Hotel was ok. Just a fair warning...if you use your debit card for the deposit it's $250 which is a bit much. And they said it will take 2 weeks ti get it back. Won't be staying here again because of that readon. Some people don't use credit cards.

Very nice hotel in the Burbank area. Rooms are spacious, bedding is super comfortable, the restaurant was very good. Parking was never an issue, staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were disappointed that swimming pool was not available as we had planned to spend an afternoon sitting and relaxing. One con: room faced the main street and even though they said you will not hear the traffic, you DEFINITELY hear the traffic.

We are currently staying at the Coast Annabelle as part of a package deal with Universal Studios tickets. We were picked up at the Burbank Airport by their courtesy van. I wish it would have been stated somewhere in our booking to arrange the pick-up in advance but wasn't, so we had to wait a bit. However, it turned out okay and they did their best to pick us up quickly. Check-in was a breeze and the hotel staff are so polite and courteous. Anna at the front desk was super helpful and so ... I don't usually write reviews but have to after the great stay at Coast Anabelle. Just a wonderful experience from checkin to checkout. The beds are insanely comfortable. The two person showers are beautiful and spacious. The staff was so friendly and helped us with all the free shuttles we needed to go places. The restaurant was great, as were all the little cafes around the area. Sat out on the balcony into the night and appreciated all that surrounded me. I'm all the way from Minnesota so I... Read more

We stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was easy and the woman working behind the front desk was so helpful. We got there a little late and she recommended a Chinese restaurant across the street. She also booked us on the free shuttle from the hotel to Universal Studios for the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the bed could have been a little more firm. This small updated hotel served our needs well. We visited the area for a long busy weekend and needed clean, comfortable spacious accommodations. They do not offer many extra amenities but we were not looking for a "destination" hotel--just one to come back to at end of a busy tiring day. Rooms were clean, spacious and enjoyed the large walk-in shower.

Very nice place to stay. Our valet driver Steve was wonderful. The personable lounge bartender also made our stay more enjoyable. Rooms were clean and the area was not noisy. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool at the Safari Inn right across the parking lot. A donut shop, McDonalds, Chinese restaurant and a CVS pharmacy are within walking distance. Although we did land up renting a car to get to other sites. I would have given an excellent rating if they offered a continental breakfast.

Very warm desk and room staff. Very helpful and kind. The food in the restaurant was okay but very overpriced and the service was just so so. Room service was great, except again, the food was way too expensive ($9 for 2 eggs and 1 strip of bacon). Room was clean, comfortable and eco friendly. Shuttle service was wonderful! Helpful and friendly driver. I would go back for sure!

Close to Universal Studios, ample parking during my stay, large clean room. Very nice hotel. We didn't take the free shuttle to Universal Studios because you have to book an exact leave/return time and that didn't work for us. A continental breakfast or limited option such as fruit would be nice. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and proximity to U.S. is why I stayed here...it's a little pricey but these made it worth it for me.

Great quaint place to stay! Our room was very clean and spaciously beautiful. The shuttle service to both Universal and WB studios was wonderful and always on time. Free parking is yet another big benefit. The only downside experienced was loud children in the next room at around midnight each night--most likely upon return from a local theme park. Being understanding of this, we were tolerant but it was sure more difficult the second night as our days were busy as well.

I reserved and cancelled the reservation within 2 hours, and the hotel did not allow me to cancel it or change it to a different day without 100% penalty. No one in the hotel business can sustain its business if this is their standard for customer service. and they should not.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my 2-year-old daughter while visiting a friend in Burbank. The hotel is small with 3 floors surrounding the lobby courtyard. There is an Olive's restaurant in the hotel that's open for breakfast/lunch/dinner and offers 24-hour room service. Pros: The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Cons: The hotel is a bit rundown and it has horrible sound proofing. If I had not brought a sound machine for my daughter, the noise would have ... Read more

This hotel was excellent. Our room was meticulously cleaned daily and was refreshing upon our return each day. Shuttle service eliminated the need for a rental car and was prompt and responsive. The attached restaurant served excellent food and was so varied there was no need to go out for any meals. Highly recommended for a vacationing family!

Being our first visit to the L.A. area, the self contained amenities that the Annabelle offered made it our choice of hotel to stay at. The hotel is located away from any city centres which helps it stay quiet and safe but also means lack of night life except for the in house bar which is lovely. The attached restaurant proved to be very handy as a few times we just couldn't be bothered finding a place to eat which meant booking a taxi then having to book another taxi home. When you factor in al... Read more

We have stayed in several different Burbank hotels in the past couple of years. The Coast Anabelle is by far our favorite. We will continue to make it our number one pick. Book ahead if you can! Pros include excellent beds and bedding, blackout curtains, spotlessly clean, and luxe bathrooms. Our room had a large glass shower with both regular and rain showerheads. It is a small family run hotel that truly cares about quality. Large mini fridge was handy. FREE PARKING AND WIFI, unusual in LA! La... Read more

I found this place when I was booking tickets for Universal Studios. I wanted somewhere reasonable since my husband and I were just needing a place to rest at. This place caught my eye, especially the fact when they provide a shuttle to and from universal Studios. That sold me. From catching the shuttle in the morning, it was a nice pleasant drive. Also, my husband and I requested the shuttle to pick us up 7:30PM from Universal Studios, by 5pm, we were drained. So I called the hotel to see... Read more

Picked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't try the restaurant, but the option of room service was nice. It was my birthday and when my friend called to ask about having a cake or dessert delivered, although they couldn't take her credit card over the phone, they delivered a complimentary brownie with a candle to my room and even sang to me. I'd stay here again!!
