We stayed in rooms 1516 and 1517 during our stay on May 1st thru the 4th. The service was excellent, with only one minor slip up with the car being delivered late for we had to wait for the car. Other than this minor glitch, the service was good and consistent. Waited over an hour for water to be brought to my room, and this is after I asked 3 times. Also, the AC in teh room was extremely loud. Even though I am a heavy sleeper, the loud AC made it difficult to sleep well. In addition, the wifi did not work well if at all the 1st night I was there - and that was supposed to be the upgraded wifi service. Lastly, the toilet had some 'remains' at the bottom when I tried to use it for the first time. This place has some serious operational issues.

Great place to stay and executive room is very nice and the breakfats is fantastic. The cleanliness was very good and the staff at the deask was great along with the bar area they were fantastic. I will definately be back and stay there again if necessary. I only wish they had complimentary beey and wine in the executive lounge this would make it at the top of my hotel list. I admit that I chose this property because it was less than $300 per night and hotels in the city were running double that. This property is not pretty from the outside. Nor is it pretty on the inside. The room has been refurbished but some parts are archaic such as the tub which is probably original and 40 years old. The rooms were excellent for sleeping and cleanliness. The meeting room was directly over the laundry and the floor vibrated to the point that it interpreted the meeting at times. The meals were very good and the service was excellent. I would come back, and I am sure that the organization that I was working with will book the locations again for similar meetings.

Staff were very helpful, well informed about the surrounding areas and the city of San Francisco, and were very courteous. The room was clean. however the bed was a little uncomfortable. It sags in the middle.

Food was fine but got a bad taste in my mouth when eating as one should not expect a quiet/private dinning experience there. It was a youthful fancy sports bar environment. Dont think I will ever eat at a Hilton again.

This hotel is my "Go To" place whenever I fly into San Francisco. Easy freeway access. Great executive level perks. Friendly staff. Only negative is that they charge for parking but at least it's cheaper than staying in Union Square to Finance District and paying that ridiculous rate for parking.

I am the diamond member of Hilton so I like staying with Hilton most of the time. This hotel got pretty good reviews so I decide to give a try. The location is good, close to the airport and they do have free shuttle service. Free wifi. A pool and gym. Self parking is free as long as you validate the ticket. Stayed four nights. Free shuttle to/from airport every 20 minutes. Decided to use this service each day and take the BART(Bay Area Rapid Transit) metro into the centre of San Francisco. Works well ant takes altogether perhaps 45 minutes. Staff were good, although the check-in girl could have been a little friendly. This was my second stay at this particular hotel. Its room are very nice; comfortable, clean, and nicely arranged. The staff is very considerate and helpful, everyone who works there seems to have a wonderful attitude as well. A nicely stocked bar and delicious breakfast buffet are available. We stayed at the Hilton near San Francisco airport for two nights before a tour around California. The hotel is around a 10 minute drive from the airport, so it's relatively easy to locate (there was a lot of roadworks around the area when we visited however). After flying in from Australia we decided to stop over in San Francisco for the night before carrying onto Canada. This hotel ticked all the boxes. The price was affordable, the location was great - just a short (free) shuttle ride from SFO, room was clean and well appointed and the staff were friendly. Flew into San Francisco enroute to Hawaii with an early morning departure the next morning so we elected to stay at the airport. The Hilton is located several miles away at the end of hotel row, right past less expensive, other Hilton branded hotels. It is a large tower sitting on top of a congested, overpriced garage. Staff nice but it took a long time for each of our party to be checked in. Nice large lifts to the upper floors. Our rooms were similar, both having 2 large double beds which were very comfy and had nice linen. Nice large bathroom. Price is for 1 room whether you have 1 person staying in their or 4. We traveled to SF this past weekend and stayed here on our last night just so that we could avoid the morning rush hour drive to the airport. Laid over here at the end of our vacation the night prior to our return flight to Singapore. Was able to get a decent rate for a room on the exec floor, though bad timing on my part as there was a wedding at the hotel and the upgrade to the jr suite was not available. We stayed at this hotel twice. Once at the beginning and once at the end of our trip. Both times we were checked in by Nick who was efficient and friendly. Needed a place to stay to catch a morning airport shuttle to Sonoma County after a late night flight arrival. It was a mediocre stay experience. The room did smell musty and seemed to be a past smoking room, as you can never get that smell out very easy....breakfast on the concierge floor was okay, seating was not good, lots of tables facing the sun...in the AM, love the Sun, but not in my eyes... There are other properties around the area I have used and will most likely use again.

