Overall I am satisfy with services provided by the hotel. I do recommend that at this stage of technology development, internet services should be free of charge. I was surprise to be billed for an sporadic use.

Very helpful and friendly staff Very convenient location Restaurant was ok, staff was friendly, the food was good. The guest services was excellent help with local activities other than Disneyland. Helped with car rental and return, and some great suggestions on where to go.

hotel was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to the club section during check in and it was perfect. The club lounge was great for a light breakfast. Close to Disneyland we walked everyday which made it great to be able to walk back to the hotel for a swim in the pool in the afternoon and with a pool side bar it made it hard to leave. Only down fall is with the construction next door it made our room very dusty. All three of us had allergy issues. The room was clea... Read more

We travel a lot and this has to be one of our new favorite hotels. We loved our stay at the Sheraton. From check-in with Mike to checkout, again with Mike, :) --it was an awesome stay. We felt welcomed and the staff was friendly, yet professional. We had several encounters with hotel staff during our stay and everyone represented the hotel in a positive way. Our room was quiet and VERY clean (they must seriously have the best housekeeping staff). The room included bottled water, robes for our us... Read more

We were very impressed with the quality of service right from the minute valet opened our door, to the front desk staff, bartender and even grocery store clerk. Rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. From eha we saw, the Sheraton was the classiest Hotel and most convient, if you are heading to Disneyland. We will be back for sure!!

The hotel staff were lovely people though the inadequate explanation of their "Sheraton member". Points scheme was lacking in detail. This upset us because we thought that paying $30 automatically gave us all the benefits (free continental breakfast) applying to it for the duration of our stay. In fact it only gave this for one day. When checking out we were given a bill for over $70 when taxes were added. After complaining we were told that $30 would be recredited. We still await this refund t... Read more

We had a fantastic time at the Sheraton Park Hotel in Anaheim. The pool and hot tub were spots to make new friends for all from Grandma to Dad to little Granddaughter who made a BFF! The service in the Cafe restaurant was absolutely outstanding, and the room was very comfortable, clean and we had a great view of the fireworks every night! We stayed two days/nights and plan to come again real soon.

Came for the Drug Court Conference and the visit was great and everything that was promised was delivered. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Mike at customer service was especially helful and gave comps that made me feel special, even though I'm not. I would definately stay here again.

We can't think of too many faults. But when we arrived and got our room cards etc, we weren't told we were in a separate building. It's easy to assume things when you work there. We were actually on floor 10 of the other building or other part of the building. We just had to find out where to go! It was a great room and could see the fireworks at Disneyland.

We stayed here for 8 nights. It was an ideal base for Disneyland either to walk to or by ARTIC bus. The pool was good and the food from the cafe and shop was of reasonable quality. The hotel is starting to show its age and could with an upgrade soon. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Very good hotel, close to Disney short walk, do not get taxi ride they have to follow one way system and you could have walked it quicker. They also do a flat $40 dollar fee from hotel to John Wayne airport nice vehicles not yellow cabs. Food at the bar was very good. And staff very friendly. I would recommend hotel very highly to friends and family. The only negative point was the pool was very cold.

Hotel granted us early check in which was the best help for those early flights. The room was clean and had subtle touches of Disney which is preferred for an adult Disney trip. We had a view of the pool that looked "okay" but didn't seem to entice me to use it at all. Seemed fair for the price though, a few palm trees, etc... The hotels outside design allows for each room to either have a balcony or a "fake balcony" which only fit one standing person on it and we got stuck with that one :( Some... Read more

Hotel is one of a number in the vicinity of The Disney complex - about a 15 minute walk away., Room was clean and decent sized. Small fridge, TV with poor selection of channels. Hotel restaurant was decent Ironically, given the location close to one of the busiest tourist attractions in the world, very few eateries ( other than the ubiquitous Dennys and across the road from an IHop) Expensive shop and cafe in the hotel, nice, but expensive bar area in the hotel.

