hotel was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to the club section during check in and it was perfect. The club lounge was great for a light breakfast. Close to Disneyland we walked everyday which made it great to be able to walk back to the hotel for a swim in the pool in the afternoon and with a pool side bar it made it hard to leave. Only down fall is with the construction next door it made our room very dusty. All three of us had allergy issues. The room was clea... Read more

We travel a lot and this has to be one of our new favorite hotels. We loved our stay at the Sheraton. From check-in with Mike to checkout, again with Mike, :) --it was an awesome stay. We felt welcomed and the staff was friendly, yet professional. We had several encounters with hotel staff during our stay and everyone represented the hotel in a positive way. Our room was quiet and VERY clean (they must seriously have the best housekeeping staff). The room included bottled water, robes for our us... Read more

We were very impressed with the quality of service right from the minute valet opened our door, to the front desk staff, bartender and even grocery store clerk. Rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. From eha we saw, the Sheraton was the classiest Hotel and most convient, if you are heading to Disneyland. We will be back for sure!!

The hotel staff were lovely people though the inadequate explanation of their "Sheraton member". Points scheme was lacking in detail. This upset us because we thought that paying $30 automatically gave us all the benefits (free continental breakfast) applying to it for the duration of our stay. In fact it only gave this for one day. When checking out we were given a bill for over $70 when taxes were added. After complaining we were told that $30 would be recredited. We had a fantastic time at the Sheraton Park Hotel in Anaheim. The pool and hot tub were spots to make new friends for all from Grandma to Dad to little Granddaughter who made a BFF! The service in the Cafe restaurant was absolutely outstanding, and the room was very comfortable, clean and we had a great view of the fireworks every night! We stayed two days/nights and plan to come again real soon.

We can't think of too many faults. But when we arrived and got our room cards etc, we weren't told we were in a separate building. It's easy to assume things when you work there. We were actually on floor 10 of the other building or other part of the building. We just had to find out where to go! It was a great room and could see the fireworks at Disneyland.

We stayed here for 8 nights. It was an ideal base for Disneyland either to walk to or by ARTIC bus. The pool was good and the food from the cafe and shop was of reasonable quality. The hotel is starting to show its age and could with an upgrade soon. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Very good hotel, close to Disney short walk, do not get taxi ride they have to follow one way system and you could have walked it quicker. They also do a flat $40 dollar fee from hotel to John Wayne airport nice vehicles not yellow cabs. Food at the bar was very good. And staff very friendly. I would recommend hotel very highly to friends and family. The only negative point was the pool was very cold.

Hotel granted us early check in which was the best help for those early flights. The room was clean and had subtle touches of Disney which is preferred for an adult Disney trip. We had a view of the pool that looked "okay" but didn't seem to entice me to use it at all. Seemed fair for the price though, a few palm trees, etc... The hotels outside design allows for each room to either have a balcony or a "fake balcony" which only fit one standing person on it and we got stuck with that one :( Some... Read more

Hotel is one of a number in the vicinity of The Disney complex - about a 15 minute walk away., Room was clean and decent sized. Small fridge, TV with poor selection of channels. Hotel restaurant was decent Ironically, given the location close to one of the busiest tourist attractions in the world, very few eateries ( other than the ubiquitous Dennys and across the road from an IHop) Expensive shop and cafe in the hotel, nice, but expensive bar area in the hotel.

The hotel is situated close to Disneyland and is a short 10 minute walk. Food can be better particularly for vegetarians! We had booked a club room - higher floor and club breakfast which was reasonable. The parking is convenient @ ~ $21/day. Higher floors get a good view of the fireworks show at Disney from the hotel itself.

Everything in the hotel room is dated. Front desk staff is OK, but didn't even mention check-out time or any hotel amenities when I checked in. The most slow wifi I ever had in any hotel. We have stayed here over 15 times now over the past 5 years, and the best feature is the long-term staff and team, Ritz Carlton style, ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen. Especially the F&B & Club Concierge teams - Sandra, Naz, Daniel, Sal, Tomey, etc. We love the park view rooms, of course, and the new hotel provided pool toys and noodles were a big hit!

Decent property, but it is beginning to get a bit tired. Our rooms headboard had a huge tear in the fabric, and the rooms were small. The staff also was not too attentive, as we are Sheraton Reward members, and never got the free water that was advertised. Also the wifi at the hotel did not work well (at least not on the second floor). Parking could be tricky as well, as the lot is huge. Overall, I'd give the place another shot, but they really should spruce some things up.

This was a perfect location for an easy walk to/from Disneyland two days in a row. The service was great -- from receiving/storing our rental stroller to getting us a crib for our 1 year old. We booked our last night through TripAdvisor (my sister booked the others) and somehow that got us free WiFi -- which was nice. The room was clean and well appointed. Nothing fancy, but adequate for what we paid and the location. We did have some construction noise on our first morning, but I think I ... Read more

Having spent 3 days in luxury in Palm Springs at the Palmer Palm Springs at $175 a night in checked into the Sheraton in Anaheim, also part of the SPG group. I was meant to be on the Exec floor but they didn't seem interested in my complaint. Wifi was meant to be free as part of a delegate rate, but was charged $9.99 a day for a service that hardly worked. The cost of the room - totally average with a view over a carp park and neighbouring Hilton cost $275 a night 'plus tax' as the check in cler... Read more

