This hotel is a no-thrills hotel. There was no bellman and the valet was unwilling to get out of his chair to help unload baggage I was struggling with with a 4 year old in tow. The bell carts have no hooks for bags. The staff was friendly. When it got to the room there were several things that the room was better suited for older children and not toddlers. Usually there is a chain link deadbolt on hotel doors out of reaching distance. The door had a funky little tab you pulled towards you for a... Read more

This was a very pleasant experienced. It is a nice 15 to 20 minute walk to Disney. The hotel in general and room were very well maintained. The room was a suite of course and it had a great layout with the bath in the middle so you would have some privacy from the kids on the other side. It was a great value for the price too. We are pass holders and go to Disneyland every couple of months and this is probably my new favorite hotel. It is newer, and the room we had included two queen size beds, two bunk beds, a couch, and a nice sized bathroom so the kids felt like they had their own area. This was the perfect size and arrangement for us as I was traveling with my son, and my sister and her son. A "normal" hotel room would have been a bit crowded. The breakfast was also nice, and there was plenty of seating. The ... Read more

Last time I stayed at a hotel for Disney, I stayed at the Hilton Convention Center (I'm not into the idea of paying $500 a night for a Disney property). It was just "ok" so this round, I was determined to try somewhere different, preferably a Marriott. I gave this place a try and I'm SO glad I did! For those of you familiar with Springhills, it's a Springhill... just newer, better located and more convenient than most! We arrived at 11am and I checked in at the front desk, just to drop our ba... Read more

Flew down to see our daughter graduate with her masters from CSFI and catch a couple Disney days. This a nice place 1.1 miles from Disneyland and also has an ART stop. Has an extremely busy/crowded breakfast. Watch Disney's hours. Our room was not ready, so they put us in a room DQ with bunks. Firm mattresses a Harbor room , clean and tidy, that was only half the time, even though I notified the front desk. Out of 4 days , we had housekeeping 2. I do expect better. Staff we very cordial. Rates really vary - we paid a different rate every night. Kind of frustrating. Everything was really nice. Enjoyable. Only biggest issue was that the breakfast doesn't begin early - this hotel caters to people attending the park. Breakfast should begin at 6 am or earlier!

The only thing I can really complain about is breakfast. I have never ever in my whole life of travels ever eaten off plastic plates, forks, knifes and spoons. We have travelled the world and this to me was so degrading. Is this what all Hotels in Anaheim has to offer I will defiantly be asking before booking if I was ever to return.

First, this hotel wasn't all horrible. The valet service was great. It costs the same as self-parking, and they get your car rather quickly. The front desk staff were also great at check in. However, it ended there. The biggest problem with this place is probably the housekeeping staff. On one occasion, they took the towels we left on the floor and just hung them up, rather than replacing them. On another occasion, we returned from Disneyland rather late only to find that the door to our room wa... Read more

I was excited to stay here for Vidcon this year but it's been not so great for the money. They have construction crews right outside my window, which is now taped up and you can't look outside. Instead, I requested a room change and when I went down to the front desk to get my new key, I was told security would be escorting me back to my original room, since I would now be locked out. I have been a gold elite Marriott member for several years and have stayed at this particular property to the tune of $1000's in multiple visits. The front desk staff is great and have been very accommodating. However, my stay in May was ruined when $200 in cash was stolen out of my room (in my wallet that was hidden inside the dresser).
