"We decided to stay here because my daughter and her friend were going to attend The Halloween Haunt We checked in and the place looks really nice. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. There was a gift shop that was supossed to be opn 3:30 - 9:30 - it never opened. They close the lobby at night - so that was kind of bad because I was walking to Knotts to pick up the girls and I had to walk back near my room and go around a different way. I did like this place quite a bit and felt safe. However, we did have several small roaches in the room - so we took all trash and food outside when we were finished with it. That gave me the creeps because I don't want to bring that back home. So they probably need to step up the exterminating. Other than that, it was convenient and family friendly."

"The next time I travel back to OC I will be staying here again. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and eager to assist you with everything. They even let me check in early because the room was ready at no extra charge. We stayed there two nights in a two queen suite. As soon as I walked in the room I inspected everything. The suite was clean. We checked for bugs and found none. I wasn't feeling too well so I immediately took a nap. My mother (a very picky person) took my kids with her to walk around the place. They spent pretty much all day in the Gift Shop and the Pool. The pool was very clean. They have a decent continental breakfast ready to serve in the lobby for the guests. My family and I really enjoyed staying there. The best part is we were only about two blocks away from Knott's Berry Farm and about 10 min to Disneyland."