Location, price, and cleanliness are great but the loud air conditioner in the room makes sleeping difficult. The free internet is so slow that we used our cell phone as a hot spot. Other than that, the hotel is great.

Great location, staff and rooms. The food is good, which often isn't the case in other hotels. Although it was near the airport, our room was very quite. I had no idea that dogs were allowed and I an a dog person so it was nice. I noticed that they even had dog biscuits for the four legged friends. I would recommend it to my friends.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price of the room, and that we had to pay for parking, but most hotels in the San Fransisco area charge for parking.

First time at this Hilton. We had a room with a view of the Bay. I could watch the airplanes land all day at SF airport. Occasionally it is a little noisy when a 747 or 787 land but this is an airport Hilton. I am amazed at those who complain about the noise from the airport. Are you really amazed? Wow! Having read many of the comments on here i can confirm we found our experience to be very similar to others, the hotel seems to be an older Hilton that could do with a refresh both external and internal. The eight floor bedroom itself was well appointed and very clean with nice views over the bay. As others have mentioned the AC was really noisy and there was no way could you have this on whilst in the room. Hotel south of SFO airport on the San Francisco Bay. Standard Hilton experience with check-in, room and stay. Higher floor offered good view of the Bay. Breakfast was adequate. Choose this hotel a bit by default as the entire city and airport area were booked up. My original thinking was that it wasn't very convenient to getting to the city or even back and forth to the airport. I was wrong, the shuttle service to the airport was every 20 minutes, even at midnight. Also found that Lyft drivers were nearby when we wanted to get to the city. In fact, the location is great. The San Francisco Hilton provided everything you need for a wonderful experience. Comfortable bed, clean room, good food, and a nice view of the bay. There are several other hotels in the area and this one kept me satisfied. A bit pricey, though what isn't in that region. Worth coming back again.

Stayed one night at the Hilton Airport Bayfront in Burlingame near the San Francisco Airport in July. The hotel is 5 minutes to Highway 101 and 10 minutes to SFO. The hotel has ample parking but they charge up to $20/night to park. Some parking spots are covered. Check in was easy and quick and the rooms are clean and simple. Really I'd give a 4.5 out of 5. I had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed my visit, however there were a couple of small things. Great Stay during an impactful business workshop. Rooms are spacious and accommodating. Knew that I could rest and relax during full days of the conference. Buffet lunches proved to have tasty healthy meals and snacks that I could pack for later in the afternoon. Pleasant entry seating to check emails or Facetime with family. Excellent walking trail with scenic views for my morning walk.

We spent 3 nights surrounding a Road Scholar trip to Yosemite National Park. The accommodations were excellent. We had breakfast two mornings, once ordering from the menu and once doing their buffet. Both were very good but not cheap. We had dinner as part of our Road Scholar trip and it was good. I have stayed here many, many times over the last 6 or 7 years, often 3 times per year. I stay for three reasons; 1. Convenience to the Airport. 2. Mid point for my business trips to both San Francisco and Silicon Valley. 3. Great views with excellent service. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The rooms had great views and comfortable. Shopping and restaurants are a couple steps away. The parking underneath was convenient and reasonably priced.

This hotel is nicely appointed and convenient to SFO. That should make for a nice experience. The cheap, loud "through wall" air conditioners however were so loud as to make sleeping impossible. Not up to the Hilton brand promise in my opinion.

Not easy to find. Good reception area but room not as good. Bath room floor slippery when wet and bath was very small. Not enough towels or shower gels provided. Helpful staff. Pool ok but no changing rooms, showers or lockers.

