"My wife and I booked this hotel for two reasons: One-it was cheap; Two-it was close to Disneyland. Both of these expectations were met. Our experience at the hotel was ok, we used it to sleep, shower and grab some donuts in the morning. The front desk woman was effecient and curteous, she handled our check in at the same time as two other parties and made no mistakes. The only other member of the staff we saw was the lady putting out food for the 'Continental Breakfast', she was doing her job but we had no interactions. The breakfast itself left much to be desired; toast, cereal, donuts, juice and coffee is not my definition of continental breakfast. Fresh fruit needs to be added at a minimum. And better coffee, but we're from Seattle and a little spoiled in our coffee selections.

Our room was what we paid for, a bed to sleep on and a bathroom to. Updates are in order, but everything functioned properly. The overall cleanliness was lacking, it seemed like only a bare minimum wipe down had been done before we got there. New furniture, TV and a coat of paint would make the rooms 10 times better."

"This hotel needs updating. New doors and carpet would go along way to help. The pool area was nice, but anyone could swim not just guests. I thought it offered just a continental breakfast so not much was expected and my expectations were not exceeded. I thought the tip jar in the dining area was a little tacky. For juice, coffee, 2 cereal choices and 2 mini pastry choices. I felt fairly safe staying here but seamed like it could become an hourly rental place in short order without some attention. The location was good for going to Disney. I think I would look at other hotels in the area before staying here again. We did have a good time, but our time was not spent at the hotel. Parking is not guaranteed!"

"Horrible first impression! The rooms are dingy, dirty, and dated. It was very noisy at night and you can hear the people walking by and their conversations outside. I would NOT stay here again!

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is a block away from the Disneyland/Convention parking. I asked the Disney attendents, and they said anyone can walk into the parking area and catch the shuttle for free!"

"This place was awful. I don't know where the other people stayed that wrote the reviews saying the rooms were clean but the ones we saw weren't. After a half of a can of Lysol we couldn't get rid of the smell. The vent in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling and sounded like a jet when you went into the bathroom. The beds were doubles not queens as advertised. One of the reasons we chose this hotel. We tried to change rooms and each of the three rooms we were offered were worse than the one before. Another thing we based our decision to stay here on were the reviews on the breakfast. Forget it! Unless stale cereal, cheap bread and watered down juice, is what you call breakfast. There is no oatmeal or yogurt or fruit. And don't try to get so much as a cup of coffee after 10 AM. You are shoved out the door and it is locked."

"Get what you paid for!!
- the towels were stained with red blotches
- there was a realy big crocroach in the bathroom
- the microwave was dirty
- the room smelled musty

"The hotel could use a few upgrades. The taps in the shower were reversed. The shower stall full of hard water deposits. Water stains all over the bathroom ceiling. Rusty pipes. Safe was not working. Could hear everything from the parties outside to the crying kids next door.
Since I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, it was fine. Just a clean room to sleep in.
Breakfast was minimal but did the job. No fresh fruit. Only bread,cereal, coffee/tea. The lady that worked at the breakfast room was awesome! She made the experienc totally worth it. She was very pleasant and even drove me to the mall when she was off work. Heart of gold!!"

"The Bathroom fan worked occationallly, the cable only had about 4 channels, the lobby staff was somewhat rude. However, the housekeeping was awesome and very polite. nSince we came here to go to disneyland we didn't spend much time at the hotel. This hotel had a very reasonable price for the location. I would return here only because of the price/closeness to the Disneyland Resort. It's a place to sleep for a great price."
