We've stayed at this hotel several times during the past four years, and it's always a pleasant, comfortable and safe night's rest. The breakfast buffet always includes healthy choices. The rooms are quiet. The beds and particularly the pillows are comfortable.

Poor services, several days with no hot water, trash found on the floor of room at checkin, had to check out if 1 room and check back in to another room during my stay. Staff hung up on me when I notified them there was no hot water. I contacted Hilton direct to file my complaint of staff hanging up on me and no hot water. The Hilton representative was informed by staff member they did hang up on me and there was no hot water. They hot water situation was corrected for several weeks.

As always, clean and comfortable. Staff are always warm, welcoming and accommodating. The desk staff helped me find a movie theater location. And asked how the movie was upon our return. I always enjoy my stays at any Hampton Inn, that's why I always stay at a Hampton Inn, and would definitely stay at this particular one.

We stayed at Hampton Inns on this trip for the first time. Hampton Inns will be our 1st hotel of choice from now on. The staff was very good and the room were above average and service was very good. Breakfast was just what we needed before we continued on our travels.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in in the entire state of California. My wife absolutely loved staying here. I would recommend this location to anyone staying the Bakersfield Area or anywhere close thereabouts.

Loved the beautiful lobby and the breakfast was great. The sausage was the only thing missing. We were given a free upgrade because our TV was not working. We will be back and hopefully use the pool. Loved our stay.

Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was amazing! Room was clean, but there was a slight musty smell when we first entered the room. Breakfast was very good (omelets, waffles, sausage, pastries, cereals, etc). Here's how great the staff is: we left a power chord in the room. Called the next day and the front desk tracked it down. We stopped by two days later on our way back through town to pick it up. If you value good service, I highly recommend this hotel.

On arrival, my room was ready and front desk person was very informative. Excellent hotel. Easy to get to and accommodations are very good. This is the first Hampton where happy hour was provided. It would be nice of all Hampton's would provide this service.

Stayed in town after visiting a friend and traveling to Dodger stadium. Easy check-in service. Room was already cooled down, an added plus. Easy freeway access to hotel. A great breakfast bar. Noticed a charging station for electrical cars. Overall a nice stay.

Nice, new hotel near the airport as well as northwest Bakersfield. Staff is cordial and although we did experience a couple of heating/cooling problems and a missed housekeeping, Maintenance re-set the thermosat and additional bathroom towels were provided very quickly.

Was a great place stay. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The fresh cookie at check in was a nice touch. Managers shout at 4 was a welcome change after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and roomy. Would recommend to any one.

We stayed at this hotel two nights. It is very close to the freeway. The room, lobby, and lounge area were immaculate. The room was large and had plenty of space to move around. The wifi was free and worked well. The staff was friendly and polite. We thought it was a very nice hotel for the price.

Hampton Inn Suites has been my absolute Go-To when travelling away from home. I appreciciate the many offerings from this establishment. Of course, some locations offer complimentary Happy Hour's with food. Oh yeah, get on board with the Hilton Honors award program. I call it the Ultimate Win-Win

I stayed at this Hampton Inn for one night and had no issues. My king room was clean and had a fridge. I did not partake of the breakfast but it looked good. The fitness room was small but adequate. Any time I spoke to an employee the interaction was positive and the person was friendly. This is a good hotel.

Hampton Inn's are always great - dependable, comfortable and a good value. Wifi was good, breakfast was nicely presented. The only complaint I would have was that breakfast foods weren't replenished very efficiently. There were plenty of choices but some of the items were allowed to run out and left that way.

This hotel is wonderful! Stayed here for 5 1/2 weeks for work and I couldn't have stayed at a better place. ALL the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were always very clean and the staff were always professional. Loved the chocolate chip cookies made fresh daily. It only cost a total of $2 to wash and dry your clothing if you needed their facility. The breakfast was great and it was always stocked!! Would stay here again!

was good stay only had problems with weekend breakfast server she wouldn't keep the area stocked and was very rude and snappy when asked to stock the area the pillows really suck they felt like bags of air that went flat when your head touched them. The afternoon beer and wine was refreshing and those servers were great and on top of the game.

I chose this hotel solely from the TripAdvisor ratings and I'm a Hilton Honors member. I'm not sure what is garnering the glowing reviews for this property. The room was large and clean. The front desk staff was attentive and pleasant. Its a fine choice and a good value, but not spectacular.

It was late when I got to the Hampton after I arrived but my luggage didn't. The guy at the front desk sympathized with me and helped me go through the the freebies...I got a comb, toothbrush, a little tube of toothpaste, razor, etc. It saved me from buyin all these things when I needed to purchase clothes for the next day. The beds are comfortable....good value for the price.

Decided to break up the drive down to San Diego and spend the night in Bakersfield. Was looking for a CLEAN, no frills, inexpensive hotel. Selected Hampton Inn based on room rate ($119 - 2 queens) & TA rating. Was not disappointed. Hotel is well maintained. Our room was very clean. They provide a Happy Hour and free breakfast, but we didn't try either. There's a Starbucks, Subway, Del Taco, Jack in the Box, Choco Tacos, & Denny's, all within walking distance to the hotel. We were pleased with our stay at this hotel in Bakersfield. The lobby is clean and the staff were pleasant. The room was a decent size, clean and bright. The beds were comfortable with multiple pillows for each guest. There were a decent number of channels on the flat panel TV and the room had a frig with freezer. The bathroom was very clean. The hotel is located not far from Highway 99. The entry to the hotel can be a little challenging to find. It does feature some covered parking but curiously not for "Diamond" HHonors Members. Nice clean pool, clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds and pillows, but equipped with low quality picture TV's that are really below Hampton Standards. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Mold in shower/tub. This should not be present when the room is supposedly cleaned after every quest. Maybe they could scrape the caulking and re-caulk. Or just use some bleach. Huge leak from shower/tub into tiled vanity area. The frame of the bathroom door actually had mold and what looked like rust climbing the frame and wall. No way housekeeping couldn't see that.

Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, sausage and eggs, fresh oatmeal and a waffle station. The gal taking care of breakfast did a great job. Fairly new hotel. Clean, bright, courteous front desk personnel. Check in was very easy and quick. Room had all the amenities we could ask for. Bed was comfortable but the pillow was not. Guess I'm spoiled with my own pillow. Plenty of hot water for showering. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast in the morning. Stayed here because I had a 6:00 am flight out. The staff was friendly and greeted me warmly upon arrival and departure. The room was modern and the bed was comfy. The night I stayed there was a free happy hour, standard finger food with free Bud Light or house wines. A nice touch. Since I was leaving so early, I was offered a breakfast bag, coffee to go, and a paper. Conveniently four blocks from the airport. All in all it was a very nice business stop.
