No restaurant in hotel. No quality restaurants near by. No safe in room. Mandatory valet parking. No mini bar in room. Complimentary breakfast is not good. This is basically a holding area for airport. I will not be back.

We recently attending the filming of a TV show in West Hollywood and wanted to stay convenient to the filming venue and the airport. We selected flying into Burbank and staying at the Hampton. We were not disappointed. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport by car. It was delightfully clean, attended by friendly staff and quiet at night. I reserved a king non smoking on the top floor . I got 2 queens handicap room NOT on top floor and by the freeway . The employee at the front desk was borderline rude about it . The room as clean - but the service at this location is somewhat desirable.

The staff was extremly wonderful. House keeping was great!! My experience here was the best I will definitely visit again as well as refer this hotel to others. This was my first visit to Los Angeles in a long time.

This was a Wonderful place to stay. I have stayed nearby, have to find a parking place and haul my bag across the lot to the hotel. This Hampton has valet parking, so you just pull up, (the Valets are WONDERFUL!) and walk right in. LOVED IT!!!! Beds were so comfy, slept like a baby! THANK YOU HAMPTON!!!

Staff pleasant, courteous and professional. Room was clean as well as the bathroom. Plenty of electrical outlets to charge iPhone and computer both at the desk and bed side tables. Room faced the freeway so traffic noise was a bit disconcerting at times. Would like a larger bath mat for the bathroom floor - a bit slippery. Towels were large and plush.

Really glad we stayed here! The location was great as it was right by the freeway and easy to get everywhere. In the lobby they had iced strawberry and iced orange slices cold water to drink - very refreshing. The valet parking was the best I've ever had. Very friendly and extremely helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past year and a half and have NEVER been disappointed! The rooms are always clean, the staff are over-the-top friendly and helpful (from valet parking, to front desk, to shuttle drivers), and the breakfast is always great. Chips and salsa in afternoon and cookies at night. There are lots of choices when staying in Burbank/L.A. but we will always choose you! Stayed overnight in order to catch AM Burbank airport flight. Location is essentially down the street 1-2 miles from the airport. Parking is not plentiful, and I thought the garage ceiling low, so if you are travelling with a tall vehicle, better ask them where you would park the rig. Service was adequate.

We were greeted well with the Valet and front desk. They were very helpful and quick check-in with cookies and lemonade for drinks. The only reason I didn't give them 5 star was one because the coffeemaker didn't work at all. The other thing was they had clear curtains so it didn't keep out the light in the morning. Also they don't let you park your car you have to Valet it.

We stayed 1 night for a birthday celebration. Valet parking is free if you are a Hilton Honors guest. The hotel is very nice, we had a view of the 5 FWY but with triple We had a room with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa which was nice so we didn't need to book 2 rooms. The early check in process is great as we were able to select our room before we arrived. Breakfast was good as always at the Hampton Inn.

Been here several times. Good mid-range business or vacation hotel. Good location, only a five minute shuttle ride to/from airport and only minutes away from Universal Studios and downtown. The rooms here are clean, updated and comfortable. Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful with very good follow through on any of my requests. The front desk recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner and provided complimentary transportation. Great service, a very good experience.

The hotel is oKay for a quick stay. It's located right off the 5 fwy so very noisy. I ask for a room on the street side and the front staff told that all rooms with 2 beds were on fwy side . Not an area to walk around and no estraunts in walking distance , but downtown Burbank about 10 minute drive . Lots of places to eat and shop. The breakfast was good and nice choices . Located on a fairly busy but quiet street. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Able to accommodate reservation on short notice. A far cry from the previous hotel that was booked for the night before (ramada-which was just a couple of miles away. Had to check out from there!)

Hotel was great. Cookies in the lobby were a great treat after a long day in LA. Parking is with valet only. Heated pool was not heated but the hot tub was a little bit...if you got in the cold pool, then the hot tub felt more heated. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was very good and had lots of variety.

This is the nicest Hamptons I've stayed at. Clean, comfortable, and great service. I would have liked the option of free self-park, but considering the location that's not possible. We didn't leave the room, so I can't comment on any other amenities.

Decided to stay here base on room price and location to Universal Studios. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. The location to walk of fame on Hollywood Blvd and Universal Studios was great, 15 minutes travel time. Lots of places to eat close by. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn for our outing to the Dodger Game. We traveled as part of a large group with developmentally disabled adults. Upon our arrival, we were greeted promptly and all of our rooms and keys were ready, making check in quite a breeze! The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Quiet off the main avenue location. Never heard a noise from outside traffic. 5 minutes from the airport, numerous resturants available, chains and local locations. Valet attendants very courteous and informative. Front desk was like other Hampton Inns, I only stayed about 12 hours however I would recommend this hotel for others. The location, cleanliness, quietness and only 25 milestone LA. A hidden gem is what I will call it.

When we arrived, we were ignored by the front desk for several minutes. He was very abrupt, and not welcoming. The room is average, but the air conditioner made the room either too hot or too cold. Breakfast was okay. Late checkout was only an hour-anything more was over $100.

