This Hilton Garden Inn was exactly as expected with regard to other Hilton Garden Inns. Clean room, refrigerator in the room, comfortable beds. What took this one a level up though was the staff. From the front desk to the breakfast workers, they made me feel special. Not something I get often in hotels. Good location, near a mall (though I didn't visit, but heard it was good) and restaurants (Rubios, Panera, and Starbucks close by) and grocery (trader Joes close). Would stay here again any t... So we decided let's go back to the Hilton Garden, making our reservations through Priceline.com. So 1.breakfast was clearly not included 2. Our bathroom tub flooded they had to get a plumber to come in. 3. The bathtub wall had a big hole like someone actually fell head on against the wall. I am not sure if it's because we paid the price of Priceline that they gave us the worst room in the hotel. They did allow a late check out and why not! We had to leave the room for the plumbers to fix the ... Read more

We had an enjoyable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Arcadia. It was very convenient to the Santa Anita Westfield Mall, Target, and other shops. There was even a Starbucks down the street. Unfortunately, the complimentary WiFi was inadequate. I had trouble logging in and/or it was super slow. I also wished they offered more channels on their TV.

We stayed at this Hotel for 2 days. Very nice and clean with a welcoming front dest staff. Our room was very nice. We requested a quiet room and received one. We were given a 3rd floor west facing room. No early morning sun glaring into the room, even with black out draperies, early sun is a problem if planning on sleeping in later than 6:00 a.m.

The room had a lot of space. You don't feel cramped. The staff are all very friendly. Make sure that, if purchased, you get the premium internet and breakfast coupons. Also, make sure to have the staff explain how to operate the beds. Ours was either broken or too complicated for me or my wife to figure out. Overall, a good place to stay. Very family friendly.

I normally trust Hilton, but this visit shook that trust. The room was comfortable enough, but we found small ants and a millipede type insect in the bathroom and on the comforter. The hotel management's response was lackluster at best. Didn't even offer to switch us out. Nobody was at the counter at check-out either. We waited for a few minutes, but nobody showed up to help us. Overall, these experiences resulted in a less than satisfactory stay.

Perfectly fine, clean rather sterile but no real complaints - other than, perhaps, the fact that the rooms are rather pricey and if they're going to charge big bucks, then they really ought to throw in a free breakfast. They do serve breakfast - but it's an additional fifteen dollars on top of the price of the room. And two other minor gripes: the pool's on the wrong side of the building, so it's in shade all day long; and the whole lobby of the hotel has this odd, cucumber smell. Like a cheap g... Read more

I used the small snacks and drinks section to satisfy my minor breakfast needs. The room and bathroom were a good size and both were clean and tidy. This hotel is below standard for the Hilton chain. Avoid it like the plague. The front desk staff, read person, was completely overwhelmed. Good customer service- very friendly at front desk. However, there was a musty- almost BO smell that lingered in the room & bed. The room looked clean but my nose felt different. Will consider staying elsewhere if needed to be in the area again only because of this.

Please see the pervious comment. We experienced horrible air quality and were unable to sleep. This overshadowed the friendly staff and great breakfast. I was sad that we couldn't enjoy the weekend more due to lack of sleep.

Right in the middle of Arcadia. Room is good and has sufficient space. Bath needs renovation. Bed was good. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruits, fresh omelette, good coffee, very nice staff. Parking not a problem at all.

I rarely stay at Hilton branded hotels but I'm glad I stayed here. The property was very clean with nice amenities. The pool and spa area were immaculate. But what was special was the service. Everyone I was in contact with was very pleasant. The front desk staff definitely exceeded my expectations. I tried to check-in at 930am on the very busy Breeders Cup weekend. The staff told me they were sold out the night before and nothing was available yet but would do the best they could. I also reques... Read more

Staff was great, breakfast was average compared to other Garden Inn's. location was good compared to staying in LA proper, rooms need updating but the pool and other amenities were clean and open for the guests.

Stayed here for Breeders Cup at Santa Anita. Great location. Great restaurants close by (The Derby!). Hotel staff was great! Breakfast was very good. If your going to the track stay here-I have stayed at all the others-well managed hotel.

This hotel has an excellent location close to the freeway, walking distance to Starbucks and close to a street with a variety of choices for dinner. The front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant about an issue I had. Breakfast was $14.99 and very good with customized egg making. Parking is free which helps when comparing to the hotels closer to downtown, Hollywood or beach areas that charge for parking. Room was comfortable.

We enjoy staying at this particular Hilton Garden Inn because of the friendliness and warmth of the staff, its good location with all the Huntington Ave. restaurants around the corner and its proximity to our Glendale place of business. The lobby is inviting with water and coffee and cookies available at all hours of check-in. We have always been accommodated without hassle here.

Free parking and internet, which is great value for a Hilton property. Location is good, for access to Arcadia, Alhambra, and (with a longer drive) LA. Room had a mini frig a, very functional work desk, and HD tv.

Easy access to freeway. Really good location for restaurants. We walked to a wonderful dim sum lunch at Capital Seafood, several blocks away. Pool and spa were immaculate! Very relaxing poolside morning coffee.

Booked here for a 2 week stay. The pricing was fair. The hotel is perfectly located to all Los Angeles-area freeways without being in the downtown area. The rooms were quiet, clean, and exceptionally large. The breakfast was a wonderful addition. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this area.

The hotel is in a great location, close to malls, shopping, walking and a large choice of restaurants, within walking distance. An area rich with culture and history! I enjoyed walking on the weekends and visiting the local merchants and the historic areas around the hotel.
