I stay at this hotel twice a month as a traveling consultant. The staff is always friendly and professional, and responsive when necessary. They are currently renovating and the newly completed rooms are beautiful. My key card always works and the fitness center is nice. There is plenty of parking and the location is close to some great restaurants and shopping. and good location for the price.

Good hotel. Rose from the restaurant is awesome and provided fantastic wait service!! One quirk about this hotel is that you have to call the from desk to have your AC activated so it will work. I didn't find this out until after checking out, one of my co-workers who was also staying there told me about. Explains why my room was never cooler than 73 degrees even though I had the thermostat set at 65! But I think if you call to have it turned on it works fine.

Decent hotel undergoing remodel. Room was in decent shape for one of the older rooms. Only issue was with shower as it only had a hand held shower head that had no way to be positioned as a normal shower head.

Breakfast Buffet is the best among all Hilton Garden inn hotels, full of a lot of varieties with Japanese food so delicious that you want stay over again. Checked in from May 23rd - 27th. I was being "upgraded" to the new double beds room on 5th Floor. The hotel is currently under renovation until July. And the new room is simply impressive. It's modern and clean enough, unlike the old HGI layout. I'm glad they finally make good use of the huge windows, now the extra sunlight surely lighten up the entire room. At last, we have a 21st century hotel at silicon valley.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Cupertino for two nights and had no complaints. We had a modern, updated room, on the small side, in which everything worked. The hotel is undergoing a modernization, so I would suspect that all rooms will soon be updated. The hotel was very busy during our stay, but the staff seemed to handle the demand well. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but it seemed popular.

This particular HGI seems to try a bit harder on service than I've seen with others. I really like staying here even though it is not as close to my workplace as the Mountain View location. This time I got a room with a laminate floor and carpeting just around the bed. It made the place look more boutique-ish but I like to do stretches and prefer carpeting. Good thing of this hotel is its breakfast buffet, especially the hospitality granny, who would always greet you while you sit in.