This is a great airport hotel, nice looking rooms, quit and modern, very good valet and close to the airport. Also we found the standard Hilton quality was not reduced by being an Airport hotel which sometimes happens. Definitely would be my choice next time we have to catch a flight from SFO.

I stayed here for one night and found it to be pretty standard Hilton quality. The room wasn't the most up to date, but it wasn't bad, and was pretty large with a nice window view of the Bay. Bathroom could probably use an update sometime soon, but again, hotel does the job. The location is good for airport proximity and that was the purpose of staying here. I was surprised at how nice this hotel was. The updated rooms were really nice. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, since I was only there for one night. The location of this hotel is great if your are traveling to/from SFO or have to commute down to Menlo Park.

The name of Hilton suggests a high level hotel. Not the super luxury of course but definitely the higher category. At the reception we already were told Wifi was an extra fee. "You must be joking" was my gut reaction. The receptionist then immediately backed off and gave it on a complimentary basis. Good. The halls were nice. Then came the room at the 13th executive floor. Hotel was fine. Was double charged for parking because they charge you in the room then when I was leaving at 5 am I couldn't get out without paying or having my room key, which of course I turned in when I left. Would have been nice to know. Good location, close to Burlingame which had nice shopping and restaurants.

I had a bit of trouble getting to Las Vegas during a recent trip and wound up staying at the SFO Hilton for a night. The property is pretty close to the airport and similar to what you'd find in the financial district. Generally nice room with a good workspace and a decent bed. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and once again we were very pleased with hotel. We had booked an executive room, which cost afew dollars more but was well worth it. The executive lounge on the top floor provided enjoyable snacks and a breakfast in the morning easily off setting the extra cost. The location of the hotel in regards to the Airport is fine and although the shuttle was a bit iffy it was ideal for us and runs pretty regularly. We would definately use another time.

Hotels are expensive in the San Francisco Bay Area. I try to stay below $250/night which eliminated every single Marriott property within 15 miles or so. This was one of the few "corporate" hotels under that amount, plus it was conveniently located on the peninsula for business meetings around the bay. Whenever we have an early departure or late arrival at the SFO airport we use the Hilton. It's a great deal and we don't have to worry about leaving so early or driving home really late to our home that is 2 hours away. We get great treatment from the Hilton staff and can relax a bit before or after our flight.

I recently was a guest with access to the 15th Floor Executive Lounge after arriving back from a International Flight to Berlin, Germany. Jet lag made the sleep & service I received during my visit even more comfortable during my one night stay. The staff made my morning breakfast wonderful and cut up fresh pineapple for me since the watermelon was very close to it and I was concerned since I am allergic to watermelon. This allowed me to get more sleep until 3pm and get on the road home.

This is a nice, clean, and modern Hilton hotel just a few miles south of SFO. We had an early morning flight so it was very convenient. The shuttle runs during extended hours, and comes every 20 to 30 minutes. The room was large, with a coffee maker but no refrigerator. There is a restaurant onsite, and they serve food in the bar until midnight. $20 self park or $26 valet. Mini store has various snacks and toiletries at reasonable prices. If you have an early flight, I highly recommend this hotel to avoid traffic or delays. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The food in the restaurant is excellent, I loved their Ahi tuna sandwich. The beds are so comfortable, you feel like sleeping on a soft silky cloud. Very close to the airport and downtown San Francisco, and only about 1 hour 1/2 to Carmel by the Sea and Monterey which is a must go to place.

My first impression was that the hotel was very clean but could use a bit of updating. The best part of the stay was the staff! Extremely accommodating and pleasant. Ive stayed here now about 5 times and it is very nice and new. Good menu and bar. Don't particularly like the van service so prepare for a long drive and long waits. North side for the best views. Nice running trail along the bayfront.

Location is close to the airport but not that close. Rooms are large and well lit. Wifi is difficult to connect to. Overnight parking is $20 for self and an additional fee for valet. Nice rooms, with a good layout better than in many other Hilton airport hotels. The hotel staff caters to quick check-in and departures -- efficient and professional operation at the front desk. The hotel restaurant has a nice dinner menu, the servers a bit rushed and lacking smile, but overall we enjoyed after a long car drive to SFO.

