The honest review of this property is it is a clean, decent property that is located in a decent area in Clovis. It is about a 10 minute cab ride to the airport, and is located within walking distance to a major shopping center where there are many meal options, a Target and other retails stores. My poor rating for this hotel is because I left a message with an employee on Wednesday night at 11:00 pm asking that the assistant manager call me regarding the THREE holds they placed on my credit c... Being an HHonors member, we have stayed at many different Hilton properties all over the US. This is definitely one of the best properties that we have ever stayed at based on service, comfort, and location. The staff was all VERY friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect as we had to visit family in different parts of Fresno and it was close to the airport. It sits a block away from the Sierra Vista Mall with nice stores and restaurants.

My husband, daughter and granddaughter (8 months) stayed two nights to attend our sons college graduation and the staff was very accommodating. They had our room ready early and had a crib delivered before we got there. Nice people, good food, clean hotel. It's also close to a shopping mall and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service and facility. Staff helpful and prompt. Check in and out very quick and efficient. I had a split stay night before flight and night on return which worked very well. Breakfast was "opened" but there was little available at that early hour. This could be improved upon.

We've stayed at this Hampton Inn numerous times. It's nicely up to date and clean. We stayed at another Hampton Inn in Fresno and didn't like it nearly as well mainly because the rooms were older. The breakfast is lovely and there's a large airy room to enjoy the breakfast in. We highly recommend this and it's worth going a few extra miles to get there.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The check in and check out were efficiently and quickly done by the staff. There was ample parking. The only thing missed was the lack of restaurant/bar.

We stayed one night prior to the Clovis Memorial Day Run. We left early for the run so did not use the breakfast benefit but everything was clean, friendly and welcoming. Reasonable rate as well. We stayed here for the same reason before and that is why we returned

This hotel is perfect for visiting Yosemite NP and/or Sequoia NP. Rooms are spacious, beds are big and comfortable, WiFi is excellent, so is the breakfast. Staff is very friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again. Also suitable for more than one night.

Everything You are looking for in a Hotel. Best stay in quite a while. One Great Weekend. The location was so close to the places we had to go, easy access to freeway to get to other cites close by and places to eat.

The staff is friendly, free WiFi, good and big breakfast. The rooms are nicely appointed, large bathroom. Never waited for elevator even though hotel has many other patrons. The Shuttle service is available for more that just the airport runs. There is the Sierra Mall 5 blocks away with many restaurants, movie theater and other stores. Powells candy store gives you a 10% discount with a movie stub. Would stay again when going up to Kings River for whitewater rafting or boating on Pine Flat la... Read more

Uninteresting part of town, no good nearby restaurants. Poor staffing model -Had to wait for an attendant to check me in after a long flight. However once attended to the service was good and the staff were very nice. They just need more to meet expectations of a Marriott branded hotel.

I will stay here if I am ever in the area again. The city was nice with a small time feel, but it had all of the he resources of a larger community. I kept wondering what the noise was I heard all night. I slept well after my long drive but a softer bed would have provided a more comfortable sleep.

Have stayed at many Hilton properties. Starting with the good - Super close to airport, very friendly staff, quiet rooms. Now on why I won't stay again - Poor bed quality, very loud AC units, and worst of all, bugs in the room - initially thought just one, but found several crawling in my room on the 3rd floor - not acceptable

Excellent hotel, great price. When comparing to other similar hotels in Clovis, this has been by far my favorite. I've been to Clovis for the past 7 years for baseball tournaments and this hotel is by far my favorite. Wish I would have stayed here my first year, I never would have tried any of the others, which were, at best, disappointing.

This hotel is not right off the freeway, but worth going a little out of the way for if just passing through. Clovis is a sweet town and the hotel is superb! Nice rooms, comfortable bed, sweet staff and good breakfast!

Acceptable Hampton Inn in-between Fresno and Clovis. I found the name a bit deceiving, because I felt about as close to the airport as to the ocean. The beds were okay but not stellar â?? certainly not as good as the next Hampton Inn we visited in Tracy. The rooms were a bit smaller, too. Breakfast was inedible, including the warm, watery oatmeal (the new batch was identical to the first). The carpets looked worn throughout, with an unsightly build-up of dark grime in the usual high traffic... Read more

We were staying on the Northern California coast but wanted to visit Yosemite and Kings Canyon for a few days. We weren't sure how many days to spend in each park, so we wanted a central location. We picked Fresno/Clovis because it was 1-1.5 hours from everything we wanted to see. Plus good access to restaurants, stores, freeways, and so on at a fair price. This location worked out well, plus our 4 kids enjoyed the pool after a long day of exploring the national parks.

Enjoyed my return visit to the Hampton on Clovis. I like this place and highly recommend it for your next stay. Though my work takes me into downtown Fresno I stay away from the hustle and bustle for the convenience this location offers. Major Shopping a block away and plenty of eateries just around the corner. Also, gets me closer to golf courses for a casual round after putting in a days work.

This hotel is my go to when visiting family in Clovis. It's clean, good breakfast, and very reasonable. The location is perfect for my needs. You can go down for breakfast and read the paper with plenty of room around you. It has a very open feeling. The furnishings are new and feel clean and fresh. Good place to stay !

We stay at this hotel several times a year, and we keep coming back. It is a well maintained property and the rooms are in great shape. The breakfast is dependable and a good way to get the day started. In this budget category, I've always liked the Hampton Inn. And this property in Clovis, is one of the better ones.

Hampton Inn hotels are almost always very clean with friendly staff. The location of one of our rooms was just unfortunate and the men drinking below our room at 5:30 a.m. made sleeping in impossible for our daughter and son-in-law. We had two rooms and our room was in front of the hotel, which was surprisingly quiet.

This place had a horrible bed. I woke up the next morning with horrible back and neck pain. The pillows reminded me of something that would resemble a novelty child's pillow. The internet was painfully slow, even with the "4.95 premium internet". The a/c unit was horrible. It was all the way on the other side of the room, and despite me cranking it up to 67 it never reached the bed area because the air was not circulating. The staff and breakfast was awesome. This was our 4th Hampton in a week. It had the best reception staff of any, but they were all actually quite good. We like to drink hot tea with milk. As it turns out the handy 'store' in the hotel doesn't offer milk products. So the reception staff went to the trouble to get a cup of milk from the locked up breakfast kitchen! It cost the motel 10 cents maybe, but added to my already firm conviction that Hampton Inns are perfect for my family.
