In addition to desks and complimentary newspapers, guestrooms offer multi-line phones with voice mail. 42-inch high-definition televisions have cable channels. Rooms also include laptop-compatible safes, windows that open, and blackout drapes/curtains. Guests may request a turndown service, in-room massages, and wake-up calls. The 10,500-square-foot Spa Aiyana offers three VIP double spa treatment suites with fireplaces, eight deluxe spa treatment rooms, and a manicure and pedicure salon. The spa menu incorporates fresh herbs, botanical extracts, and floral, aromatic and herbal oils. Services include massage, body, facial and couples treatments. The three double suites can be connected for private events. Spa Aiyana’s wellness program encourages guests to interact with nature by enjoying hiking, meditative walks, and yoga on the spectacular hilltop yoga platform. The outdoor Lodge pool, infinity jacuzzi, private cabanas, and fire pits adjacent to the Spa offer guests an ideal relaxation environment.
Lodge Dining Room - Breakfast is offered 7am-11am daily. Lunch is served 11:30am-3pm daily. Dinner is available 5pm-9pm (Sunday - Thursday) and 5pm-10pm Friday and Saturday. Bar is open 11am-9pm (Sunday - Thursday) and 11am-11pm Friday and Saturday.
For golfers, the Clubhouse restaurant is conveniently located near 9th and 18th holes, offering coffee and pastry 6:30am-9:30am, and light sandwiches and snacks 10:30am-6:30pm.
All menu items are prepared from locally sourced ingredients.
Carmel Valley Ranch's 18-hole, par 70 golf course provides a fleet of carts, enlarged greens, refurbished bunkers, and augmented tee grounds.
A tennis center offers seven hard-surface and two clay courts. Professional tennis lessons are available (surcharge). The newly built 5,200 square-foot fitness center includes state-of-the-art strength-training and cardio equipment, and a separate spin studio. The resort also features two outdoor heated swimming pools and two hot tubs, two bocce courts, sport courts, and children's splash zone. Aerobics and Pilates classes are available.
Hiking, biking, and running trails wind through the 500 acres of ranch grounds. Carmel Valley Ranch coordinates horseback riding through an equestrian center six miles away (surcharge). Carmel-by-the-Sea, seven miles away, offers numerous water sports.
