The hotel was clean. We had the king suite for 7 people. Breakfast was great and the appetizers offered in the evenings were tasty. We were going to Disneyland. We were able to pick up a shuttle right next to the hotel (this wasn't included in the hotel package but was reasonably priced). The kids swam in the heated pool every night. Towels were provided and plenty of patio chairs and loungers. We felt like you got a lot for the money.

We just got back from staying here again. We've stayed here a handful of times. We like the place but there were a few flaws that wasn't addressed. Things we love are pool, BBQ grilles, breakfast area and big rooms. This time our room had some issues. Towels were old. The bathroom drain was clogged. I told the front desk on our way out but it wasn't taken care of. We also called about the sheets needed to be changed as one was stained and the blanket for the sofe sleeper was really worn ou... Stayed here four nights in the two bedroom suite. Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. Newly renovated interiors. Clean, comfortable, with great amenities, including outdoor heated pool and hot tub plus free hot breakfast every morning. Some weeknights they offer a basic free hot dinner, as well. Great for those trying to save on eating out! Staff was accommodating with room change, adding a crib, and helpful with directions to local stores. Free parking. We rented a car and ... Read more

Positives: Kitchen, evening snacks, free wine and beer, nice staff Negatives: Poor maintenance. Half of the things do not work. They recently went into 6 months of renovation. However, nothing much changed. Fitness center looks like, any machine can fall of any moment. Bathrooms are dirty and unmaintained. Room service is not that great. Visited based on the many positive reviews. Very, very small rooms based on the suites that we are used to. Room condition was a slight upgrade from a motel and the towels and bedding were very dingy. Furniture could use some upholstering and the rooms could really use some airing out and vent/duct cleaning. The lobby and pool area were very nice however and we really enjoyed the breakfast and evening reception where everyone got together and socialized which made it feel like a B&B. It would b... Let's face it. When you are in this part of the world, it's generally all Disneyland. So your accommodation really is just a means to an end. You need breakfast in the morning to fuel up for a big day out, then a way to get to and from the theme park (regular bus that comes about every half hour and then takes about 15 minutes to get to the Park entry) and then a comfortable bed when you return. And this is what you get at Staybridge. Spacious rooms, a nice pool and spa to ease the tired fee... Read more

The is a very good hotels for families visiting California. The location is right between Disneyland and Angels stadium. Right by the freeway so you can be ANYWHERE in the L A area in an hour. Good pool for the kids and breakfast is definitely a money savor. Our family recently stayed here for four nights while visiting Disney. On balance, I cannot recommend it despite the generally good reviews from others. I was hoping for much better but left disappointed. Here are some thoughts that I think management should pay attention to: 1. The general state of the place is tired. It's dark, old, or in disrepair in many areas both in the room and in common spaces. For example, the elevators are dirty and damaged inside. It's the sort of thing that le... Read more

This is a pretty busy hotel as it is very near Disney. As such it has a high turnover of people. That said the girls on the front desk were great. Also the hotel really tries hard to keep people onside - "social nights" with free food and beer a great idea. Breakfast is busy. Rooms are fine for purpose. A minor grumble as a driver is that it's one way on S Manchester so popping out requires a longer trip out and usually quick trip back. I'd go back.

This hotel was the perfect distance from Disney- with a $5/day bus connection to Disney. This keeps you from having to pay to park and drops you off right at the park entrance. The hotel offers free breakfast- but doesn't have enough seating for all of the patrons who are eating. This all suite hotel is such a nice alternative to staying at Disneyland resort. The kitchen is a God sent. The breakfast buffet is all you could ask for. Very good. Social hour is fun and the food and drinks could be considered your evening meal. It's our favorite place to stay when we travel to Disneyland.

This is my first time here and I would definitely come back. There were some minor issues but Jimmy and Leigha did their best to make them right. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice but I am not a fan of the wall unit cooling system in the studios which is especially odd given that the other rooms have central air. Housekeeping is erratic but in spite of that the facility is clean and well maintained. The business center computers kept crashing and were very slow whe... Read more

Staybridge has consistently been my go to hotel when traveling with my family. Their rooms are large and offer plenty of space for the entire family including the dog. As always, a good breakfast spread and clean accommodations. This location is a little more worn and receives a significant amount of traffic due to Disneyland being 3-5 miles away but overall we were satisfied with our stay and visit to Disney.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in was super easy and Leigha was very attentive! Room was clean and spacious. We were worried about noise so close to the freeway but we really didn't notice any noise. Breakfast was good with lots of table space so you could still find a table when it was busy. Short distance to Disney and you can buy your ART tickets at the desk as well as Disney tickets. We would stay here again!

I booked 2 one bedroom suites with double beds at this hotel and my family loved it. It is about a 5 minute drive to Disneyland. They served free drinks/snacks one night and free breakfast buffet in the mornings. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice and spacious. Everything looked brand new. We would come back to this hotel again.

My family just stayed at the Staybridge for 10 days for our disneyland holiday. Its a great hotel that provides great value for money. The bus stop is just outside to get to disney or sandiego zoo or universal and the Customer Service was great. I also highly recommend Burger Theory next door.

I usually do a lot of researching before booking a hotel. This one did not disappoint! We were 6 adults and 2 small children, therefore I booked a 2 bedroom//2 bathroom suite. The suite was big enough, with a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. We ate breakfast there every day.(for 8 days) True, by the end of the week, the breakfast was a bit tiresome, but hey, it saved us a lot of money by being included in the price. Parking was free, the pool was great, and the D/L shuttle came right nex... Read more

Our family booked the two bedroom suite for our stay at Disneyland. Let me say the reviews I read didn't do this hotel justice. It is super nice. The staff was Uber friendly and the suite was spacious enough that 5 adults and a toddler didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. The pool area is spacious and the hotub was located away from the pool, so it allowed for adult conversation away from the noise of kids playing in the pool. There is two BBQ grills if you want to cook out an... Read more

So why is it great ? 1. Location is near the freeways, but you cant hear the cars. 2. Rooms - Clean we arrived early our room not read, but we arrived at 11:00 am so thats fine. They called us at 2:00 when it was ready, they held our bags and checked us in. 3. Not all Disney- it was nice warm colors for hotel inside, walk in to building and fireplace with large open meeting area, rest, visit with others for meetings. Big area. Trees cover and hid your surrounding areas. 4. Breakfast was abov... Read more
