When you travel for much as much as I do you want to have the closet thing to being at home as possible. Crowne Plaza definitely helped me to accomplish that goal. From check-in to check-out was a pleasant experience. My room was comfortable and clean. What I also enjoyed is that fact that they have a musician playing light jazz in the courtyard on some evenings. My room was over looking the courtyard and I was able to enjoy the soft sounds without evening leaving my room. That's a plus. I... Read more

Our room was large and comfortable. It had a view of the airport but some rooms have a view of an atrium with the indoor swimming pool. We were surprised at how quiet it was and didn't notice any air traffic until the morning when a light aircraft took off - but even that was not offensive. Price was half that of hotels in the city but you really need a car to stay here. Concord is a very pleasant suburb but quite a long drive from the city. You probably wouldn't want to stay if you're on b... Read more

This was a great choice. The lobby atrium is stunning and well maintained. While there is no complimentary breakfast, there is a nice restaurant in the atrium. Breakfast was a bit pricey and food was only mediocre, but it was convenient, and the service was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful, with big smiles. Some rooms overlook the atrium, and others overlook Buchanan Airport. My room overlooked the airport, and it was really quiet as there are no flights at night. The room w... Read more

Overall, our stay was good. The front desk and other staff during off hours were all very nice and helpful. Our group has been coming to Concord for several years now and most of the time we stay at the Crowne Plaza Concord. First, it is centrally located with easy access from any direction. The place is getting on in years and it really could use a little sprucing up here and there but overall the rooms are larger than average and very clean. The restaurant and bar areas are nice but drinks are on the expensive side. Our business group has breakfast there every morning and Karen (who's been there abo... Read more

We stayed here for 7 nights and had mixed results. First and foremost - if you are traveling with a baby this hotel provides cribs on a first come, first serve basis only, with no reservations. If you are traveling with child and relying on this, go elsewhere. The hotel is nearby the freeway and directly adjacent to a small airfield. There is a small commercial area nearby, but not much around here. Our window was right next to the airport and we didn't find that noise was a problem. The prope... Read more

This hotel is easy to get to and right on a busy road adjacent to regional private Concord airport. I was happy that there was ample parking. The hotel needs serious updating. It is very spread out. My room was on 3rd fl in room range like 54 or 58 area which is a hike from main lobby. The room a/c cycles on and off and I called maintenance and they were able to set so it would stay on luckily for me. Apparently, they have two manager receptions one early and late. For the price, this was a good deal. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. It was close to a lot of places to eat and shopping. The entire stay was good, except for one issue: upon arriving late at night to check-in, we witnessed some drunk guests getting rowdy outside in the parking lot, which put us on alert as we drove by looking for a parking spot. Next morning, we found someone had left there cigarette butt on our car windshield and it left a burn... Read more

I paid for the hotel in full through priceline but the hotel charged me the full amount, front desk manager Neil (I think her name was??) told me she fixed the issue. I have yet to hear from the hotel to confirm I am not double charged. Well let's see, the hotel has a sensor by its AC unit so forget about getting into your room and getting into a "cool" room. The beds were supper comfy. And the rooms were quite. But the beeakfast was horrible!! We went to spend a relaxing evening in the indoor hot tub. At first we thought the smell was coming from the trees or foliage around us. But no the hot tub was had this extremely foul smell to it. Tried to talk to the desk about it but they seemed uninterested. Overall it was ok but I dont think I would stay again.

This place was just ok, in my opinion. It seems extremely dated and in need of serious renovations. Carpets are old (and dirty), bathrooms, which are extremely small and awkward have broken tiles, shower drain didn't work properly and it took a long time to drain the water, so it gathers at your ankles (I just hate that). Cleaning is lacking as well. The bedspreads were dirty with lipstick and I found hairs everywhere in the bathroom. Very disappointing. The Hotel is also loud, with thin walls, ... Read more

We came in after the SF Giants game for a night. The location great. Staff on check in great. Room location great. Cleanliness I rate 8. Carpets could use some upgrading including elevator. Room air conditioner a little noisy. I thought bed was comfy although, lying down looking at water leaks all over ceiling was distasteful. Bathroom little cramped for me. I like a little more room. Rating this place between 1-10 I would give it 7.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza overnight so that we could attend a concert at the Concord Pavilion. The price was really reasonable, and the location is in close proximity to the Pavilion. Check in was easy. The lobby is gorgeous and includes a Koi Pond. But our room and the hall to our room was not as gorgeous. The tables in the halls had at least 5 layers of dust. I want to start that I would have rated this place 3.5 if that was an option. I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks for business. The property is huge and is flanked by an open parking lot. No matter what this hotel gets our hearts. Our toddler has actually named the fish in the stream. He loves it that much! There is a level of comfort and security that comes with the idyllic, tropical, indoor ambiance; that puts it in a rare category for the east bay area. This hotel is more family oriented than any I have stayed in. The only downside is the staffing for housekeeping. They seem overworked and understaffed. They still do their best though. We definitely will return!

We spent 2 nights here recently. The rooms are very nice. Beds are a little hard and they could offer a more plush comforter but we were satisfied. The atrium area is very nice. The restaurant offers good food but is very pricey. The little market offers various snacks and sundries. It would be good to see a quality establishment like this not gouge customers with such high prices for the sundries.
