"Upon arrival we were informed that we would be charged $17.00 per day to use the parking garage. When asked where else we could park we were told there wasnt anywhere. The first night we were there we froze as the a/c unit in our room was broken. The second night we had asked someone to come fix it. it took several hours for someone to show up, n then they were not able to fix it...this was finally decided at 2:30am. They said they would change us room ...at 2:30am...seriously all of my kids were sleeping. So the next morning the changed us rooms and put us in a room with one bed and no pull out. We called the desk and told them and they said they would bring a couple roll aways up immediately. An hour later we left our room and told the front desk on our way out that they still hadnt brought the roll aways. They chraged for internet which is new to me. Upon check out they tryed to charge us for items but couldnt tell us what the items were..just listed it as mechandise.....I must say I have stayed at several of this chains Hotels and have never had a bad stay until this one...so I will NEVER stay at here again!!"

"On the day I was to check in, at approximateIy, 5:45p.m, I received a call from a guy at the Wyndham, who told me I had been moved to a hotel 'TEN (10) MILES southeast of the Wyndham! He apologized as I explained that the Wyndham had been selected because of its location to things my family had planned to visit because of my daughter's 10th birthday weekend! He told me that he showed that 'I had only booked ONE (1) night, and not TWO (2)! I told him his information was not correct and then gave him the 'HOTEL'S confirmation number.' I told him that I was not able at the time to copy the 'Other' hotel's information and told him I would call him back. When I did call back, he told me that 'Someone had checked out early and that the room class I had 'ORIGINALLY' booked, was now available! What a nightmare! I'm not sure if the staff at the hotel can find their butt with both hands! As a military man, the staff who greets the public is an example of it's leadership, which I hope is not the case. My hope is that the folks I dealt with are rogue employees who ventured out and did things their way!"