If you're going to something at the Convention Center, the location could not be much better. It's about a five minute walk. The hotel itself is dated. The lobby and rooms feel as though they have not been updated for at least twenty years. But everything is clean and in good order. I found the bed comfortable, the Internet speed reasonable (but not fast), the in-room coffee good, and the staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. The gym has some free weights but it's extremely smal... Read more

I was attending a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center and as a SPG Platinum member wanted to take advantage of this hotel's proximity to the convention center. While the hotel staff tried very hard to accommodate, the hotel itself is just a step below what one would expect for a Sheraton property. In addition, at more than $200 it did not feel like a good value. I have to say that the rooms themselves were very nice, but there were a few small problems. On one night neither the WIFI ... Travelled with my mom and two teenaged daughters. Had regular room with club access. Room was basic but newly renovated. Small bathroom area which was crowded in morning with 4 girls trying to use the small space for hair/ makeup. Room renovations were nice. Only complaint was tub should have been replaced lots of chips. Loved the club access. We used for breakfast, drinks and for the happy hour. Pool area was great. Small pool but bar service and food at pool was fabulous. Kids... Read more

This hotel is one of my favorites! It is close to the park and has a nice resort style feel. The pool has a bar. The rooms are updated. Not overly large room but a two queen bed is only really enough for two. The park view balcony room is a nice perk. We paid about $200 per night ( with AAA discount) and as SPG rewards members we asked for the free parking we saw online after booking and they gave it to us upon check in. We will more than likely stay at this hotel again, especially if we can sco... Read more

I believe that I was discriminated against, very possibly due to getting the room on Priceline. Though I reserved a regular room ahead of time, when I arrived they said the hotel was pretty much sold out. The front desk agent told me that that my only choices were either: 1. A queen room next to the elevator where it was "really really loud", or 2. A king room. I chose the king room, in spite of having to share it with my son, because I needed sleep. However, the representative neglected to tell... Read more

With only a 5 minute walk down Disney way to the Disneyland Resort it was affordable, comfortable & accessible. WIFI was an issue with it not working the majority of the time we were there & considering the parks did not offer wifi this became an issue for communication back home. It was free self parking with plenty of space to choose from.

Stayed here for eleven nights with my family. We upgraded to club which was a great deal for a family of four as it included breakfast, daytime snacks and evening hors d'oeuvres, bottles of water in the room and wifi. The gym and pool were excellent. The hotel is very well located for Disneyland (8 min walk), lots of restaurants and a very handy convenience store. Unfortunately the parking was a complete rip-off at an additional 16 USD per day and the wifi was irritatingly intermittent and g... Read more

We stopped here for 4 nights while visiting lots of LA area attractions like Warner Bros, Disneyland, Universal etc. It's a good base as it's not too far away from most places but is really close to Disney (over the road and walkable) and lots of restaurants and shops. Check in was easy as we arrived in the evening, and the hotel appearance was clean and tidy, quite large reception area and plenty of parking (at a daily charge of $16). You really don't need to waste more than that on valet as ... Read more

I stayed at The Sheraton Park Anaheim recently. Ten years ago this hotel was called The Coast Anaheim. Sheraton updated things nicely over the years. Pool is the same as it was...nice BIG "L" shape! It's a great pool and pool area with bar and hot tub. Hotel has 2 sides. Worth extra $ to stay on Disney side. Better view of city plus nightly Disneyland fireworks that can be seen from your balcony. Some balconies are narrow, some have room for chairs/table. If you have a preference, ask for it. Hi... We stayed herein Aug 16 and paid for the Disney facing room and we got 10th floor, fab. For my job I get to stay in at least 2 hotels a week, so I've seen my fair share of the good, the bad and the ugly. This hotel is good. In my opinion the room we stayed in needs to be modernised (Unable to speak for other rooms on other floors). I would expect something a little more contemporary rather than chintzy. About what you'd expect for a Sheraton. Rooms are decorated in the standard way (though with some nice vintage photos of Disneyland and Anaheim). Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and quiet. My one complaint would be the bathroom, which seemed small, and should be updated. When I arrived, the shower head was all encrusted with gunk. I called down to the front desk and they came and replaced it with a brand new one. The water temperature in the shower was weird, like there was a 2 mi... Read more

The Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort is DEFINITELY what I would expect from a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel. Seriously. Thank you Sheraton for saving the rest of our trip. We originally booked a stay across the street at Red Lion for 8 nights. By the 5th night, I couldn't take it anymore. The Red Lion was so disgusting that at 9PM, we ended up packing up our things and went online to find a place that had an available room. The Sheraton's rates were slightly more expensive than the... While I can't give a perfect review to this hotel - my complaints are very minor. The service was lovely on all counts - everything from cleaning staff to desk staff to the folks at the cafe and gift store. The bed was literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in EVER. Complaints? Mostly just minor things like the general sense of wear and tear: the finish on the faucet worn off, some worn spots in the shower as well as some slightly loose fixtures. They got moved into some other room, but the maggot in a bed gave them lasting nightmares. How is something as this possible at all in the "4 stars" hotel? I've never ever saw anything as this in all my life. The hotel management should find the reason for something as this. The hotel itself is clean and let's face it its just somewhere to sleep, but generally nothing has changed, including the decor, furniture in rooms etc since our first visit. Room was clean and comfortable. I had trouble figuring out how to turn off the shower and the engineer came up promptly and replaced the entire handle and valve mechanism. Cool!