The hotel is situated close to Disneyland and is a short 10 minute walk. Food can be better particularly for vegetarians! We had booked a club room - higher floor and club breakfast which was reasonable. The parking is convenient @ ~ $21/day. Higher floors get a good view of the fireworks show at Disney from the hotel itself.

Everything in the hotel room is dated. Front desk staff is OK, but didn't even mention check-out time or any hotel amenities when I checked in. The most slow wifi I ever had in any hotel. General error messages shown in wifi login page and on site customer services just gave me a number to waste me my vacation time to work with technical support to workaround your wifi problems. All of my family members couldn't believe this is a Sheraton property. Although I am a SPG gold member, I will choo... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting Disneyland and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hotel room was clean, tidy and featured two big beds, a fridge, seating area, balcony, safe and coffee machine with starbucks coffee. You also get a free bottle of water for the room each morning which I thought was a nice touch. Also, as we booked through Virgin we had free wifi and free parking. The hotel was clean and nice, for the price I expected the rooms to be a little more modern, but they were nice, that being said the staff was so professional and courtesy and down right nice, the pool was great and the pool side bar was so convenient, so I would defiantly stay again and recommend to others

We have stayed here over 15 times now over the past 5 years, and the best feature is the long-term staff and team, Ritz Carlton style, ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen. Especially the F&B & Club Concierge teams - Sandra, Naz, Daniel, Sal, Tomey, etc. We love the park view rooms, of course, and the new hotel provided pool toys and noodles were a big hit!

Decent property, but it is beginning to get a bit tired. Our rooms headboard had a huge tear in the fabric, and the rooms were small. The staff also was not too attentive, as we are Sheraton Reward members, and never got the free water that was advertised. Also the wifi at the hotel did not work well (at least not on the second floor). Parking could be tricky as well, as the lot is huge. Overall, I'd give the place another shot, but they really should spruce some things up.

Great location. Very quick check-in. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy access to parking lot and elevators. Ate at the restaurant there and was pleased with the food and service. Stayed here 2 nights, and slept comfortably both nights. Clean room and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the 3 of us staying in there. They allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated after our 14 hour flight. We also enjoyed the little balcony from which we could view the Disneyland fireworks each night. The hotel was close proximity to Disney - 5 mins walk - and also to plenty of touristy fast food joints if you're into that... I stayed just last week but have stayed at this hotel several times in the last year. As always, the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed is a bonus. Room was clean and comfortable. It was only me so plenty of space in a King size room. The King room has a juliet balcony but a room with two queens has a larger one with chairs. Unfortunately the two queen room is slightly smaller due to that but its give and take I suppose. Great view of the pool but there is a lovely view of California Adventure on ... Read more

The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we did have some frustrations. We paid an extra fee to be on Club Level so that we would have wifi. I needed it for online courses I was taking. The wifi did not work. I went to the front desk about this situation. They said the lobby wifi works better, and suggested I work in the lobby. They would not refund the money I had spent to get the room wifi. We also had to return to the front desk three times... Read more

In short here are the highlights: Walking distance to Disneyland, it is about a 12 minute walk to Disney and that is not bad at all. I went running and it took me 6 minutes. Great facilities like the pool and fitness center which my wife and son used quite often. Also I would say definitely go for the club level as you can have club access, which meant from 6am to 10am there was a light breakfast served and throughout the day the club was open for snacks and drinks. First I want to say we had a great stay here. We stayed 5 nights in June 2016. The room was large and very clean and quiet. We had a small mini-fridge in the room which didn't work the greatest. It just didn't get very cold. We just used ice when we wanted a cold drink. The wifi was a little sketchy but hey, we were on vacation, didn't really need wifi. Pros: Proximity to Disneyland (you can walk, or walk over to the Toy Story lot and take a shuttle....I found walking directly there was just fine and not too far). Could see the DL fireworks, even from the 4th floor. The pool was pretty nice as well. Lots of lounge chairs and a bar outside. Parking was convenient ($16 self park, pretty reasonable rate).
