We booked two 2-bedroom suites for a family reunion and Disney trip. From check in to check out the staff was friendly and helpful and even gave the little ones cookies every time we passed the front desk. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely come back the next time we come to Anaheim!

Excellent staff-really want to make sure your visit is good. Manager Eddie was always available for questions and assistance. Beds are comfortable, swimming pool has tables with umbrellas and a new gas barbecue that is available to guests. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen equipment was well stocked. Air conditioning is adequate but noisy. Cute touches in the room included swans made out of bath towels. Breakfast is the standard Townplace suites but very limited seating. Would recommend addit... Overall this two building property is kept up very nicely. There is free parking. And free breakfast. The property is a little on the older side. But it's kept up well and maintained nicely. The rooms were comfy, the mattress was alright. Could have been better. And the rooms were spacious and clean. My room had a connecting door, not sure if all of the rooms are like that. But it's not sealed very well and I could hear next door quite clearly. Also the rooms towards the back of the hotel build... Read more

The Marriott TownePlace Suites is right across the street from Disneyland... Just a hop and skip to the happiest place on earth. The front desk clerk named Heather was so friendly and upgraded us to a themed room on the 8th floor so we could see the fireworks at night and my grandson could enjoy Captain Jack Sparrow pictures all over the wall. Every time we came and left from the hotel we were greeted by a friendly Marriott staff employee. Pizza Hut and an arcade on the third floor were so conve... Read more

Price was right, room clean, roomy and had everything you need. Walking distance to Angel Stadium and restaurant Free wi fi, parking and breakfast. Was Greeted with chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was looking at another hotel down the road, was more expensive and charged $10.00 for parking. So glad I decided on this hotel and I would definitely come back.

A staff as accommodating as this is a rare find. I had some trouble locating a cart as we were staying in for several days. So I stuck my head in the closest office to where the carts should be, interrupting Carol, although she didn't act like it was an interruption at all. She looked herself then enlisted the help of others and a cart was found for me quickly. Fully loaded I was pulling the cart from my car into the hotel and Greg came to my side, He took over the cart and escorted me all t... Read more

Was there recently on a college tour visit for my son. Not high expectations for the facility as it was a quick stay and really did not expect much in terms of the hotel. What stood out was the fantastic service by all we encountered at the hotel. From the front desk to the maid service and the on-duty manager. All were very helpful and courteous. The room they gave us was huge (an upgrade due to Platinum status) - it was a 2 bedroom which really helped as a family of four.

This is a nice place few minutes away from the Disneyland park. I like this location as it is in the middle of all happening places in Anaheim. The suites are good, little under equipped in their fully equipped kitchen as they promote. However, extra utensils were easily arranged with the front desk. Friendly people. Visiting Disneyland this place is ok. Since you only come to sleep so you don't really care for the hotel and its amenities.

The customer service my wife and I experienced was the best we've ever had. When the local ART shuttle failed to arrive on time to take us to Disneyland, the manager, Carol, took us personally to Disneyland in her car. Brittany, another staff member left a basket of goodies in our room as an apology for the inconvenience, and it wasn't even their fault that the shuttle didn't arrive. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend them more highly! We'll definitely be back at To... Read more

You still have to drive to Disneyland from this hotel but it's really close. We had two bedrooms and a one bathroom room. The rooms had a fridge stove coffee maker microwave dishwasher and dishes. It's a great place to stay long term and want to save money on food.

I would say it helps to be a member of Marriott program (free to join); our bathroom was very small but the bed & all other was very good. Great night rest. The staff and all other were very nice and helpful in making your stay worth it.

