Stayed here with friends. It's located just walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, and the Farmers Market! Very safe area.. Loved it! Staff were nice and attentive. We will definitely stay here again when in Burbank. Highly recommended this hotel!

Hotel was rather upscale for a Holiday Inn. Also expensive but expected in Cal. Suite was quite comfortable, view of the city was adequate, not outstanding but there really isn't anything outstanding to see in Burbank.

I have stayed here before but not for a while. The staff is great, very helpful. Room clean and easy to get comfortable in. The area is full of things to do. Places for quick food or full restaurants. Easy access to shopping too. I will return for work, but do recommend it for visitors too.

When we arrived, they said that the elevator was broken but they would have it fixed that afternoon. It wasn't. They then gave us a room on the third floor so that we wouldn't have to climb too many stairs which we appreciated as we are senior citizens and not strong. The noise level was pretty intense as the traffic in California is crazy bad. There was no safe in the room which made us a little nervous. When we called down to the desk to locate an ice machine, we were told that it "should be s... Read more

The hotel itself is in decent condition. Pros: Room, bedding, furniture, hallways, elevators, and lobby were all clean. Staff is exceptionally nice. Free parking (just get your parking pass validated by the front desk every time you leave) and free wifi (although a bit shaky). Cons: You can hear the freeway traffic and the beds are a bit firm. I do have one complaint about our stay - there was a very foul smell coming from our restroom. I believe we were in room 1415, which is right next to the ... Read more

Good location, walking distance to many food options. Beds are good, but firm. We had a high floor room, which got rid of traffic noise. Pros: - Staff was great, rooms were clean. - Free parking, though this may have changed. - Easy walking distance to many food options. - Good location for Universal and other attractions. Cons: - one elevator was dead, and the other three were clunky. - bathroom ventilation fan and toilet flush were very noisy. Would stay here again.

It was a last minute reservation, then we read the reviews and got real worried until checking in. Hotel was easy to find and conveniently across the street from restaurants and shops. Hotel is nice with friendly, professional staff and very clean with modern decor from lobby to the room. There were ample working elevators that took our tired family quickly to the standard sized room.

The hotel and staff are just fine--pretty much like most of the other business hotels at which I stay (30-40 weeks/year).Rooms are clean and comfortable. Those rooms which face (SW) the freeway are subject to constant traffic noise, but it's not the worst I've experienced, mostly white noise punctuated by frequent 'grapefruit-shooter' exhaust notes. However, the Internet quality at this property is sorely lacking. This is something which is fairly critical for me, and I've grown to take it for... Read more

We stayed here one night while passing through LA. It is a very large hotel and was very nice. We had a 2 queen room with a view (of the mountains behind the hotel). Parking was $15/night. Not a whole lot of places within walking distance. The room was good for what it was. The room was clean, the elevators were quick and the views were nice.

This hotel is well located near lots or restaurants and night life. The hotel itself is nice although some aspects could use a little updating. The room was clean, wifi worked well, and the staff was nice. I had multiple issues with my key not working. They have a dry sauna and I love that! My room also had a fridge and a microwave, both a major bonus!

I should say that I didn't stay at the Holiday Inn, just ate in the restaurant. The hotel was very clean and the staff quick to accomodate our party of 17 on Father's Day, an almost impossible feat! The food was mostly sandwiches, burgers and salads but the portions were very big and the quality was good. I had my 7 year old son with me, so I could only stare through the glass of the party spots with a tears rolling down my cheeks, but they looked like fun. This hotel is a very solid value, in the sense that the accommodations are comfortable and our room was spotless, while the price was very competitive with similar tier hotels. If you are expecting an average stay, then you will not be disappointed. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had an airport shuttle. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was adequate. Not much more to say...

The hotel is in a twin building, the room is big, clean e well furnished on the regular standard of this chain. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpfull I don't have anything to complain regarding the room but I find very ridiculous that with almost $200 per night the breakfast is NOT included, end they can ask you extra $17 for a non even excellent buffet.... I suggest you to look around for a more affordable hotel with a better offer.

Not knowing the "lay of the land" in L A, a girlfriend & I went just for an overnight visit to see "Outlander" costumes on display for a short time at The Paley Institute & FIDM. The hotels close to the museums are quite expensive so I found a reasonably priced Holiday Inn in Burbank. We wanted to stay somewhere we felt safe & on a map, Burbank looked pretty close to our destination, at least by predicted travel times on Uber. Our experience using Uber was great & much more affordable than ... Read more

The hotel is clean. Location is good for downtown. Room and beds are comfortable. Only glitch the 17th floor didn't have an ice machine. No notice to go to a different floor to find one. If you are staying a few days in the area, this hotel will be suitable for you.