Staff needs to be trained to welcome people. Everyone had straight faces like they were doing favor providing services to you. Be prepared to see attitude issue when you go there. Also found valet staff promoting their own business for tours.

Came down with the grandkids for Universal Studios, have stayed at Hampton Inn's before so kinda knew what to expect very polite with Valet service and Bell service (the highlight of the stay). We recently moved our daughter to LA and were planning to stay in an Airbnb , which turned out to be unsatisfactory. We were thrilled to find this reasonably priced, clean hotel to stay in during this very hectic week. The staff were very attentive and we were very comfortable. Loved the fresh cucumber water, the breakfast and the little pool. Internet was a little spotty but free. Valet parking was free with HH but a little inconvenient! Overall highly recommended!

It's pretty much a standard Hampton Inn. I suspect it's franchise owned, just because it's not quite a uniform Hampton Inn. Because of its location there is no on-site parking whatsoever. Everything must be valet. I think if you have even the most basic Hilton honors card the valet is free. If you're not a Hilton honors member sign up before you get there and get free parking. We stayed in this hotel at the end of a weeks vacation. We found the rooms to be clean, quite, fairly well maintained, and the staff was curious and friendly. The sink in the bathroom did have a crack in it, but it worked just fine.

This hotel was better than we expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were worried about the freeway noise, but it wasn't too bad. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of hot and cold selections and they gave us plenty of time to make selections even though we were close to the closing time. We enjoyed our stay even though it was a short one!

We were very pleased with our stay. When we checked in they only had one room with a king bed for 3 adults. Our daughter opted to stay with a friend on the first night. The staff relocated us for the remainder of our stay so that our daughter could join us. They moved our luggage and we didn't have to miss any of our vacation to take care of this matter. I had not been to the area for about 20 years or longer. I stayed in the hotel since I had a class reunion. I ended up getting to spend 2 nights there and catching up with friends. The pool is way too close to the freeway so it is very loud, however the rooms you cannot hear the freeway at all so all was good.

I had a terrible experience upon my arrival with the front desk attendant that pretty much soured my entire stay. Didn't feel that management really took care of the situation. I was quite surprised as I am a loyal customer of Hilton hotels. My stay here is not the usual experience that I have with Hilton.

Hotel was nice, valet parking and breakfast staff were wonderful. Room was clean. Dryer and treadmill were not working during our stay. Breakfast was very good. Nice selection each day. Cookies every evening from 6-8. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were given.

The front desk was okay. Room service was poor. The people who cleaned the rooms didn't speak english well. I have to say that this hotel is not good at all. I think paying 270 dollars per night for this hotel is not reasonable. Breakfast was good. This hotel with this price is not recommended at all specially for luxury visitors. The rooms are small. Highway sound in not that loud (you can sleep). No safety boxes in the rooms. Beds are not comfortable.

This hotel provided us with an excellent stay and respite from our visit to Universal Studios and museums in L.A. The staff of the hotel are very courteous and helpful and friendly. The valet car service is a nice plus. Our family was happy with the experience. It is a good place for a visit to Universal Studios and the Autrey Museum.

Hotel is near the airport which was handy for part of our family. No parking except valet. Service was fine. Rooms were standard, clean, quiet even though right next to the freeway. Would use again if in the area.

This is a clean hotel with free breakfast and decent rooms. They only offer valet parking (but free for Honors members) and the view may not be appealing, but the location is convenient to Burbank Airport, Studio City, and many other attractions. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful. We've stayed here multiple times and always had a pleasant experience.

Clean rooms, easy access to other areas and restaurants , friendly staff and valet parking only ($7.50/day) worth it and easy! Very convenient and friendly. Nice Am breakfast too! Room had refrigerator and microwave too! Our room has a view of the freeway and it's not too noisy still either. No complaints definitely good few night stay without costing and arm and a leg!

Guest rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Anything you need they have. I forgot my toothbrush- they gave me a free one at the front desk. Breakfast staff is amazing. The lady remembers you. Food is good. Not just bagels.

Stayed at Hampton since this was the only place that can house 5 people in one room without having to reserve 2 rooms. Having free shuttle(airport, Burbank Town Center, Warner bros studios) and breakfast were added bonuses to staying here. I will definitely think about staying at a Hampton hotel again in the future.

The hotel itself is above average, but the staff from valet to front desk to maid service staff to breakfast staff were ALL outstanding. I consider my stay at this hotel my most pleasurable in recent memory. all the staff was just so pleasant.

My wife and I decided to stay here for Vin Scully's final Dodger weekend tribute. Our choice could not have been better. I liked it. Free breakfast daily, coin laundry. Near studios. Valet parking, but if you are a Hilton Honors member (free to sign up), the parking is free. They have an airport shuttle and a shuttle to take you to nearby restaurants. Swimming pool and office with computers and printer for your use. You can purchase snacks by front desk. Bathrooms could use a magnifying mirror. Rooms have microwaves and a mini-fridge.

I like Hampton Inn because I know there will be no bad surprises. Staff are always great. Accommodations are always comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that this location had valet parking and it was free because of my HH status. Also, I love hotels that are generous with their toiletries. I will definitely be back. Great experience.

