The front desk staff was very helpful and gave us a quiet room facing the pool. The parking is easy and the rooms are furnished in the most practical way - nothing fancy, but all you would expect from a motel.

We have stayed at many Motel 6's all over the place. I remember when the chain began and my parents liked it long ago. The new Motel 6's are designed to all be the same and if they are well managed, they are very OK for a no frills stay. The lack of rugs on the floor is a plus as far as dirt and allergy control are concerned. This particular Motel 6 seemed poorly managed. We checked in at check-in time and they were not sure the room was ready. We waited a bit and finally it was established tha... Read more

This is the HQ for Motel 6 so it's immaculate. Very clean, fairly priced and right on the main Interstate into San Fran, not that you can hear it. Very well equipped rooms. Would surely stay again without a doubt.

Great location for the price, but that's where the pluses stop. Very transient. Supposedly was in a non smoking room, but it reeked of cigarette smoke. Cigarette burns everywhere, even the comforter on the bed was burned (they could have at least changed it). The room was filthy when I arrived, the floor had...whatever stuck to it, stove was nasty, pretty scummy even by Motel 6 standards. Cats roaming the halls. Not very well equipped and uncomfortable, lack of furniture for an extended stay roo... Read more

This is a great locatiuon just outside of San Fran. We used it as a base to explore the area. A 20 minute walk to the Cal Train station which takes you into San Fran. From there you have the Munni system of transit. We got a small suite at the Motel 6 which made meals really easy.

Only stayed one night but the place felt "off". Check in was smooth. Internet was available at additional cost. The room was quite large, but missing common sense in designing. The end table under the reading lights had no power outlets near it. The other side of the bed with no table and no lights had power outlets. The bathroom door opened in and took up all the space. You could not sit with the door open, nor get to the shower. To use anything in the bathroom you had to open the door, enter an... Read more

I was there for 2 nights. I did not expect much since, as european, we do not have good consideration for motels. But the room was spacious and very confortable. On the other side, the location is not the best if you need to stay there many days and do not have a car. Another annoying thing is that you need to pay for wifi. I did not pay so I don't know if it works well. They have a free pool.

After a long flight from Florida we drove up to what we thought was the Motel 6. A picture of a nice new building with a Big sign outside it. After walking around the building looking for the reception we realised that the older building next door was also part of the Motel. We checked in and asked why we were not in the new building, to be told that those rooms were different. The room was as basic as they come Bed, TV, Shower. The next morning it was noisy with people leaving, banging doors a... Read more

We have stayed here before without any problems. It was never luxurious but that was to be expected for the cost. However this visit was atrocious. We stayed for 6 nights and there was only one day when the room was cleaned. However this only occurred after repeated visits over multiple days to the front desk to complain. The tv remote was repaired. Not only was the room not cleaned but they ran out of clean towels. This motel appears to be poorly run/managed. Although we have stayed her... Read more

This is a very expensive area to get a decent hotel without spending $300-$500 per night. Oracle is across the street and some of the most expensive property on the Peninsula borders this hotel. That being said....how is that the health department has not paid a visit to get hotel management to clean this place up??? Building C, where we stayed was the equivalent of a ghetto. Sketchy people, drug use and smokers everywhere despite, the clear postings that this is a tobacco free establishment... Read more
