"We made last minute reservations for our trip to San Francisco, we had a very nice time at the Embassy Suites. It was right on the water and there were walking trails right outside the hotel. As usual Embassy Suites was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The location is easy on and off the freeway with close proximity to S.F. airport."

"I was very pleased with everything this hotel had to offer. The hotel is beautifully designed and welcoming. Not to mention the view of the water was amazing! Loved to watch airplanes land and take off. Not noisy at all. There were even teenagers in the hotel, and didn't even know it, till we saw them at breakfast. I think everyone there was considerate of each other. Room was clean, Staff friendly. Big thank you to the 150Grill for feeding my husband and I when we showed up at 9:40pm and ordered dinner. They did not rush us and food was freshly made. Waiter was very attentive. Love the samon! We needed that time to eat a quiet meal without the kids :) Breakfast every morning was amazing. Thanks, now my kids want me to do the same thing here...Lol Thanks to guest services for tending to every request we made. Overall a great experience. Thanks for making our trip unforgettable!"

"Took almost 2 hrs to get from airport to hotel as shuttle was always full. First impresion was it looked very nice. Room nicely layed out. We stayed in a larger room as there was 5 of us. In morning, noticed there was only 4 towels, cloths, glasses etc. called front desk to remond them there were 5 in room. tryed to take shuttle to BART but again took 2hrs as the shuttle driver said the hotel only payed them for 6 seats. Every time it arived they said seats taken. Second day, no face cloths at all, tub not cleaned, garbage not taken out. 3rd day still 4 towels, no clean glasses, durty tub and sink. 4th day fridge broke, bathroom not cleaned. We stayed for 8 days and the room cleanliness just got worse each day. Thought it was pointless to also point out the sliding door to outside almost impossible to open. I think for a room that we paid 200 dollars a night it should look as clean each night as the first day we arrived. But on a possitive note the breakfast was excellent. pool clean. "

"I recently stayed here this past week for a business trip out in SF and it was a great hotel to stay at. Big room for $ paid. Great quality and wonderful view on top of the bay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!"
