Stayed at this hotel one night while visiting family in the L.A. area. Site is close to LAX, the freeway and the location of a family event. On-site parking was not a problem and was validated. Service staff were very friendly and helpful. I had accidentally taken the wrong bag from baggage claim at LAX and didn't realize it until I got to the hotel. Hotel staff immediately called my airline baggage claim at LAX and quickly arranged for the switch of baggage. My room with a queen bed was very c... Read more

We were so lucky to find this hotel. It's across the street from the huge Westfield Mall and down the street from a small shopping center with Marshall's and a great chinese restaurant. We stay for 10 -14 days so extra curricular things to walk to are important. The staff is wonderful, from Sandy at the desk to the restaurant and bar people. It's a short drive to the airport and about 20 minutes to Dodger Stadium, so very convenient.

This is a simple no nonsense hotel suitable for a good night's sleep. It's close to major highways and the airport (~15 mins). All services work as they should - fast check-in, big enough rooms that are quiet with good curtains, gym, breakfast, wifi etc. It is in a suburban setting so don't expect a wide range of restaurants on the doorstep. The only quibble I have is that at nearly $300 per night all in it is rather expensive for what it is. Perhaps that's just LA.

This was my first 4 Points Sheraton stay and I was very pleased. The breakfast buffet was good and the omelette chef knew the guests and connected with everyone. The front desk moved quickly and was friendly. The room was nice, clean, and smelled fresh. The hallways and elevator were also nice. Only minor thing for me was the workout room was pretty small and there were a few others in there when I went to work out. Overall I liked the location across from the mall, and a few miles from the Ai... Read more

When I first found out the cost of this particular hotel (and having stayed at other Four Point Sheraton Properties), I was less than thrilled. Turns out this is one of the best service hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone from the front counter to staff cleaning the rooms could not do enough for you. The restaurant staff was amazing - even when the kitchen was closed, they would do whatever they could to look after you. This hotel was worth every penny (even the $17 a day parking fee!).

We chose this property because it was convenient to a restaurant where we were having dinner with family on our way to the Grand Canyon. A couple of days before we arrived, we received and e-mail from Sandy Guzman asking how she could be helpful to us - and we found a couple of ways. The front desk staff, especially Eric, was cordial and arranged our 2 rooms for 2 couples to be adjacent to one another. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, the bathroom more than adequate. The Culver City Four Point Sheraton has many good features. The room is spacious (except for a cramped bathroom), the beds are comfortable, the pool is large and inviting, and the hotel is well-located, within easy walking distance of an impressive shopping mall across the street. But housekeeping services were inadequate and management seemed not to care. Our room was never well-cleaned (a toothpaste smear on the bathroom vanity was never removed throughout our three-night stay). On one of t... Read more

While the. hotel itself is fine-with a very comfortable bed and nice toiletries, the service was way below average. Our room was poorly cleaned, not even wiping the top of the counters. One day, no one showed up to clean the room at all. We were walking out of the room and I told the gentleman he could come in. He said he would come back at 5:30. No one ever did return.

My friend and I left Fairbanks a few minutes before mid-night and arrived in LA in the mid-morning. We booked in this hotel to rest till evening, as our flight to Brisbane was scheduled to depart a few minutes before mid-night. My friend wasnâ??t pleased, as her room wasnâ??t ready till 3pm. We had many bags, but nobody came to assist us. So my friend called a bellboy. This was my first stay at this Four Points. It is next to the Fox Hills Mall if you are a recreational shopper, and just north of LAX. Check in was fast, friendly, and efficient. Even though I was early, there was a room available for me. The room is a "standard" Four Points offering but in need for renovation. However, it was clean and functional. Nothing too spectacular. Staff was friendly -- room wasn't available when I checked in at 11am. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine (water pressure was a little low). There are shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the bathroom. My family of 5 stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel while participating in a family reunion. The 2 rooms we had were clean and accommodating. The only minor issue was we could not get the rooms connected although they were directly next door, we did not have the connecting rooms. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our request and needs. The hotel was clean and directly across the street was a large shopping Mall.

The hotel is not nice by any means, but it could definitely be worse. The bathroom is tiny, where closing the door is slightly complicated. Bring your own shower toiletries because like other four points, they use dispensers in the showers, some of which were empty and they smell like they were meant for a man to use. The hotel feels old. A positive it that it is right next to the Westfield Mall, which has some great dining options (and shopping!) I was surprised by the quality of food inside,... Read more

I stayed at this place for a week while I was there for business. Staff at the reception, restaurant and bar are very friendly. The hotel restaurant is good. I used to live in the neighborhood and was here for a few nights visiting friends and family in August -- high tourist season in LA. It's not close to the beach (you'd still have to make the 10-min drive) but you're not paying through the nose neither. The location is ideal for low key enjoyment and close enough to all the big attractions. In addition, Randall G. was the most gracious and accommodating manager I have ever met. Four Points, particularly this Westside location is NOT for me. As a platinum Marriott interested in the merger, I took my newly acquired status on the road.