About 20 mins from the airport. Room spacious and comfortable but not well lit and the fan in the bathroom roars away all night long. Not the most spotlessly clean room ever and I hate the free floating duvet between two sheets thing - it's not hygienic and the duvet was slightly grubby. We had an executive room which included breakfast in the executive lounge - it was actually not bad at all, service was efficient, but I wouldn't return.

We got the shuttle from the airport after a 12 hour flight. The shuttle drive was rude. The staff at the front desk were not much better, not at all friendly! The staff were very helpful, although the down side is they had one person checking people in and a long line. Took me 20 minutes to get checked in and I was 5th in line. Stopped before flight. Good standard large room. Bed comfortable. Bathroom large with loads of hot water and towels. We would have rated 5 but we paid extra $25 for a later checkout but after we had lunch we were locked out of our room which shouldn't have happened. We were moving from west to east coast and had lots of luggage and two small dogs. Every staff person was more than helpful. We had a wonderfully big room with a very comfy bed and pillows and the room was spotless. We ordered room service so that we could stay in the room with our dogs and the food was very tasty--not the usual hotel meals that are just OK. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is our go-to hotel when flying in and out of San Francisco. First of all they have a very convenient park and fly option and a convenient shuttle to the airport. We love the lobby area and hotel rooms. We are diamond members and love the executive lounge at this hotel. We were sadly disappointed when our flight was so delayed we missed happy hour. But when we dragged ourselves in at 1:00am we could not have been more grateful for the wonderfully comfortable bed!

I'm very disappointed with this property. The rooms are very tired and it's way overdue for an update. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the television blasting in the room next door. As a Hilton Diamond member, there was no special welcome and this was our 4th and probably our last visit to this property. Staff here appear to not enjoy there jobs and they could use training in the "welcoming spirit". I highly recommend you check out other options before choosing to stay here.

The hotel made a very favorable impression when we arrived, and the staff was very courteous and friendly throughout, from check in, maid service, restaurant personnel, and checkout. The location provides scenic views of the bay and the city of Burlingame provides many choices of activities, although the construction was disruptive and confusing when driving. The Hotel is great located near the San Francisco Airport. The Shuttle-Service is complementary and available every 20-30min. from all Terminals of the Airport. The Hotel-Lobby is modern and welcoming, unfortunately, the Standard rooms are not. We had a normal room with City-View and the furniture was very old and had its best years behind. This is a clean and quiet hotel. I used the virtual key and it was very convenient as I got to select my room (and I got the one I wanted overlooking the airport). The walking paths by the water were an excellent bonus! The concierge lounge offered good apps in a clean environment. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you want to stay near the airport.

The airport shuttle runs reliably every 20 minutes, and there's also the Burlingame Trolley that will take you into downtown Burlingame every hour. Had a series of business meetings. The construction on the freeway makes getting this hotel from any direction a nightmare. I hope they finish that soon. The hotel has the typical Hilton rooms and a restaurant in the lobby for coffee and light bites. It works - nothing special. The room I had: the A/C was either on and loud, or just off and the room would heat up during the day.

This Hilton is nice but won't knock your socks off until you head to the Executive Lounge. The Continental breakfast had a wide range of selections from crispy bacon, different sausages, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs,cereals, fresh fruits, pastries and more. Room was clean and quiet. Front desk Service was fast and professional. Restaurant and bar stayed open late. Has self parking garage with adequate space. Nice views of bay. On arrival requests were accurate and punctual. Will stay here again.

Nice hotel by the bay and airport, great staff. Road from highway to hotel is under construction and may cause some delays getting to the hotel (will confuse your GPS to the hotel if you are driving).

I've writen a couple of reviews recently on other hotel brands. Some new names and other well known. I basically spend very little time at the hotels. Either I'm out having fun or out doing business and I'm a foodie so I like to have all my meals out. When I go back to my hotel I need the rest. I don't like surprises. I like to know what to expect.
