Reasonable rates for a clean and comfortable room close to SFO. We have always been greeted and checked out by a friendly and efficient staff. Also convenient are the two restaurant choices right next door to the hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport is reliable and the driver usually friendly and helpful. I would rate this a three and a half but it was not a choice. Their sister hotel in Sacramento had a major upgrade, and it's probably time for some updating here in Burlingame. Nice choic... The front desk staff were very cordial and helpful. The manager accommodated our requests fairly and professionally. Facilities are under remodel which is desperately needed. Housekeepers need to take ownership in their work but it is hard when the place is so run down. Even replacement furniture is used. How unmotivating is that for staff and guests alike?

We spent the night here to avoid the horrible traffic in the morning, trying to make it to SFO for a flight. The Vagabond was the only place I could find under $200 that was airport adjacent and would allow me to park, sleep, fly. The room is fine. The bed is very good. Everything seems clean and updated. I loved watching the planes land and takeoff from our private balcony. The only thing I don't like about our room is the smell! There must be some kind of odorizer in the ventilation system, be... This hotel has an excellent location, very close to the SFO airport, and provides free shuttle service. If is so close to the airport that you can watch the planes taking off and landing on the runway across the bay from the hotel, but it is still very quiet and undisturbed by the airplanes. The price is quite reasonable when compared to other local hotels, the staff members are pleasant, friendly, and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast is very good, This ... We stayed at the Vagabond Inn on our last trip to San Francisco as it is close to the airport. We spent extra money on a water view king, and although the views are great, the room was very dated and musty smelling. The dresser drawers were so old none of them stayed shut and the fan in the bath was broken and you could not shut it off. The girl at the front desk was alone and overworked with too many guests. The only elevator was out of order, and we had to carry luggage up three flights o... Read more

The AC never works in the multiple times I've stayed here, but the rooms are clean and I like the Park N' Fly aspect. The price is usually good, too. The shuttles run on time. The breakfast area is small and very bread-oriented, but there are hot options.

The hotel wasn't very sound-proofed, and our room was next to exterior stairs, and at night we heard people clunking up the stairs with their suitcases banging on the stairway. Though it was run down, it was clean. The bed was comfy. The wifi seemed ok. They really need a nightlight for the bathroom. with the shades drawn, it was pitch dark in there and you can't find your way to the bathroom at night. But the breakfast was very decent. We have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was to connect with a midday airline departure to Asia for which we had come to San Francisco the day before. For our second stay, we drove down from Reno to go to the SG50 celebration being thrown by the Singaporean Consulate at another nearby airport hotel. The drain in the bathtub did not work. Thus we were unable to take a bath. I told the front desk 3 times and housekeeping once, but the drain was not fixed in the 4 days we were there. We stayed here because it was super close to the airport and the car rental place and inexpensive. The room was really clean and taken care of, not the best hotel I've stayed at but completely worth the money. The front desk clerk David was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms clean and reasonably priced. Close to the airport with free shuttle service to airport. No restaurant but free breakfast. Rooms have frig, microwave, and comfortable beds. Okay place to spend a night.

our room was ready for fresh paint and carpet but was otherwise fine. got a good night's sleep, enjoyed the breakfast offerings, and a quick ride to the airport. staff was efficient and friendly. it's fine for the purpose - it's not where you'd vacation.
