"Free shuttle to Disneyland and pickup so very convenient even though it's 9miles away it beats any hotel with these accomodations. Free daily breakfast buffet, wireless internet, and friendly staff. Will stay again when heading back to Disneyland."

"This was a great hotel. Room was a little musty when we arrived, but probably because it hadn't been opened in a while. Loved the hot breakfast every day. I guess the only bad part was the pool closed early and limited parking. Make sure you get back to the resort early for a place to park."

"Exceptionally affordable hotel with ample space for our family of 6 for 4 nights! The Disneyland shuttle was great! The breakfast omelets were wonderful, as well as the rest of the buffet items - the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious - the hide a bed was not the worst in the world, but was probably due to be replaced. We would stay here again!"

"Pros:
Friendly Staff.
Great breakfast.
Excellent location.
Quick check-in/out.

Cons:
We never got the King bed we request. I actually fell off the bed a few times because we didn't want to sleep separately. They offered a drink voucher to compensate, but then switched it for a coupon at the last minute (not cool).
The carpet was musty and sticky.
The beds smelled like urine.
The sheets were itchy.
Parking was hard to find every night.
The blow dryer in the restroom and phone in the bedroom were broken and replaced upon request.

Overall:
We would probably not go back. We had alot of major problems here that we didn't want to deal with on vacation. I believe this hotel deserves a 5 out of 10. The staff's friendliness deserves a 10 out of 10. We've had pleasant experiences with Radisson in the past but this one made us reconsider."

"First of all, call the hotel to see if any groups are arriving. We stayed for 3 nights and all 3 nights, they had tour busses (that turned on their engines every hour) and many kids at the hotel from grad night. We were put in a room by the road. VERY noisy and our air conditioner never worked. The manager's reception was awful. The bar tender seemed to be too busy on his cell phone texting to take our order and if he wasn't texting. The breakfast will save you money and the food was ok. The room size was nice but the pool/hot tub was ALWAYS busy. The front desk and manager were very helpful and accomodating but I would call the hotel and make sure that there are NO big groups or busses arriving the same time you are !!"

"The experience that everyone in our group had was beyond good! Since we arrived, the staff was very friendly and accomodating which is very important when traveling with little kids. The free shuttle to Disneyland was great! the drivers where very attentive and helpful from the moment of the greetings to help us bringing the baby stroller out when we arrived. The host at the front desk where friendly and helpful. The rooms where awesome, luxurious and above all clean! it was great to have a kitchinette with refrigerator to storage cold drinks and snacks for the kids. The beds where fresh and very comfortable. I didnt get to use the pool but it sure look good. The free breakfast was very decent, you just have to arrive early if you have crowd issues. I loved it and I highly reccomend it. This is by far the best experience that I have had with a hotel."

"At first, we were a litlte worried about booking a hotel that was farther away from Disneyland; however, we were pleasantly surprised with how quiet, clean, and comfortable Radisson at Buena Park was! The king suite had a lot of room and the bed was very comfortable. The shuttle service to Disneyland was a valuable time/money saver and the breakfast buffet was decent. Overalll was a good stay and 100 times better than some of the rat holes in and around Disneyland. Would definitely recommend.

"Hotel was a great value for the time we stayed. We payed a higher amount to stay in San Diego for two nights compared to the four nights we stayed at this hotel. An improvement would be to make your units have a full kitchen. Increase number of shuttles to DisneyLand Park throughout the day especially midday."
