"Breakfast valued at $8.00? You gotta be kidding me! If the bagels and the pound cakes are $6 each then maybe... I've never bought a muffin that costed that much... nor would I. The breakfast was a joke. Definitely not $8.00 worth.
Within 5 minutes of being in the room my wife was telling me to clean my feet. The floors are filthy. The bottoms of our feet were black. I'm not too worried about dirt but that even grossed me out. Overall... not too satidfied. If the rooms were cleaner it would have been a better stay."

"If I said i was paying with a hundred dollar bill and it was a ten. Then I would be called on it. But these hotels all act like the rooms are clean, the pool is huge(picture was blown up), and the spa works and is hot. My wife asked manager if spa was hot and he said yes 100 deg. well most hotels keep the spa 102-104. but100, please.my body is 98.6 f. they always act like thats ok. and smile. the carpet does need cleaning but they only smile.and I'm tired of booking companies acting as if it's ok.too! The parking lot wasn't policed and big trucks were parking so close in compact area that I had to get in from other side.will not stay again."

"Check in was fast and accurate. Unfortunately, the maid did not check the room alarm clock. It was set an hour ahead and the alarm was set for 5:20am which ended up waking us at 4:20 in the am. I pulled back the blankets in the morning and found that there was pubic hair at the bottom of the sheets (GROSS!). Then as we were walking out to our car, we found that it had been covered in some sort of plastic like substance. We told the office and they were unaware of what it could be. We did not park under any trees. We paid for a full detailed cleaning so it would not damage the paint (45 dollars). That night we parked on the other side of the parking lot to try and prevent it from happenening again. Unfortunately, my car was covered in this substance AGAIN (another 45 dollars for a clean). My husband went into the office and the young lady said 'what do you want me to do about it? I just work here and the manager wont be in until tomorrow (2/27/2012) and I am not going to call one either'. PLUS, the people above us sounded like a stampede of elephants until 1am. I am not happy with this stay at all and will be calling a manager later today."
