This is a great hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. It is located right next to an outlet mall. It is located right off I-5 but it is so quiet. The fitness center is really nice too. They provide towels, have a locker room, and a dry sauna. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel if you need to stay near ELAC; it takes 10 minutes , a little more with traffic, to get there but I heard that closer hotels are not as good. The staff is really kind and tries to make you feel well. I asked for a room on top floor because I am sensitive to noise and my room on 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel is within a huge outlet mall so the view is the one of a mall.

This is a very nice hotel located right off the expressway. Behind (or next to) the hotel is high end outlet mall, which is walking distance. The hotel appeared to be three individual hotels combined into one, but they made it work. In between the three buildings are two very nice little courtyards to enjoy your evening or a cocktail after a hard days work. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice and maintained. (there were people swimming in it). What sets this hotel apart fro... Read more

I only stayed one night at the hotel due to its convenient location as my family was attending my sister's graduation. I like to think I am a patient and understanding person, but the service I received was disappointing and far below my expectations. Arriving after traveling for the previous ten hours, I approached the desk and the three agents behind it immediately. There were no other guests around, but the check in process required a bit of a wait. The agents were looking down at the comput... Read more

We flew into LAX and rented a car. The drive to the hotel took about 30 minutes in normal traffic. The hotel is located on the East side of the Citadel Outlet Mall; just a few blocks from the Commerce Casino. We arrived at nearly 1am and were promptly greeted by a cheerful and pleasant front desk staffer who efficiently checked us in and provided us with the Doubletree Signature warm cookies. I have special requirements, no feathers extremely allergic, they made sure there were none in my room prior to entering. Most hotels I have stayed at forget and have to send someone in, then it's too late for me!!! The hotel clerk assured me everything was how I needed it and it was!

This Hilton chain hotel is reasonable well appointed and well run. It is in the edge city of Commerce and can be more affordable than the city or coastal hotels, but realize youll be doing some driving in that famous LA traffic to get into any attractions in town. But if you are in Commerce for something its perfect. It sits on the sample property as the outlet shops if you are into shopping.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Loved Hannah, the young woman who checked us in. Everything was clean and lots of parking. Easy drive to Dodger Stadium and back. The hotel is fairly easy to get to although the 5 south off ramp and approach to Telegraph is definitely a muddled mess. Would definitely stay again.

Booked a few months ahead for my wife to attend an annual event in downtown LA. If you're familiar with the downtown core you know its either $300 and up a night or throwing your safety and caution to the wind for something cut-rate. This is a decent DoubleTree. The pool area is nice, the breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly. The back of the hotel can have commercial traffic idling outside sometimes. The two elevators are terribly slow, but the stairs are usable. It is clean. Traffic can be a pain due to it sharing a lot and entrance with The Citadel. Location is in an industrial area. Near to major freeway so easy access to many places, but of course you will be dealing w/California traffic. The hotel was decent. Convenient location, perfect to quickly move to LA or the shore towns. Free parking (excellent plus), nice restaurant and bar inside. There's even a pool and hottub. The hotel is very cosy and Room was comfy, just may need a bit updating on carpet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The rooms (bedroom and conference rooms) were clean. Food and conference meal service was very good. One of the best, if not the best stays, I've had in 40 years of travel. Fairly priced.

Located next to outlet malls, this hotel provided all the amenities necessary for our meetings. Commerce isn't necessarily a tourist destination - but shopping, downtown LA, and the theme parks make it a good base camp to do things in the area. The hotel itself, amenities, and excellent staff make this venue a place I would recommend and return to if I am in the LA area again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. This hotel is conveniently located (short walk) to one of the best shopping outlets. Hire a car - ample parking available or cab it if you need go to other LA attractions. Alternatively spend a few nights just for shopping ;) The rooms are well presented and clean. The staff a friendly and efficient.

Badly needs updated. Step back in time to this 90's esque decor and arrangement. Comes complete with unsightly stains on the sofa and floor and a thick smell of stale cigarette smoke still looming around in the popcorn ceiling. Close to a mall with a food court, the hotel itself lacks anything close to contemporary and really is a let down all the way around.

Carpet needs to be replaced. Gives you a feeling of a nasty hourly hotel. Staff is excellent. Breakfast is nothing to brag about. If you are looking for good coffee - look someplace else. Location is OK if you want to shop -there are outlet stores. It was OK for me , close to the place I was visiting.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Staff and service was excellent, from my pre-arrival welcome text all the way through checkout. Staff was very nice and friendly and quick and responsive. The room we reserved wasn't available when we checked in so they gave us a free upgrade to a better room and we were given complimentary coupons for breakfast which was nice. The only downside of our stay was the location and cleanliness of the room. Our upgraded room was located right next to the elevator so it wa... Read more

Our room had a drain issue with the sink that was not really corrected. It was eventually lifted and sort of placed to the side. We actually asked to warm up baby food and was told that we'd need to rent a microwave for $10, even though it was a one time use. Lastly, we were unable to print our park passes and boarding passes, as they blocked their customers from doing so, perhaps to encourage the wifi purchase. Eventually the front desk clerk requested that I email the files to her and allow he... Read more

This is a pretty nice hotel. Room is spacious. They have the regular ammenities, A/C in the room & complimentary wifi. Not sure how old this place is, but it looks new & modern. There is a small bar across from the front desk & the restaurant is right behind it. There's a courtyard between the front area and the bldg where the rooms are. The great thing is that it is in the Citadel Center so there are stores & restaurants within the same parking lot, so all within walking distance.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and waiters were very nice. It's close to the freeway which was great for us since we went to both Disneyland and LA. Oh and there's an outlet within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

I decided to stay at the Double Tree because of the brand. This trip was a surprise for my wife to celebrate our 5th year anniversary. Unfortunately, our room fell flat in regards to the quality we thought we would get from the brand. When we arrived, the bed was made, but the pillows had black spots on them. Upon investigation, the pillows were too small for the pillowcases and didn't seem like the quality of Hilton. The pillows seemed to be the quality of a cheap Walmart brand instead of the ... Our check-in was super smooth, which make me happy and had higher expectation on my stay; however, things went down after. We found tons of ants crawling around in the bathroom, and we called the front desk. The woman there said she would have sent someone right up to get it fixed, but no one has ever come up during our stay. We lived with those ants for 2 days. Another thing annoyed me is that front desk called our room at 9ish am, woke us up and told us our next door complained around the n... Read more

Ideal location to the freeways, outlets, common necessities walking distance, and easy parking. Close enough to LA and far enough to avoid the excessive traffic. Highly recommend for the price, service, room amenities, safety and great accessibilities.

Liked the hotel, but ran into a few minor problems: - Bathroom Sink did not drain properly - Internet access was non-existent the second day of our stay - Check-out via TV was unavailable, which left us on hold for over 5 minutes. Other than that, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which is something that I have come to expect as a HHonors member.