Nice place to stay. Close enough Vidcon that I bought shuttle passes for kids so they can go to event without me driving. Staff very helpful told a place to eat and was good. Breakfast normal for a Marriott but it was included with price of room. Most people took their breakfast back to room. Not plenty places to sit and eat but during our stay we were always able to find table to eat. Oatmeal was better than o th her places and I also liked that they kept the coffee on the whole day. Great location for going to an Angels game. Five-minute walk to the stadium, and a little longer to Stub Hub to pick up our tickets. Hotel itself is clean, standard rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm surprised this is a Marriott property!!! It's old...needs a remodel, a/c made strange noises all night, small rooms, very cheap furnishings, & sofa pull out beds are very uncomfortable. Definitely would not stay here again. On a positive's inexpensive, rooms have a kitchen, & a short walk to Angel Stadium

We had been in the area for a convention and rather than fight the Friday afternoon LA traffic we decided to spend another night and take in an Angels' game. We found this place on the web and it turned out to be ideal. It was easy to get to and although it doesn't have a restaurant there is a Denny's right across the street, and other choices within walking distance. It is also within walking distance to Angels' Stadium and the lady at check in gave us good directions on how to cut through t... Read more

After traveling all day from Florida we arrived 4 hours earlier than check in. Telling the staff we were exhausted they had our room cleaned and we were able to take a nap before going to an Angels game, which by the way is within walking distance. Great Staff !

When we checked in I asked the lady do you sell Disney tickets. She said no we don't you have to get them from other businesses in the area. I thought this comment was odd because they have a computer to buy them in the lobby and have posted about them all over. The sleep and room was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. We asked if there was a shuttle to Disney and they told us yes, and told us that it would cost for our family around $16 for a round trip. We asked if we had to buy tickets... Read more

Great place nice pool, lovely guest service. Everything we asked they did for us. The pool is very good and we can make barbecues while staying there, and they borrow the seasonings. We have to deal with late deliveries from Amazon and they helped us. Surely I will stay again!

We stayed for seven days and six nights, which gave us an extended experience of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and always had answers to any questions we had. As a family we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, and it was great! The beds were comfy, and our room would be cleaned before we got back from our trips during the day. The hotel has a shuttle that runs to Disneyland for only small fee, and there are no lack of fast food or restaurants nearby. The elevator was a bit small, and the... Read more

Been to many Resident Inns and this place is similar but not quite the same as it's showing it's age. The studio I was in had a kitchen so the room setup is similar to a Resident Inn. Checkin was fine but forget the Marriott nonsense about just pick up your key if you checkin with their app. No key till they swipe your credit card. No mention of platinum status which we are. Room looks fine but heavily scented which maybe due to previous pets in the room. Hallways are dreary especially the sec... Read more

We checked in at 2am to a ground floor room. When we opened the door the room smelled a little musty, but once we turned on the A/C the smell seemed to dissipate. The rooms are simple and functional with nice little kitchens. Handy for anyone staying long term with a stove, oven, microwave, and large fridge. The bed was a queen and very comfortable and the room had a sofa bed too. The washrooms had great water pressure and very hot water even during a sold out weekend. Overall the rooms are a li... my wife and I wanted a room close to the City National Grove of Anaheim for a brew and music festival. We were very impressed with the room and location of the hotel. It is walking distance to the Grove and to Anaheim Stadium with many different types of food places around. The room we stayed in had a full refrigerator and kitchen. If you are staying for a few days to see Disneyland or any of the other attractions in the area it is centrally located, clean and has a decent breakfast. Overall ver... Read more

This hotel is really starting to show it's age, and should probably undergo some serious renovations if they want to keep their Marriott flag. When I checked in I was greeted with a smile and recognized for my Marriott Rewards status. I was also given the option to spin a wheel for a "free prize". Initially I landed on a free beverage. The gal at the desk said "You don't want that, spin again". On the next spin I won 3,000 bonus points, so that was nice! Unfortunately this is where the pos... Read more

We stayed here last minute because the hotel we normally stay at was booked because of a convention. We thought the price was good and it wasn't too far so we tried it. We wouldn't recommend it if you are going to Disney. They did have a shuttle that would take you to Disney but it was NOT reliable. The front desk gave us a schedule that was not accurate. Finally after waiting for an hour for the shuttle showed up. We asked the driver about the times and he said the times the desk had were ... Read more