We attended my 40th high school reunion in Burbank this weekend and chose the Holiday Inn Media Center due to its close proximity to the Castaways restaurant and the golf course club house, as well as the amenities at this hotel (cheap and easy to Uber to the reunion venue from the hotel). Check in was efficient and we were allowed to check in two hours earlier due to being rewards customers (it's highly recommended to join the reward program). We stayed on the 13th floor in a lovely and extrem... Read more

This is a little bit of a fancy hotel without really being fancy and not at all expensive. This is very much a hotel people go to for business. There is a big restaurant, bar, conference rooms etc and easy to get to off the freeway. However we were on holiday here to see Hollywood with my young adult kids. There was a mix up with my booking which was possibly my fault as I thought I had booked a family room of some sort. Anyway they quickly fixed the problem though my son had to sleep on a ... I will start with our room (because that's what you really want to know...right?). Here's the bullet points: 1. LARGE - it felt like a LOT of room 2. BEDS - We had 2 Queen beds, which was lovely for a family of 4. COMFORTABLE and here's a little sweet surprise - they let you choose whether you want FIRM or SOFT pillows! 3. BATHROOM - Adequate. Nothing special there. Supplies included the regular stuff (shampoo, conditioner, soap, mouthwash, lotion) 4. REFRIGERATOR and MICROWAVE - this is so... Read more

The room is just fine, dated carpet, furniture and bathroom, but clean. The beds are ok, the ac is one of those wall units that rattles and hums at times with dramatic passion. The curtains don't cover the bright Southern California suns early raise or the city and street lights and the streets are very noisy. The exercise room is quite small and quite insufficient, with just a couple not well maintained treadmills and elliptical trainer, nothing else. I came here not by choice, but work and my ... Stayed 2 nights as part of a tour of California. Convenient as near Universal studios without getting stuck in the horrendous traffic jams on the freeway. Hotel was ok, nothing wrong, nothing special. Near cafes and restaurants with a good breakfast restaurant of its own. The all you can eat breakfast was excellent.

Personal wee polite and efficient. Clean room, and looking out the 16th floor windows revealed a beautiful mountain view. Spectacular. Only used the dining area for breakfast. Good food, reasonable portions and kids eat free. Added bonus!

Location is decent - can walk to movies, shopping, restaurants. Overall hotel felt just average and dated - nothing exciting. Hotel charges $15 for parking. Street parking is free but the city prohibits parking 3 am - 5 am. I recommend parking on the street, unloading & checking in, and then moving your car. Note: you can park at the Downtown Burbank Metrolink parking lot for free for 72 hours. It's a short walk - took me <10 minutes and is well lit with crosswalks. (Parking is for metrolink c... I just stayed for the night as I need a hotel close to the Universal Studios. This hotel was recommended by Expedia due to its proximity, but in reality it is not that close to Universal Studios. Going there is easy if you have a navigator or map application in your cellphone. It is along freeway 5 going to Sacramento and to find it as you exit freeway is not that complicated. The hotel caters to people who goes to the TV studios and perhaps some staff of tv shows. It is nice and in keeping with... Read more

Just stayed with friends at the Holiday Inn Burbank for 5 nights, and really enjoyed the location, which is very conveniently located. The rooms were nice and spacious, beds and pillows were very comfortable, wi-fi was hit and miss depending on time of day. Staff was helpful and friendly. There are two bars here - we really didn't like the atmosphere in the main level bar, but the bar on the 18th floor is very nice! Impressive view! We tried the on-site restaurant for breakfast one day and it ... Read more

Hotel was nice. A little noisy in tower 2 because of the traffic outside. The hotel is very very nice. I had a nice suite. Around the hotel is awesome. You can't beat the area. I went up to the bar on the 18th floor to watch the sun set. Very awesome.

Lots to do within walking distance - restaurants, cafe, shopping, movies. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn, Burbank. LA, in October this year. This was the penultimate hotel of what was a fabulous 16-day 'JUST YOU' tour of Arizona. Nevada and California. This vast hotel, is well located and near to many bars, restaurants and other sights. My room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The hotel itself is a nice place to hang out as the reception has many comfortable seating areas and there is a nice bar and dance area where both live and recorded music is pla... Read more
