Juniper is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is fresh and energetic. The beds are really nice, and they feature a nice fitness center that is roomy and has a nice array of equipment. The cafe attached to the Juniper is excellent for breakfasts (I have not had dinner there, yet). Services are excellent, and there is underground parking. You can walk to a few restaur... Read more

Excellent hotel, excellent service and staff. Really great staff!!!! Event organization was perfect and almost unnoticeable. The rooms were modern and clean and provided everything one could ask for, especially to be close to Apple. Our only issue was the under par cooking of breakfast especially when considering the cost. The also informed us they are upgrading the internet.

I liked this hotel since I live in Cupertino. Hence, I booked 6 rooms for my visitors from other country. One of my friend claimed that she was surprised at Juniper's attitude for customer. She saw that room cleaning staff did not change the bed cover even though there was something red colored stain. They even changed pillow cover. So, she came down to front and explained that. But, no one said 'apology'. I didn't know that 'apology' was so difficult for customer. I was very disappointed at thi... Read more

We have stayed at the Juniper Hotel several times and have always been happy with the staff, service and price. The rooms are clean and modern, with slight differences in the furnishings between the rooms so they aren't all identical. The location is perfect if you have business in the Silicon Valley, and they are especially close to Apple's headquarters. Very good service, from friendly housekeeping staff to front office management, especially Hooman Forooz, Director Front Office Operations. I was there for a week-long conference and the food was very good, and enjoyed by international exécutives. Convenient to local food and shopping center. Lots of wide and busy streets - welcome to Silicon Valley - and some residential quieter streets to go jogging.

Everything was clean and tidy. Restroom in good shape other than burnt out light bulbs that never got replaced. We really enjoyed this hotel. It is dog friendly, which was the main reason we stayed. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and there is a restaurant on property. The only small issue is with getting into the hotel itself. The entrance isn't easy to see so we had to drive around a few times. Other than that, we would stay here again for sure.
