This is the most exquisite hotel I have eve been in. We went to visit the hotel with the plan to have lunch. But as it is so so popular, as many celebrities hung around in this hotel, the dinning room was already at its maximum capacity of guests. For that reason, we had to go to the restaurant at by the pool, which we loved it a lot too, as we could enjoy such a lovely weather. The incredible feeling of the glamour can be breath, as everyone there looks fantastic, as if they all came out of a... Read more

Checked in for Mother's Day in LA. From check-in to check-out, this was an unparalleled experience and rivals anything I have ever enjoyed in any city I have ever visited. The staff is absolutely top notch and even first time visitors are treated as long time patrons. The furnishings are top notch but a bit dated. However, staying here is like taking a step into history

Rooms have been recently redone and are very stylish and modern. Service still remains classic. Nothing is too much to ask. Concierge can get you maps, reservations, tickets to hard to book shows, car rental, and tips on all the latest attractions. The pool is still the place to hang out and dinner in the Polo Lounge is wonderful. Last time we were there we sat next to Diane Keaton and Lisa Kudrow and at the table a few feet away was Taylor Swift. Fresh flowers and fruit come to the room o... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel many time over the years and it remains a truly five star property. The main hotel and the bungalows with the surrounding gardens and the iconic pool are a relaxing place to spend a day or two or more. Many guests do stay here for months at a time. The service is always exemplary and they are always looking to help you with any request. There is also an incredible constancy with staff that I have seen again and again over many years. We were on a trip organised to celebrate our 25th wedding aniversary. After our long trans atlantic trip we were tired and needed some 5 star pampering. We just had to stay at the Beverlyhills hotel. It is one for the bucket list... The hotel is nestled just off Sunset Boulevard and as soon as you ascend it's driveway you start to relax. If Webster's Dictionary had a word entry for The Beverly Hills Hotel it would be possibly described as followed: "A hotel of extraordinary excellence, peerless, timelessness, and exudes quality everywhere." Our stay was at the very end of a month-long visit to USA, where me and my now feonce spent 2 nights in one of the gorgeous rooms with a private garden. First of all, the staff at the Beverly Hills really were outstanding! There's always a 'hello' around every corner, and plenty of smiles. They're also accomodating for all sorts of requests and advice. Our favourite hang-out was at the Bar in the Polo Lounge. My parents and I love relaxing at the lounge after a tough day at work. Their new menu offering caters for everyone. I enjoy their pastas, baguettes, sandwiches and Scones. Service is prompt and the food is always presented well and of a high standard. They are also open to requests of items that are not on the menu.

Not a single thing was overlooked during our stay at the hotel. The icon has been maintained impeccably. Turndown service included attention to every detail in our room including organizing our electric charging cords complete with Velcro straps!! The rooms are elegant and very well appointed. Valet services customized and personal. Simply the finest hotel experience I've had in years!!

This hotel is wonderful! We have been coming here for a decade and we keep coming back. They are everything you want in a hotel: amazing customer service (they remember everything you requested from previous stays), spectacular rooms and tubs, turn down service with cookies, excellent room service, and they even make their own ice cream. Worth every penny.

It's so famous that it doesn't even need an introduction. Everything about the Pink Palace is perfection, it's all you thought it would be. And more. The staff are discreet and at the top of their game. The grounds and public rooms are beautiful. The regular rooms are perfectly fine but if you can, the bungalows are what you want. Overzealous security. Paying non celebrity guest are treated as if they are random walk ins by security. The hotel staff was amazing, the rooms were clean, the food was very good, concierge on point. No complaints about any aspects of the hotel but security! They had no finesse and was out and out rude! The hotel is known for their celebrity guest but if you exchange pleasantries with one, guest to guest you are swooped on by security. Rude!!

Just spent four days at the BHH for a quick getaway from San Diego with my wife. It was exactly as advertised--pampered elegance, with a touch of old Hollywood (and new money) thrown in. We love this hotel. Always a family favorite. Very upscale, classy, amazing service, and comfortable beds. We always do a Bunglow and bring our dogs. Comfort, service and luxury is all you could ask for as well as being a short walk from Rodeo Drive and other shops. The food was great and staff always friendly and unpretentious. Definitely our go-to hotel when in LA. A great place where you get the service needed if requested, and they pay attention to detail. A lot of food is grown on the premises and is organic; you can't get better than that! The cafe is a great little place, and slightly cheaper than the other restaurants, but you still get great service and it is a more intimate environment. The live music in the evening at the pool dining area, is a great relaxed setting also.
