Very nice and clean. We just needed a bed away from home and this is perfect. The beds are very comfortable and soft. Ample closet space. Internet worked fine; didn't watch any television so can't talk to that. Clean bathrooms with nice hot water. Complimentary breakfast is tasty with loads of variety and the warmer tray selections vary daily which is nice.

I had a meeting early on a Friday morning in Diamond Bar and rather than fight traffic in the AM, I decided to splurge and get a hotel so I wouldn't be stressed out for the meeting. Though I only stayed one night, the staff treated me like absolute GOLD! I had to arrive late, so I took advantage of the online check-in, and when I did arrive, Darryl at the front desk welcomed me and handed me my key! No forms, no delay, no trying to remember my license plate number, NOTHING! How easy was that!? ... Read more

Not a bad Hampton by any means just not as enjoyable as the others. Maybe the rooms are a little too dark or outdated. The beds and pillows are super comfortable ! I can't put my finger on why this place was so so. Maybe the staff seemed indifferent.

The hotel is nice. The gas blower in the parking lot next door at 2am was a disaster. I almost called the police. I realize you are not responsible for your neighbors. But I would suggest you talk to them.

Rooms were nice, as well as clean. Parking is a bit awkward as it is limited out front of the hotel. The rooms are starting to show age as well (bathrooms specifically)The common areas are up to date and it is a solid breakfast. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

The hotel overlooks the freeway and for the me the noise was overbearing. I asked for a room on the quiet side which cost me an extra $55 per night on top of what I had already paid. To be fair however, the hotel was generous in refunding my other 3 nights of my stay as I could neither afford the extra money or suffer the noisy side of the hotel. The rooms however, were very clean and comfortable.

Hampton Inn & Suites Chino Hills is located off 71 at Chico and was easy to find. The parking was sufficient but could do with a little more shaded areas. Quick check in/out. OK breakfast. The work chair in the room too low. Difficult to do work in the room. Beds OK however and we slept well. The water pressure in the shower was a disappointment. Cannot understand why some hotels persist in low water pressure? It only prolongs the shower = more water consumed. There is no restaurant inhouse, a... Read more

Good experience. Clean rooms. Nice location near interstates 71 & 60. Breakfast was varied each day, always warm and includes fresh fruit every morning. Forgot toothpaste and front desk provided a complimentary travel size tube. Parking was restricted to the front of the building, but no work was done on the back parking lot the entire week I was there.

Nice hotel right off the Highway. Located next to a movie theatre, and multiple restaurants. The offer free breakfast, which was great, omelets, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, coffee, and yogurt to name a few. Hotel is very clean, big spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

The Hampton Inn in Chino, California, is a wonderful place to stay if you happen to be doing business or visiting family in this area. Besides being a clean, comfortable, well-run inn with several amenities (including warm chocolate chip cookies in the evenings!), this Hampton Inn is located right next to a full-scale movie theater, restaurants, a Starbucks, a gas station, and a freeway on-ramp. What more could you ask for?

The hotel is in s good location; however, it would not be my first choice of places to stay. The rooms were ok (aside from the ants). The lights on the signage were out-I know that's petty but to me it speaks volumes. If you need a late check-out, arrange for it as soon as you arrive as they only allow 4 per day (per the front desk). They do offer a free breakfast, which was pretty decent. If you're looking for glitz & glamour this isn't the place for you.

My wife and I and our teenage daughter stayed here recently while attending a family reunion. We asked for connecting rooms so that our daughter could have privacy but not be too far away from us. Reservations told us that it would not be guaranteed but would post our request. When we showed up, there were no connecting rooms available. Instead, the hotel put people in one connecting room and left the other connected room vacant - to provide a buffer, I guess, but to our detriment. Our daug... Read more

The exterior of the grounds are well-maintained; however, the rooms need some major attention. The bath towels weren't all clean. The hotel is trying to be modern. Many of the fixtures are updated. The open bath towels next to the toilet is something that has to change. They need to be moved to a higher level. This will be a design change for the brand. I've made this recommendation at other properties. The reason is obvious. My room reeked of the smell of feces and there were ants all over the ... Read more

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and the experience gets better each time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast is full of great options, and the rooms are quite generous in size. We stayed in a one bedroom king suite and were quite surprised by the size of the bathroom. While the jacuzzi tub was not operational (they were replacing all of the tubs in the hotel), the shower was very large, with a standard shower head and a rain shower head.

Run down small rooms. Felt cramped in the room. Wall paper was peeling. Everywhere there are signs is this being a tired rundown hotel. The rooms are so small that you have to work your way around sideways to get around the bed. Heaven help you if you're going to break out the iron and get around. I would never stay there again

It is in a great location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Ask for room with a mountain view. The free breakfast is the usual hotel breakfast . The only con is parking they are doing construction of the parking lot but should be finished soon.

Hotel room and lobby were extremely clean so kudos to housekeeping! The lobby seems to have been updated. The room (I was on the first floor) was showing signs of aging. The bed was average and not 'great' like often found these days in hotels. The a/c unit was loud but necessary to drown out freeway sound so it worked out ok. There are a couple places to walk to to eat. The hot breakfast in the lobby exceeded my expectations. Coffee options are great! Overall this hotel is just fine for busines... Read more

The front desk staff is tremendous at this location. Upon leaving (at 4:45am) I had thought I left my cell phone at a local restaurant so I needed help with that potential disaster. Karl help me like a long lost best friend. He let me text my wife on his own phone. And then when I found the phone in my rental car, I went back to let him know and I think he was more excited about me finding my phone than I was. What a great guy! I'll be back!

We travel to San Gabriel area 2-3 times a year and normally stay in West Covina. For a change, we decided to try Hampton Inn in Chino Hills since it has a higher rating than the hotel we frequent in WC. Hotel is located in a nice and convenient area. I originally booked our 1-night stay through Expedia but while checking in, decided to book another night through the hotel front desk. The room is fairly large and roomy. I seem to have caught this hotel on a bad day. I was working nights and was hoping to sleep in, a fire alarm kept going on and off in the morning around 11:00. Meets expectations for the USD. Everything was very clean. The employees were very helpful. The bathroom in my room was for elderly or disabled, which is fine, but the shower head contraption was hard to adjust even for me, and I have strong hands. The knobs for adjusting the shower head were way too small and would be impossible for an elderly person to adjust.