All went well. Courteous staff, nice and clean room, nice breakfast. I have not stayed at a Hampton in years, and it was a pleasure to stay again. I liked the fact that they have early check-in with the app, and so it was used to be quick anyway went quicker!

From the moment we arrived through to our checkout, our encounters and experiences at the Hampton Inn Burbank were most enjoyable. The entire hotel was clean, well maintained and most comfortable. ALL of the staff we had occasion to deal with were most helpful and accommodating, and we would most definitely stay here again. It's a pleasure to be treated so well, and made to feel that our business is appreciated.

I had a very early flight out of BUR so I dropped my rental car off and checked-in so that I could get a decent amount of sleep. The room was quiet and impeccably clean. The staff members that I interacted with were pleasant and competent. The desk clerk who checked me in, Heather, was new, but she did a fine job. I wish I could have spent more time there.

Great stay and location. Staff is very helpful and the breakfast was yummy! The valet service was a nice added bonus. They also served cookies in the evening which was super sweet! We will definitely stay here again.

This is the most "hands-on" Hampton Inn I have visited. I haven't been in a hotel where the room service rearranged your toiletries and belongings in a long time and it frankly made me uncomfortable. The hotel also only has valet parking and, again, I don't want the valet packing and unpacking my car. I guess we are "bad valet" customers. Valet service was excellent and so worth it . They were always kind and asked how our day was at the end of our day. I think it was the good choice to stay in Hampton Inn & Suites because they serve the warm complimentary breakfast every morning. Having a breakfast with children in Hotel is much comfortable and saves time and money. It's closed from HWY, so easy access to Highway but could hear some of the traffic noise (not serious)

The employees were all very nice, but that's sort of where the positive ends :/ The complimentary breakfast was decent, but the hotel room itself was pretty outdated. Torn carpet, stains on the carpet, and I saw strands of hair on the room hair dryer :( Rooms are also located close to the freeway, so you can hear traffic at ALL times during the day/night. Despite all of the very kind staff, I wouldn't stay in this hotel in the future.

While planning a quick trip to Universal Studios Hollywood, I looked at many, many, many options for our two night stay. Easy access, clean rooms, excellent staff. You must valet park, which is not bad, however there is a charge. Since I am a rewards member they did waive the charge for parking and internet service. Overall a good place to stay near plenty of restaurants and downtown.

My family stayed here for two nights for a Universal Studios trip. The hotel is easily accessed from the freeway and easy to find. It is also close to Universal Studios, but with traffic of course, it takes some time to get there. My daughter and I stayed 2 nights, I had Ellen tickets. It's a little bit tricky getting the car in but the Valets are excellent and kind. The hotel is clean but older. Again every thing would have been good had the maids done there job. Part of staying at the hotel is getting fresh towels and having the bed made. When your gone all day and you have to call down about getting your room cleaned and then settling for fresh towels is a let down.

Spent a couple of nights with a friend who was in the area. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The beds were nice and comfy. Breakfast was also nice. Only bad things were that there is only valet parking available and even though there is a pool, it's located outside and was a little dirty and very cold. Still, I have a good stay and return without hesitation.

if you live freeway noise to top off your fresh of the plane experience, then this is the hotel for you. my recommendation is to just go and grab a cot and sit under the freeway with the homeless because the rooms here are about the same, but cost $200 a day more...

The staff at the Hampton Inn in Burbank were amazing- friendly, accommodating, and professional. My room was very clean and spacious. The valets were great, and even took me in the shuttle to a local restaurant. The coffee in the morning was good, but the hot breakfast wasn't that great.

Great place to stay while in Burbank. We have stayed here many times and will return. Central to everything. Best breakfast available in a hotel setting. Staff is friendly from front desk to cleaning ladies to breakfast staff.

I liked the hotel . every thing in it was excellent from the room to the service and the staff , the only problem I met was the noise the cleaning ladies were doing so early in the morning , it really killed my sleep , I wish if they change the rules and the cleaning starts at noon at least coz we go to a hotel not to a family's house so we could rest .

It was much more affordable than staying nearer to the park with a bonus of breakfast included in the room rate and free valet parking for Hilton honors members. Poor staffing level. No housekeeping staff in evening, so I had to go down to the front desk to get towels. Always out of hot water & black tea. Had to beg for both each day of our three day visit. Breakfast items were not restocked unless more than one person asked. Ripped furniture & shower curtain. Damaged mini refrigerator. Carpet looked like it had not been shampooed for a while. Shared all this with the front desk person and was told to take it up with the corporate office.

Check-in is by valet only probably due to the limited parking area. It can be a hassle when you want to retrieve something from your car. The room was good and the complimentary breakfast was typical of my stays at Hampton Inn. We experienced trouble plugging in one of our computers when the power went out in the room (203). It was a hassle and we never did figure out why because our computer works fine at home when plugged in. Otherwise the stay was good and the price was reasonable.

Really great hotel. Room was clean . Some noise can be heard through the walls. Great breakfast. Really like valet parking. Room always cleaned up , even when left late. Love the on -line check in and picking your room.
